After finishing lunch at a restaurant. Jeje invites Fira to return to the office. Jeje's eyes were focused on the street in front of him, slightly glancing at the woman beside him. Jeje had actually noticed the change in Fira's attitude since meeting Celia. But he chose to be silent, and not to rebuke her.
Because of the uncomfortable feeling, when he saw Fira was silent. Jeje finally chose to ask. "Why you?" Jeje turned to look at Fira briefly before returning to his wheel.
Fira, who was busy with her thoughts, gasped when she heard the bass voice that gave herself a question. "No" apparently.
"You can't lie to me. What's up?" Jeje's bead eyes stared fixedly at Fira. He realized that Fira was thinking about something.
Sometimes a bond creates a legible feeling, Fira thought. Even if he dodged it, Jeje could still read his mind. "I just felt awkward when I met Celia." Ever since knowing Celia was Jeje's lover, there was a sense of unease surrounding her heart. A feeling that Fira herself could not understand.
"Do you want to move?"
Fira who was staring blankly at the street, she turned her head back, with Jeje's question. She really did not expect that Jeje would say that to her. "I don't think it should go that far. He's not a criminal to avoid, is he?"
"We never know. When people feel hurt, they can be criminals, right?"
Fira tries to understand Jeje's words. In his heart just thought, Jeje is the one with the heartache. Why Celia is a criminal. A little funny Fira thought. "I think you're overreacting" said Fira. "
"Don't force yourself, if you're not comfortable living close to Celia."
"I don't care, stay close to Celia."
"Well, if that's your decision." Jeje can only resign, when Fira chooses to stay in the apartment. "But remember, if you're uncomfortable. Never force it."
Fira nodded with certainty. Gave Jeje confidence, that she would be fine, living in an apartment.
Arriving at the office, Jeje and Fira are busy with work. The arrival of those who are noon, makes them complete the work that is delayed.
Jeje, who entered the room, immediately called Reza to prepare the documents, which would be brought to meet the client. While Fira helped Valeria copy some documents.
"Val," called Fira on the sidelines.
Valeria who was typing on the keyboard, stopped her fingers, and turned to look at Fira. "What?"
"I want to ask you something" said Fira hesitantly.
Valeria who saw Fira was a little surprised. From the look in Fira's eyes, Valeria can interpret that what Fira will talk about is important.
"Did Jeje love Celia so much?" I don't know why Fira would want to know. Even though he believes that Jeje now loves him very much. There was a rush of fear, when there was love that was once in Jeje's heart.
Valeria gasped at Fira's question. Valeria, who has known Jeje for a long time, knows very well how Jeje used to love Celia. "If you ask, did Jeje love Celia so much, the answer is yes" Valeria said.
Fira's chest immediately felt tight, when she heard the fact that Jeje loved Celia so much.
"But her love for Celia is not as great as her love for you," Valeria continued to Fira.
Fira gasped at Valeria's words. As if oxygen began to enter his lungs, the tightness that Fira felt disappeared slowly.
"I've known Jeje long enough. I saw clearly, Jeje's eyes full of love, looking at you. And I never saw her before when I looked at Celia."
A feeling of relief instantly enveloped Fira's heart. When other people see Jeje's love so great for her, then why do they doubt her.
"Trust me, that Jeje loves you more than she ever felt for Celia." Valeria smiled, giving confidence to Fira.
"Thank you Val" said Fira smiling back at Valeria.
After hearing Valeria's words, Fira felt calm. I don't think he should be afraid of Jeje's past anymore. Fira resumed his work after receiving Valeria's reply.
**
At work, Fira prepares to tidy up her desk. Jeje who has to meet a client with Reza, requires Fira to go home alone.
Jeje who asks Valeria to take Fira over, makes Fira come home with Valeria.
"I'm sorry, val, so you have to go to my apartment first." Fira is actually upset, at Jeje, for asking Valeria to take her first. Jeje really treated her like a child, who could not go anywhere by himself.
"Look down, fir. My house is not far from here either.
After the taxi arrived at the apartment, Fira thanked Valeria, and got out of the taxi. He continued his steps, heading towards the apartment elevator.
As she was waiting for the elevator to open, Fira immediately entered when the elevator opened. But when the elevator closed again, Fira heard the screams of someone who wanted to enter the elevator as well. Fira immediately pushed back the elevator button, to open again.
"Thank you" said someone who had just entered.
Fira gasped as she looked at Celia who had just entered. "Together."
Celia felt shocked when it turned out that the person inside the elevator was Fira. "Just home?" Celia who was standing beside Fira turned her head and asked.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Why not go home with Jeje?" Celia who was so curious asked that to Fira.
But Fira did not have time to answer, her phone rang and Fira immediately took her phone in the bag. When looking at the screen of his phone, it turns out Jeje was the one who contacted him. "Hello," said Fira as she picked up the phone.
"Hello dear," said Jeje who answered Fira's greeting. "Darling I had to go to your house for a while, yes, you called me if he wanted to give you food, and I'll get it for you."
"So you're going to my mom's house?" Fira tried to make sure again to Jeje.
"Yes, but I'll be home soon after from mom's house." Actually Jeje also did not want to linger.
"All right."
"Okay you be careful. Let me know when you get there."
After saying Jeje's words. Fira immediately turned off the phone, and put her phone in the bag.
Celia, hearing Fira's talk, catches that Jeje is not going to Fira's apartment, but to her mother's house. "It turns out Jeje went to her mother's house" Celia told Fira.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Sad you have to stay alone?"
Listening to Celia's question, Fira was actually confused. In his heart, Jeje just left for a while, then why should he be sad. "Not really. Wherever he goes, he'll come back, too."
Celia who heard Fira's words only glanced sharply. It felt like he was sick of seeing the shameless Fira, saying that. "It turns out your job as a secretary is just a cover." Celia who was starting to grow furious, vented her frustration.
"By being Jeje's secretary, you're covering up the cover of your relationship with Jeje."
Fira still understood well Celia's words. Until the elevator opens, she is still digesting Celia's words, but Fira has not been able to decipher Celia's words.
Fira and Celia who saw the elevator open, stepped out of the elevator towards her adjoining apartment unit.
"Did you know that Jeje and I used to be in a relationship?" ask Celia to Fira.
Fira who heard Celia's question, felt that the question contained another meaning. But he tried to stay calm, when faced with Celia's question. "I know."
"Do you also know that Jeje helped me last night, and drove me to the apartment?" celia asked, with a triumphant smile.
Fira dodged her head, as she looked at Celia, who asked with a smile. In his heart Fira just thought, what does Celia want, by saying that to him.
"Do you know that Jeje is still so considerate of me, and that means she still can't move on from me." Before Fira answered anything. Celia has continued her words.
Fira's feelings have begun to get upset at Celia's words, but she tries to stay calm. "I think you're overconfident, thinking Jeje helped you because he couldn't move on from you yet. "
Celia did not expect, that Fira could answer her question, calmly. Celia thinks Fira will be instantly sad, hearing herself tell her how last night Jeje helped her.
"Jeje was just feeling pity, when he saw a woman lying on the floor, because she was drunk. So don't be so confident that Jeje hasn't moved on." Fira smiled looking at Celia. His hand that was grabbing the door handle, immediately opened it. "I'm sorry" said Fira as she walked into the apartment, and closed the door later.
The irritated Celia, clenched her hands. It felt like he was wrong, if he thought Fira was just a weak woman he could suppress. With her frustration, Celia went into her apartment.
After closing the door Fira held his chest. It felt like her heart was pounding as she answered all of Celia's words. He felt somehow the courage from where suddenly emerged from Fira.
"Am I being too cruel, saying that," murmured Fira. Fira who feels new for the first time says rude to others, feeling guilty. But he threw away his regret as he recalled Celia's words. "Which woman is not upset, when other women say her husband has not been able to move on," annoyed Fira.
Fira who was still feeling annoyed continued her steps, heading towards the bathroom. It felt like he wanted to wander his hot body, as it held back emotions.
**
Jeje who had just met headed to her mother's house. Actually Jeje really wants to go home. For fear of leaving Fira alone. But his mother who stretched for Jeje came, finally made Jeje succumb, and obey the wishes of his mother.
"Je" called Mama Inan when she saw Jeje coming into the house.
"Ma..." Jeje immediately kissed her mother's cheek. "What did you tell Jeje to come here.?"
"Mama made a dish for Fira. So mom wants you to bring it for her." Mama Inan was so excited to tell her daughter.
"Mama's cooking?" ask Jeje suspiciously. Jeje knew very well her mother could not cook. And he wasn't sure, giving Fira his mother's cooking.
Mama Inan laughed. "No, the cooking housekeeper," she replied embarrassedly. "But mama helped me, too" elak Mama Inan.
"Yes, where's ma?" ask Jeje. " Jeje is not calm leaving Fira in her own apartment."
"Yes," said Mama Inan as she stepped into the kitchen. After taking the food that he prepared. Mama Inan gave it to Jeje. "Tomorrow to release je?" Ask Mama Inan while giving a small bag of food.
"Yes ma." Jeje received the bag that her mother gave her.
"Take Fira to stay here, yes" Mama Inan told Jeje.
"Yes ma, tomorrow Jeje invited Fira to stay here."
After finishing taking food and saying goodbye. Jeje drove his car to his apartment.
The road is still jammed, making the trip to the apartment takes longer than usual. Arriving at Jeje's apartment hurriedly stepped towards her apartment unit. He wants to see his wife soon.
As Jeje exited the elevator his eyes sharpened, upon seeing what was before him. Jeje lazily continued in his footsteps, and tried to stare calmly.
"Hi je, just got home?" Celia who was about to head out to a nearby restaurant, was shocked when she saw Jeje. He thought after hearing the conversation between Fira and Jeje, Jeje would not come to Fira's apartment.
"Yes," Jeje said as he passed Celia.
Celia who saw Jeje answered her question, without stopping, holding tightness in her chest. Celia thought, it turns out that Jeje is still that angry with her. "Je, I'd like to thank you for driving me last night." Celia turned her body, looking at Jeje who was opening the door of her apartment.
"Keep your thanks, for I only help because of humanity." Jeje opened the door handle and went straight into the apartment.
Celia who saw Jeje leaving herself to enter the apartment Fira felt very disappointed. Celia saw Jeje completely changed. There was a sense of regret in Celia's heart when she got Jeje's cold treatment. "If I hadn't left you, maybe now I'm happy with you."
**
Jeje who entered the house immediately put food on the table. He immediately stepped into the room, to look for his wife.
"Have you come home?" Fira who had just laid her body on the bed after taking a bath. He is shocked by Jeje's presence, which opens the door to his room.
"Yes" Jeje said as he approached Fira. "Mama brought you some food, come on." Jeje reached out her hand to invite Fira out of the room.
Fira, who had Jeje's helping hand, grabbed Jeje's hand and got out of bed.
Arriving at the dinner table, Fira opens the food and eats it along with Jeje.
"So home you're okay, right?" Since knowing that Celia lives in the apartment next door, there is a sense of anxiety in Jeje's heart.
"I'm fine." Fira who was eating, tried to calm her husband.
Jeje was relieved when Fira was fine. "Oh yeah, mama told us to stay at home tomorrow." Jeje who remembered her mother's message conveyed to Fira.
Fira smiled at Jeje's words. "All right," said Fira.
The two of them continued eating by slipping in some small talk.
