THREE MEN AND THEIR PAST

That night, in a house, all the people who were currently sitting together in one living room, looked dumbfounded upon hearing the expression of the heart of an old man, the leader of the house owner's family. There was no anger in the man's face. All that was seen was the honest face of a man filled with regret.
"Why do you praise my son too much? Looks like my son didn't do anything like you said?" said the man whose age was almost the same as the man who was hosting. As a guest as well as a male parent, of course he was very surprised by the praise coming from his female father.
"But the reality is so, sir, the son of the Father has opened my eyes that have been covered by selfishness" said his father Eliza. "He dared to face me, admit his mistakes in the past and also loudly, Randi apologized and proposed to my son. I, who was older than him, just felt inferior to Randi's attitude."
Meanwhile the young man who was the talk, could only smile, and inwardly, he felt proud of the praise from his future father-in-law. Of course as a man, Randi's courage is something to be proud of and becomes more value in the eyes of people who are able to think positively.
"Alright," Randi's father again let out his voice. "Regardless of what my son has done, tonight I and my family came to this house, with the intention of proposing to Eliza officially to be part of our family. May Father and Mother, as Eliza's parents, please accept our son as part of your family as well."
Eliza was smiling too. "Well, maybe this is their way of marriage, so I as her father Eliza accepted Randi's proposal to my son, Eliza."
The smiles of everyone who was there were almost all developing simultaneously. A happy heart also emanated from the two families.
The shock with a dumbfounded face is also currently happening to one of the families of Randi's friends. Father and other Dandi family were quite surprised to hear the words of the host. The words that came out of the house leader's mouth, presented a sense of haru for his own family, especially his daughter, Rianti.
"His name is also human, sir, sometimes doing wrong is natural," his father Dandi again let out his voice. "Importantly, we want to admit our mistakes and try not to repeat them and correct our mistakes, surely the door of forgiveness will be wide open for such people."
His father Dandi seemed to be smiling faintly. "Whatever it is, the relationship of parents and children should indeed be repaired, sir. Let in the future, there are no more problems that make the relationship between parents and children become tenuous."
"Hahaha .. it seems like I should, sir." and the laughter of his father Rianti made the awkward atmosphere there fade.
Shortly after, his father Dandi immediately said the intention of their arrival to visit the Rianti family. With open arms, Rianti's father accepted the proposal again made by the Dandi family. Both parents hope, for this time their children, really will undergo a real marriage, without any drama as before.
Elsewhere, a sense of awkwardness was also enveloping the Sandi family. After hearing the words of his father Arimbi, of course there was an unpleasant feeling that enveloped the hearts of Sandi's parents. Even though what Arimbi's father said was true, Sandi and Arimbi were not in their teens anymore. So it should be, both can behave wiser and more mature.
"Alright, sir," Sandi's father again let out his voice. "Then, we came here, wanting to fix the wrong relationship of our children by marrying them, sir. I as Sandi's father, ask permission and blessing of the Father of the family, to propose Arimbi, the daughter of the father became part of our family."
His father Arimbi smiled. "Well, as a parent, I also want the best for my child. Seeing him happy, of course, also its own happiness for us as parents. If Arimbi can be happy with Sandi, I am happy to accept my father's proposal. Anybody else has a child. It would be very inappropriate if Reyhan's parents weren't put together, wouldn't it?"
All agreed with the words of his father Arimbi and tonight the three men were relieved that their proposal was well received.
