In a palatial~ mansion in the world fantasy~

"Miss, your friend, Miss Conscy has arrived. He's waiting downstairs." Said the servant while bowing to his master.

"Oh my goodness, I'll be there soon." A young lady with an elegant style while smiling gracefully with a fan covering half her smile.

Then the doctor who was standing behind the servant walked over to the Duke and Lady Duchess.
