Alby drove his car to Anggara Hospital. Sometimes he would look anxiously at his wife, who was lying on Alena's lap. When Rena fell unconscious, Alena happened to be nearby. Seeing her best friend passed out, Alena was surprised to ask her to go to the hospital.

"Where's Le? Wake up?" ask Alby worried.

Alena who was rubbing wind oil on Rena's sense of smell also shook her head weakly. This is the first time he saw Rena faint, as a friend he was afraid something happened with Rena. "Sir Doctor... Rena. Rena suddenly fainted, I was scared. L'm... I'm worried" he said with a gasp of breath. Apparently, the woman had been crying since.

Doctor Ryan replied to Alena's embrace, rubbing her back gently. Then, break down the deck. The man framed Alena's face, then wiped his tears.

"Hey, relax. Nothing will happen to Rena. The doctor will do his best" said Dr. Ryan soothingly.

Alena was not calm. Her crying was getting louder, like a child who lost her candy. "Trust me dear Alena. Rena is a strong woman, she can faint definitely because of fatigue," continued Dr. Ryan calmed, although it felt futile because Alena continued to cry. Apparently, Alena will only stop crying after the Doctor comes out and says Rena's condition.

Finally, Dr. Ryan chose to lead Alena to sit down again. Letting the woman lean on her body, until sometimes her suit becomes useful to wipe the tears and snot Alena.

"I'm sorry, Doctor, I'm so sad. Mr. Doctor's suit is dirty," exclaimed Alena crazily.

Dr. Ryan just nodded. Wanna mad? Make what. Just a suit, let it go, the important thing is that the woman will be quiet.

"I was going to pick you up at college. Want to say congratulations and want answers about-"

"Not now is the Doctor. My brain drained can't think, uh now my tears are also drained. Have mercy on me, Doctor" replied Alena.

Doctor Ryan nodded. "Yes. I'll wait a thousand years."

"Eh seriously?" Alena wiped her tears looking at Doctor Ryan in disbelief.

The man nodded. "Yes. But the problem is we can live a thousand years?"

Alena nodded, right too. "I'm joking around with this Doctor." Pinch Alena's gaunt. But eventually, he can smile.

"I'm a child!" chirps Alena.

Dr. Ryan just chuckled, pinching Alena's cheek in a fit of anxiety. "Your Crystal is rich" he said, equating Alena as the pound.

Alena brushed off Doctor Ryan's hand.

"Don't frown, the doctor is out!" appoint Dr. Ryan at the door of the open ER.

The two of them immediately approached the door where Alby had been waiting for him.

"There's nothing to worry about from Doctor Rena's condition, sir. All this is because she is too tired, especially her condition is currently pregnant young," explained the doctor who made Alby surprised.

Getting pregnant? He didn't listen wrong.

Alby was still silent, even he was speechless. He wanted to open the door and hug his wife and say thank you.

"Congratulations Mr. Alby. I'm so happy to hear that. May the mother and baby always be healthy" said Dr. Ryan.

"Thank you" said Alby.

"It turns out you fainted because you wanted a new grandpa, Re. Thank goodness I was so relieved to hear it" Alena said.

Shortly after the door opened, Rena was immediately transferred to the treatment room. They followed him from behind.

After the nurses finished installing the tools, they said goodbye to leave. And so did Dr. Ryan, who asked Alena to get out of the room. Because he thinks Alby needs time to be with his wife.

Fifteen minutes later, Rena blinked her eyes.

"Em eghh..," Leguh Rena.

When she opened her eyes the first thing she saw was her husband's face, the man seemed to smile sweetly.

"Did you?" call Rena, her gaze sweeping across the room, all of which were all white. For a moment he realized it wasn't in his room.

"Don't move, baby. You just realized," said Alby while helping his wife to lean.

Rena looked at her husband in wonder, hearing her husband's words she understood that she might have passed out.

Alby sat down by Rena's bedside, then grabbed her by the hand, and led her to Rena's flat belly.

"You know, baby. Brother is very happy, finally our wait is achieved dear. Here Alby junior is growing" said Alby haru.

"meaning?" ask Rena.

Alby nodded. "Yes dear. You're pregnant."

Rena was moved to hear that, Alby immediately hugged his wife gently. "Thank you, baby."
