Chapter 136 (Ayuna's True Self)

Malik could not do much to bring Ayu to justice, one by one the problems came as if he was punishing her. Malik does not care about his current feelings, he only cares about Ayu's happiness. Somehow Ayu was never allowed to happily linger. He was always tested with various kinds of problems alternately.

The sleepy face of his little girl who was so shady made Malik carried away with emotions. Remember the old memories that Malik and Ayu had passed together in joy and sorrow. When the two did not live together until now Ayu really became part of his life.

Malik heard a noise disturbing himself who was pensive looking at Ayu's face, seen Adam and Rey who were opening food and mineral water bugs.

“Open your mouth.” Malik shook his head, lazy to chew food. Just wanted to see Ayu smile and be happy.

“Did all this happen because of my fault? I felt her life was a mess when she was by my side.” Malik closed his eyes, Adam put back the spoon he had filled with food.

"It's not the right time to blame yourself. We need to be strong so Ayu can lean on all of us. For him to believe that we will continue to support him to the end." Adam let out a wise word that made Malik embrace him.

“We just enjoy the process, I am so grateful to God for bringing it into the world. Whatever will happen later I do not care, I still love him.” Rey tried to hold back her emotions so as not to be seen clearly.

“True, we've been hypnotized with the sincerity of his love. We don't even realize loving her so big.” Adam was amazed that everyone cared so much and loved Ayu.

“But still he always suffers. What should I do for my Ayuna to be happy. I just want to see his smile.” Malik breathed. Everyone was helpless, only able to bear witness to Ayu's bitter journey of life.

“At least you eat and work hard in front of him. If we all love her, Ayu will easily accept us in her life. I even started worrying about Jofan.” She must be sad when she finds out Ayu rejected her past.

Ayu smiled because everyone was very concerned about her happiness. But his heart still could not accept if he was not the biological child of Hadi. During this time Ayu was very close and loved Hadi more than Ayu loved her mother.

“You're up?” Adam immediately checked Ayu who had just regained consciousness. Everything looks normal and fine.

Malik holds Ayu's body in his arms. Her forehead was still warm, it seemed like Ayu had a fever. “The silence is warm, try to hold.” His orders to Adam.

“I want to go home." Everyone heard Ayu's words. "Please help me get this off.” Malik looked at Adam who was equally surprised, Ayu had to be in the hospital for a while to make sure he was okay.

“Check, can you promise me it'll be better if you're at home? Can I come anytime to check on Ayu?” Ayu nodded, her tears already expanding in the corner of her eyes. Seeing him Adam could not bear to keep him in the hospital.

“Can Rey take Ayu home? Brother Rey is worried too.” Rey clasped Ayu's hand which held the sleeves of Malik's shirt sitting in front of her.

Ayu just nodded, her throat ached holding back her cries. Everything that happened was not their fault. Ayu did not want to be angry because it would hurt her own feelings even more. Ayu tried to look strong in front of everyone.

Adam took off the infusion hose that was still attached to his hand. The weight of the decision to let Ayu without his supervision. But Ayu's peace of mind was more important at this moment. Adam tried to understand Ayu's heart.

“I don't want to go back home. Can I stay at Malik's apartment?” Ayu wiped her escaped tears. Malik nodded, he was very confused as to how he was currently behaving. Following Ayu's wishes as much as Malik can so that Ayu again believes in him.

Hadi brought Lia in, trying to speak from heart to heart so that Ayu did not take a decision that would make Lia feel unrecognized. Lia also struggled all this time so that Ayu got great affection from her. Although every time he looked at her face, Lia always remembered his dark past.

“Nak Ayu refused to look at Lia who was standing in front of her bed. His body trembled at Lia's voice. Ayu drowned her face in the arms of Malik who was still holding her. Malik knew Ayu couldn't possibly hurt anyone else let alone her mother.

“Mom won't get tired of waiting for Ayu to forgive Mom. If this is indeed the best for both of us, I will always mendo’ Ayu so that one day can open the door sorry for Mother.” Lia sobbed, Hadi tried to strengthen Lia so as not to and still stood firm. Lia adjusted her breathing to calm down.

Ayu did not respond, she was still busy wiping away her flooded tears drenching Malik's shirt sleeves. Lia could not bear to see Ayu who did not want to look at her, Lia knew how Ayu. He simply avoided himself in order not to hurt anyone with his attitude.

Surely his daughter is currently confused as to how, should at this age Ayu is enjoying her teenage years full of happiness. Lia was getting saddened considering the steep road that Ayu had been going through all this time.

"Mother and Father are happy to see Ayu is fine, we both have to go home. Kasian Riyan alone we left long enough." Hadi hugged Ayu from behind his back. His tone was made to sound fine.

Malik could not escape because Ayu clutched her arms strong enough to cover her crying face. Hadi shook his head so that Malik did not leave his position of protecting Ayu.

"You are still the precious daughter of the Father. Don't forget we're waiting for Ayu in our house." Hadi smacked Ayu's head which was still unmoved before leaving.

"Son, if one day Ayu wants to go home. Please take Ayu, son. I'm going to send Ayu so Nak Malik takes good care of Ayu." Malik kissed Lia's hand which was holding his left hand.

Rey turned her back on everyone, her tears could not be held in shame. Adam, noticing that Rey's grief had not let him go, pulls Rey and takes her to Adam's study.

Lia came out with a broken heart, not ready to accept the fact her little daughter was currently unwilling to look her in the eye. His heart was really fragile and weathered. This is like when he came to Hadi begging for her fetus to be maintained.

"Relax besan, I'll take care of Ayu. I will watch over him myself with my soul and body." Mamih hugged Lia who was still crying.

No parent is willing and able to lose their child for any reason. They are the forces that make parents endure difficult circumstances, the source of happiness for parents.

Rama brings Hadi and Lia home, Ayu is still not ready to accept the fact about her finger. He must be in shock right now and so devastated.
