Making A Mistake

In the meeting room, the closing ceremony of training is underway, and ends with an award for outstanding employees.

Alza was still a speaker. He delivered the last material in the form of a commentary on how his struggle and experience in raising a family company. Although, he was not a person who contributed in setting up the company at first, but the meandering to get to the point now was not easy.

The company, which is now under his leadership, is developing very well. In fact, it could be said Robinson Botanica was at the peak of its glory. He spread his wings not only in the field of pertania and medicine, but also began to penetrate the field of mining.

The latter venture is his own initiative and effort as the fourth generation in the family.

Alza delivered his lecture calmly, as well as being the main center of all the material obtained by all the previous participants. Because what Alza said was the real motive for the employees. Rumina noticed everything Alza said like her special self-memorification. Because he will face the test later when living with Megan at home. It will be more difficult than just working in a lab, mixing some chemicals or conducting a feasibility test on the production of a new item.

Perhaps he will experience more mental and heart work than physical.

Several times Rumina's views clashed as Alza spoke, as the girl sat at the front of several participants. The meeting room has been magic in such a way that makes it easier for participants to interact with speakers.

“I will give special rewards to all trainees today, beyond the usual!” alza said, and greeted with a low boisterous sound of applause participants.

Alena took a step forward and she distributed the parcels to all the participants, not least Rumina. All parcels have the recipient's name. The two girls threw smiles at each other, while saying thank you.

“Thank you once again, without you guys, maybe my investigation will be much longer!” alza said with a smile, after which he sat back while looking at the clock that was coiled on his wrist.

Two people then entered carrying other prizes from each division, and were given according to the achievements of each participant. Some get some that don't.

Rumina was among the recipients and Alena was the one who brought her gifts. While the handing is certainly the party of each existing division head.

“I'm sorry!” rumina said in shock, she stood stiffly while covering her mouth with both palms.

“Consider the prize is gone!” alza said that at the handover he was just looking from the seat.

“Rumi, are you okay?” ask Alena softly. Rumina nodded, staring at the ceramic pieces strewn across the floor.

Before long, the janitor came to sweep the ceramic shards clean.

“Alright, then sign this submission proof here!” Alena said as she led the girl to the table, where she had to put her signature. It was also done by other participants who received awards.

However, Rumina again hit ill, because of nervousness before, he spilled drinking water Alza. Coincidentally the glass was placed near the document, as the signing took place in the presence of the company's top leadership.

“Akh!” pekik Rumina was quite loud, and suddenly attracted the attention of all the audience who were there.

“You're so careless, it's an important document!” said Alza.

“I'm sorry, Mister!” rumina said while looking down.

Alza stood up and bowed her body resting on her hands on the table.

“You should get a penalty for this!” he said as he passed away, but before he reached the meeting room door, he turned to Alena.

“Alena! Schedule a punishment for him!” said again.

“Good, Master!” sahut Alena nodded.

After which, Alena led Rumina into her room. While the host closed the training in an orderly manner. Then, let all participants return to the dormitory and return to their respective homes.
