The story is believed to have taken place on November 14, 1995 in Beijing, China. Bus 375 departs from Yuan-ming-yuan terminal. It was the last bus to operate that night and was aimed at the city of Xiang-shan.
On top of the bus was a driver and a female conductor. The weather that night was so cold it was piercing and a strong wind was blowing in from the window. The bus stops at the South Gate stop near the Summer Palace park. The bus door was opened to allow two passengers to enter. An old woman and a young man.
The old woman and the young man sat in a chair near the entrance. Throughout the night of the trip, all they heard was the roar of the bus. The area that was being passed was so quiet and remote that no other vehicles passed.
Moments later, the driver saw two shadows on the side of the road waving their hands. The bus stopped and three people came inside. There are two men who carry another man by embracing his shoulder. The man in the bin looked shabby and his head bowed, so his face was invisible. All three were dressed in traditional Qing dynasty Chinese robes and their faces looked deathly pale.
The passengers looked frightened and stared at each other nervously. The female conductor tried to calm down by saying, “Not to be afraid. They may be just actors who are doing scenes in the interior. Maybe they got drunk and forgot to change clothes.”
The old woman constantly turned to the back bench towards the three men earlier. A moment of silence approached. For a while no one said a word. Everyone was busy fighting with their fears.
At the next stop, a young man climbed up. At that time the driver was joking with the conductor. Suddenly the old woman stood up from her seat and hit the young man in the front seat who was riding the bus with her from the start. He shouted and made a noise by alleging that the young man had stolen his wallet.
Not accepting the accusation, the young man stood up and argued with the old woman. Without further ado, the old woman grabbed the young man by the collar and asked the driver to drop them off at the next stop so she could escort the young man to the nearest police station. The young man was silent, not struggling with the threat of the old woman.
When the bus stopped, the old woman hurriedly dragged the young man out with her. They watched the bus go back through the thick night. The old woman breathed a sigh of relief.
“Where is the police office?” Ask the young man.
“No police station,” replied the old woman. “I just saved your life!”
“The three men were ghosts!” said the old woman. “Since they went up, I've suspected them. So I kept watching those who were sitting in the back. A strong wind happened to sneak from the window. The wind had blown the bottom of their robes and they had no legs!”
The young man looked at the old woman in disbelief, he choked. His body began to shiver from the cold sweat. Next, they report to the authorities and tell what they are going through.
The next day, Bus 375 did not reach its intended stop. Along with the driver and the female conductor inside, the bus vanished without a trace. Police again asked the old woman and the young man for information, but suddenly they forgot about the incident last night and suddenly suffered from a psychiatric disorder afterwards.
Two days later, police found the missing bus. The bus sank into the Miyun dam, about 100 KM from the bus's destination. Inside the bus were found three badly decomposed bodies, a bus driver, a female conductor and an unidentified man.
The unsolved mystery
There are three irregularities in this case. First, the bus did not have enough fuel to go to the far-flung Miyun dam. When the police checked the tank, it turned out that it was not fuel, but blood.
Second, although only found two days after the incident, but the decomposition of the three bodies is beyond the reach of logic. The process of decomposition should not be this fast. How did this happen?
Third, the police have also inspected all CCTV cameras installed at each entrance to the Miyun dam, but there is no visible presence of bus 375. Everything looks normal on camera. How did the bus get in without being recorded by surveillance cameras?
That is one urban legend that until now is still hotly discussed in the country there. There are several versions of this story, for example, the two survivors are young men and old men or ghosts are female. However, whichever version, guaranteed this story will dwarf your courage to take the bus at night.
