Chapter 69 (The Revealed Truth)

The invited guests have now one by one left the house of Rama Saputra. There are still some close families who are still cool about business and about past memories between families.

Ayu felt a little awkward, the chatter of people who were very classy and difficult to digest by Ayu's brain that was not insightful about business.

Malik saw Ayu who forced a smile adorning her beautiful face. I tried to smile when I knew what made them all laugh together.

“Rest, you must be very tired.” Malik passed after kissing Ayu's head crest with gentleness.

Ayu was a little surprised by Malik's treatment that was so sweet to her. His chest once again rumbled erratically. For the umpteenth time Ayu fell in love with the man who always took good care of her all this time.

Malik leaned his body behind the door after closing the door. Still can't believe what he's done. Seeing the silent Ayu sculpting made Malik's heart slightly embarrassed.

After Ferdinan's departure, Malik tries to find out the truth from both Ayuna's parents. Malik was still a little confused and still in disbelief until drowning with his own thoughts.

“Can I find the truth? I don't really understand all this.” Malik was still standing in front of the door of the room he had already opened.

“Come in. Don't let Ayu know this conversation.” Hadi pulled Malik's hand and then took him to sit on the sofa in the room.

“All you hear is the truth. Ayuna is not my real son. He's the biological son of the boy we just met.”

“What all this time Ayu know if the Father is not his biological Father?” Malik is worried that Ayu will be destroyed if he finds out this truth.

Lia was only able to regret her decision to let Ayu leave her and settle in Jakarta. He should have known his decision brought Ayu so close to the truth of who he was who had been kept tight.
