Unexpected Love
CHAPTER 12

Kiran occupies her parents' house. The two-story house is quite spacious and also large with two courtyards on the front and also the back. Because it is too big Kiran rent the upper floor which does have its own stairs and doors on the right.

Kiran never knew that the person who was going to rent the upper floor was a super annoying guy. Sean he's the man that Kiran doesn't want to see again in the rest of his life after Rio and most sadly, the one renting upstairs to Sean is Gio, the only family that Kiran still has.

Sean had just finished turning that empty space into a decent place for him to live in. One king size bed. Two wardrobes with three doors. One big mirror.  42-inch television hanging on the wall. Kitchen sets and beautiful sky blue sofas are in front of the TV. Everything he needs is there.

Kiran was standing in the doorway. He never thought the floor above his house would turn out like a luxury apartment.

"Are I having guests here?" asked Sean who had just come out of the bathroom.

"Maybe" replied Kiran.

"Don't want to go in? I can make you more than just instant noodles" Sean said with a smile.

Kiran chuckled at Sean's words. Although annoying sean also often makes him smile and laugh. Kiran came in and walked over to Sean.

Sean had his hair half wet. Kiran continued to approach him then stopped and stood right in front of Sean. Kiran poked both of her hands around Sean's neck.

"Hey why? You're possessed heh?" sean asked as he clasped Kiran's waist.

Kiran then hugged Sean's body eroding the distance between them. "Kiran, are you okay?" Sean asked back.

Kiran remained silent and instead leaned her head against Sean's shoulder.  For a moment they just stood quietly hugging each other tightly.

"If you need something say, sometimes I'm being nice too" Sean said as he rubbed Kiran's back gently.

Sean doesn't know what Kiran wants. At the moment, his heart almost exploded because of Kiran.

"Kiran if you don't take off your arms, I'll take your clothes off" Sean whispered.

"Okay," Kiran answered and then took off her embrace and walked back the least Sean could have thought of was Kiran smiling instead of getting as angry as she used to.

"You like being threatened, apparently," Sean followed Kiran who walked to the sofa, "You're winning the lottery?" join sean who threw his ass on the sofa.

"No," Kiran replied briefly and then picked up the TV remote that was on the table. Unfortunately when Kiran turned on the TV that appeared was a scene of lovers kissing.

"I remember something, where are my rewards?" Sean shifted his seat to get closer to Kiran.

Kiran gulped her salivation rough. "Why should he remember!" pekik Kiran in heart.

"Hmmmm," Sean cleared his throat and Kiran remained silent.

What should Kiran do now? His head would completely break if he continued to be forced to think. And because Kiran's head was tired to think she just kissed Sean's lips.

"Cuuup," a kiss landed on Sean's lips.

Kiran wanted to pull her lips from there but both of Sean's hands cupped Kiran's face and held her back.

"Hmpphh.. hmppph," Kiran's voice restrained because Sean did not let go of her kiss.

"you think I'm just gonna take it off heh" cried Sean inwardly.

Sean turns the kiss into a stick and Kiran really doesn't lie when she says "I've forgotten how to kiss," because Kiran is silent with her eyes wide open like a fool.

"What the hell," Sean said half a whisper and Kiran started it. The girl started what she shouldn't have started.

Kiran kissed Sean's lips, he started again and Sean continued, but this time Kiran not only kept quiet she participated in Sean's tongue game. Their hearts are racing each other. Warm breaths pummeled each other. A moment Kiran lost her mind but she returned quickly stopping their kiss.

"Why stop?" sean protest.

"Cu-kup," Kiran said then returned to her sitting position.

Sean looked at Kiran with a chuckle, "You're not too bad, we should do it again sometime," Sean said.

"really? I just kept my promise Sean, you think I like doing it with you," Kiran said a little harshly.

Sean's heart felt like it was pierced by tiny thorns. Is she starting to fall in love with Kiran but her heart just keeps pounding if Kiran is in front of her. Even Kiran always seemed to shine in Sean's eyes.

Sean doesn't know and he wants to find out more.  About how she felt about Kiran. Sean wanted to know if he really fell in love with the girl or was just curious.

"You know Kiran all along if I kiss someone my heart never acts like this" Sean said.

"Are you acting like what?" ask Kiran.

"Pounding out loud," said Sean, he turned his gaze to his left chest as if his heart could come out and jump from there.

"You sure you don't have a history of heart disease?  You know young people like us can get heart disease, be careful" Kiran explained, patting Sean on the shoulder.

"Am I the only one feeling this?  If so, this is so, so unfair, at least you should feel it too!" grouch Sean.

She instead became annoyed that Kiran from earlier felt like she did not feel anything special when she was with him. At least Kiran was so awkward and timid, at least Kiran had to feel like there was a super large ball of fur in her stomach that made herself tickle and feel amused.

"Yes, yes my heart is pounding too, I think that's normal, because when someone kisses they'll release endorphine hormones, don't you think?" kiran said with ease.

"Nor-mall?" Sean breathed a rough sigh.
