"Fara wait". Randy quickly walked towards her. "You left this in my room two days ago"
Randy shows Fara's grandmother's pendant that he kept for her even before Fara was born. He could not believe that he had been walking around all day and did not know that the locket had been missing all this time.
Randy put it around Fara's neck and he didn't even ask why the locket was in her room and how Fara's locket could be in her room. Randy went to dinner with amanda who had most likely been waiting for him for the past hour
Fara went to bed because there was nothing else to do, she really hoped this week would bear fruit like the day Randy went through.
..
"Good morning" Fara greeted everyone when she woke up from sleep. Ella was the first to reply with a question asking how her night was going and Fara answered her.
It seems like there will be a celebration going on today as everyone is busy doing a thing or two. Fara saw Revan standing near the butler and he gave the order to him, the massage done on Revan really helped him recover because now he can walk perfectly
"Is your sleep good?" Fara heard someone behind her ask after Ella left her to arrange the shipment they received that morning.
Fara turned her head to see who it was with a cheerful smile on her face,
"Euh? Yeah I slept well, thanks".
"And the baby?" Randy asked again.
"The baby's fine, but what's the girl's baby?". Fara did not know the gender of the baby because it was not yet time to perform gender reseal.
Randy laughs. "Hopefully she's a girl"
"So you prefer girls to boys?" asked Fara in a tone of disbelief.
"Not really, I just feel girls are less of a hassle than boys" he replied, Randy glanced at the door and gave a hand gesture to one of his guards. "Excuse me," he told Fara before he left.
Fara stood there watching the busy people moving from one place to another to organize and ruffle things to get in the right position. The entire house falls apart as they prepare for a fateful event as Randy and Amanda's engagement ceremony.
The engagement party was supposed to be small, yet it seemed like it would be a lavish party with a few guests, even though the wedding was still three months away, it's a way of showing that Randy is engaged and that no other female flies should approach him, this is Ella's idea and Fara is glad it worked for him.
Fara sat on the sofa while grabbing the magazine on a nearby table, otherwise it could help at least Fara had to do something with her time to look busy. Revan joins Fara on the sofa while crossing his legs.
"What are you reading?" He asked while cutting off the biscuits that Fara was going to chew on and put them in her mouth before she brushed off the crumbs from her hands.
"Don't do it next time," Fara warned Revan while giving him a cold reaction, well Revan would know why fara did it. Fara took another biscuit from the tray
on the table, Revan steals it from his hand and chews it and laughs at Fara.
"Is this funny to you?" Fara got up from the sofa and came out to get some fresh air.
Revan follows him all the way to his locked, dead-end botanical garden with nowhere to escape.
"Hey!" Revan held Fara's hand before Fara could return.
What the hell am I doing. Why am I acting like a jealous boyfriend. Why am I even jealous!
"Fara is something wrong? Why are you avoiding me and also being cold to me? Did I make you angry? Let's answer me, I really need to know in order to apologize".
Oho! This is why I am mad at you revan!!. Whether she was blind or could not see that I had feelings for her and every day I was afraid of having to hear the voice of that girl again who kept ringing every time I remembered her. I also can't stand the fact that he didn't even bother to talk to me at all yesterday, just call no!
"It's nothing...." Fara quickly searches for a lie to tell and the only one that pops into her head is ...
"My mood's changing fast?" sounds a little unsure.
"Don't mind me, I'm just stressed, that's all ... seeing that your leg is healed, that's something we can talk about ..." said Fara trying to shift the subject with her.
"I'm in a therapist, that woman is great"
Fara's eyebrows shot up, "woman?" said in disbelief and a little jealous for no reason.
Fara's thoughts were bloody because the man in front of her had no clue that Fara was jealous and that Fara was grieving over the unimportant.
"Yes, he helped me relax and it made me relieved, I can contact him for you.... You always complain about stress ...." Revan ran over to Fara indifferently.
"No.... Don't bother, there's already something that can make me relieved, thank you,"
Fara walked away from her before the tears condensed, she again recalled the woman's voice in the revan room which made Fara's tears fall.
Despite walking fast Revan can still catch up to him.
"I don't understand any of this, is there anything I don't know, you know you can tell me, we're friends and if you need something I'll definitely help you"
he said while staring deep into Fara's eyes,
A fella?? So all this time I was considered a friend by a guy I happen to like, oh, can anyone believe my luck .... The world should know that I've just been categorized as a friend. Now that I really know what it's like to reject Dirga's love, that man must be as hurt as I feel right now.
"Tell me Faradina, what's wrong?"
"That's you..." Fara exhaled, letting out a hot steam that shot out from her mouth in the form of words. "You're the reason I'm upset, angry and embarrassed!"
"Did I do something wrong to hurt you? If yes, I apologize, sincerely ...."
"Stop that apology Revan! It's really not necessary, you didn't do anything wrong .... I'm just not feeling well right now, so I'm sorry"
Revan held his hand again. "Not this time, we fix it right now!"
"Fix what!? The reason I told you is I love you!!" fara shouted only to regret having said it and the fact that Fara could not pull it back.
Revan looked at her blankly and knew that it was a great opportunity for Fara to run away and hide her face for the rest of her life.
"Forget what you just heard .... It was a mistake" Fara's overflowing anger disappeared instantly after making it difficult and left Fara to deal with the matter alone.
"No, no, give me some time to think about this, I promise to come back to you" Revan walks away like a man who just heard the worst news of his life and more foolishly Revan lets Fara's anger take hold of him and now how Fara can deal with it, especially when he was going to face all his problems that day.
It's so painful that Revan chooses to leave rather than face it. Yes, it is bad enough that Fara made a confession at the wrong time and place.
There is nothing more painful than being rejected by your loved ones, it is very painful and you do not know what it feels like so please just accuse me. ....
