In the middle of a dark night with no moon shining and stars scattered Rara awoke from her sleep. He was getting more agitated as his big belly felt kicked so hard. This time the kick given by his son was very strong in contrast to before. 

He tried to sit and lean on the head of the bed. Rara rubbed her stomach which was aimed at alleviating the pain from the kick.

"Dear don't be naughty pity your mom. Mama can't stand it, baby. You calm down, mama wants to sleep" Pinta Rara rubbed her stomach lovingly.

Instead of calming the child there he was getting more pain when the kick came back. Rara whimpered and groped Gabriel who was sleeping beside her.

"Gabriel," called Rara in a voice with a tone of pain.

"Hm," replied Gabriel who was still asleep while hugging his roll.

"Gabriel."

"What a pity," Gabriel still replied with his eyes closed. It is like between conscious and unconscious.

Rara who was furious then hit Gabriel's hand as hard as possible and called him so loud and the possibility of a big sound that could wake one house.

Gabriel opened his eyes and rubbed them. He looked up at the face of Rara who was leaning on the head of the bed.

"What's the matter, baby?"

"My stomach hurts a lot. I think I want to be born. Take me to the hospital."

"And the doctor said in one week you will be born" Gabriel confirmed his sitting position.

The man's hand rubbed Rara's stomach. Getting a gentle swipe from Gabriel made Rara feel a little comfort.

Slowly Rara's stomach got better as before. But a few minutes later her son in the stomach kicked again twice which made Rara groan loud enough to be heard.

"Why Ra?" Gabriel asked so frantically to see Rara crying.

"Hiks, hiks, baby my stomach hurts. I think I already want to be born. Babay can't wait to see us, baby. I said hurry to the hospital."

"Okay, go to the hospital. Relax, you can survive. I'm out for mama's wake."

"I can't stand this anymore. Look at the water the water has come out" said Rara, pointing down her body.

When I saw that, it made Gabriel panic. Without further ado the man immediately got out of his bed and got out of the room.

Gabriel shouted out in disobedience. All the residents in this house woke up and headed to the middle room. Even Nisa had not had time to wear her hijab when coming out of the room.

Not a moment later Gabriel replied, Rara's agonizing voice from inside the room could already explain what had really happened. Without a second thought, Nisa and the others immediately ran to Rara's room.

Rara really felt a pain that she had never felt all this time. Here she just realized that giving birth is not as easy as imagined. If one could not get through this pain it could be that they would end up in that very second.

"Hiks, Gabriel is sick" said Rara, who was in Gabriel's arms.

The clothes worn by Gabriel were even wet from Rara's amniotic fluid. But he did not worry about it because the priority now is the safety of Rara and her child.

Gabriel put Rara in the car. And sat down next to her to give Rara some peace and encourage her.

"Auntie at home just look after Bagas with Maryam. If they wake up, tell Bagas that Rara wants to be born."

"Okay sir" said the aunt, then he got out of there. Arsen, who was a steering wheel, drove his car at a fairly high speed.

"Calm down soon we'll be there" Gabriel said in Rara's ear and kissed her forehead deep enough.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Sorry where is the patient's husband?" Ask the nurse who just came out from inside Rara's delivery room.

Gabriel, who felt himself being called, raised his hand and approached the nurse with a worried look.

"I'm Doc her husband."

"You asked Rara's mother to accompany the delivery."

Gabriel looked at his parents. Nisa's nod makes her a little confident and confident. Gabriel had never been next to anyone who wanted to give birth. This is the first in his life.

"Good Doc."

Before entering the room Gabriel was already sweating coldly and plus hearing the sound of pain Rara made him even more nervous.

He was a little happy in his heart because soon his status and Rara would turn into an old man. It was never imagined for Gabriel that he would become a parent.

He sat down beside Rara and held her hand tightly. He kisses the top of Rara's head and then kisses her in the hand.

"Relax, baby, you have to be strong for our child."

"But Gabriel is sick, Rara can't stand it," Rara said sobbing.

Gabriel looked at Rara and gave his best smile to his wife. Although Rara knew that smile was fake but it was enough to make her happy.

"Patience yes. You have to believe strongly in me" Gabriel said, rubbing Rara's head.

Rara nodded and returned a smile from Gabriel.

4 Hours later

"But take a deep breath!!!" Instructions of the doctor.

Rara, who had no other choice, followed the doctor's instructions. The presence of Gabriel beside him made him a little calmer.

While Gabriel continued to read the holy verses of the Qur'an and prayed to the almighty so that his loved ones could be saved along with their children.

"Include her breath deeply and keep on letting out!!"

Rara did it and promised for the umpteenth time. Unknowingly he had bitten Gabriel's hand until the man's hand was injured. Gabriel was not angry because in such a way he could also feel Rara's suffering.

This time Rara shouted as loud as possible and her voice was really very loud. Shortly after Rara's cry the sound of the baby's cry came back.

Gabriel cried when he saw his son in the doctor's hand. The baby was filled with blood making Gabriel really concerned.

"Doctor is sick, hyx, hyx."

"Defend buk. There's still one more in the book."

"What's? You mean the Doc twins?"

"Yes. That was a girl's gender." After talking to Gabriel, the doctor looked back at Rara. "Let's get the Buk spirit!!"

Before long Rara's voice came back loud and then followed by the sound of baby crying. Her crying was so loud and the baby was immediately taken by the nurse to be cleaned.

Gabriel smiled at Rara who was closing her eyes and her breathing was hunting. He kissed the top of Rara's head and then went down to the lips.

"Thank you for giving me a child for me."

Rara only smiled faintly even though her smile was barely visible.

"Together."

Before long came two sisters with two babies in their hands. The nurse handed the baby to Gabriel and Rara.

"Mother's daughter is first to man number two."

Gabriel and Rara looked at each other and smiled. They really did not expect that they would be blessed with a pair of children at once.

Nisa and Arsen enter the delivery room and approach the happy couple who have been given a pair of children.

"Yes Allah is handsome and beautiful Mother's grandson," said Nisa full of days. "Look at your granddaughter so handsome, right?"

"Yes," said Arsen who focused on the son of Gabriel and Rara.

"What's his name, son?"

Gabriel took a deep breath and looked closely at his two children. Before long they had prepared two male and female names. Because they never check the sex of their baby until he does not know if their children are twins.

"The names are Cilla Wijaya Altas and Revan Wijaya Altas."

Nisa and Arsen looked surprised. Both of them looked at Gabriel and Rara asking for confidence and they just nodded confidently.

"Welcome back to the world of Revan and Cilla."
