Villainess Raising Kiddo's

Villainess Raising Kiddo's
Chapter 15

Vera's business is growing by the day.

The food is good so the regulars are plenty. Plus customers who help with word-of-mouth promotion. Within half a month, Vera's business became the best on the night market.

There are a lot of people selling barbecues there. Seeing Vera's business getting better, they felt envious but could do nothing about it. Selling food depends on taste. Customers who go once, will set the Vera barbecue as their favorite. Other traders felt powerless as well.

They couldn't possibly pay someone else to destroy the stables.

But today is a bit different.

Aditya Buana set up a canopy, set up groceries, then squatted in front to smoke.

Around it is very crowded. The scent of a pig's leg boiled from the stall across through his nose. Aditya clamped the cigarette between his fingers, exhaled smoke, then looked to the right at a glance.

The place was originally empty, but a new merchant came here half a month ago. Aditya initially underestimated the woman, as a result he was stunned. The female customer is growing every day, the business is getting crowded, while the customer goes all out.

Thinking about the declining turnover again yesterday, Aditya felt riled up. He did not understand why all the customers went to eat barbecue. The food stall was definitely not so good!

Turning off the cigarette butts, Aditya pulled out the phlegm, then stood up and scratched it. The dark green phlegm left a wet trail on the road. Aditya raised his head and saw a young man was circulating his gaze.

The young man was in his twenties, slightly taller than Aditya, and looked pure white.

Aditya said he was a sissy in his heart, then the young man turned his head and asked with a smile. "Excuse me, when is the barbecue shop next door open?"

Again the blind!

Aditya feels everyone who likes to eat the barbecue next door is blind. Now this blind man even asked him? Aditya cursed inwardly, his tone also sounded harsh. "It's closed, it's broke!"

“Hah?” The young man raised the selfie stick and was dumbfounded.

Her name is Ollie Pram. She is a food blogger, who usually likes to go for good food. Because he was honest and did not promote for money, his followers believed in his recommendations. There were many followers who came from afar to taste the food that Ollie recommended.

Ollie loves food. The majority of culinary lovers friends are fellow culinary lovers. A friend of Ollie's posted a barbecue photo on Instagram Story two days ago, and praised the food she found by accident. He said it was the best barbecue he had ever eaten.

Ollie believed in his friend's taste, so she asked him for his address. However, since he had yet to create any content about the promised dumpling soup restaurant, he was two days late to come here.

Is this barbecue store closed? Ollie felt helpless and confirmed it again to Aditya.

Aditya's expression became even less irritated. He felt this sissy man in front of him was sick.

"I said it was closed, it was closed. Is it good if the food is not good?"

Aditya's statement was different from what he heard from his friend, Ollie was stunned and thought for a moment. He knew that this person in front of him might be lying.

He was 'oh' and looked disappointed, subtly rejecting the stall owner's offer, then turned around and walked outside.

After getting out of this way, Ollie raised the selfie stick and smiled at the camera. "It looks like our exploration journey today didn't go smoothly. The stall owner will probably arrive in a moment. I'll find a place to rest first."

Ollie went to the nearest milk teahouse, ordered a glass of fruit tea while occasionally looking at Vera's stall from afar. Until 9 o'clock, the stall at the end still had no signs of being opened.

Drinking the last gulp in the glass, Ollie said helplessly to the camera. "Looks like you weren't lying to me. The barbecue stall is completely closed."

Did Vera really close her stall? Of course not.

He just shut himself up.

First, because he was too tired all this time. His body couldn't bear to go home every morning. Second, because Delio will enter kindergarten.

This world is somewhat different from the previous Vera world system. For example, go to the nearest school. Renting a house is like buying a house. You can go to school near home.

This was also the reason why Vera was interested in this place. There are Kindergartens to famous High Schools around.

Delio's going to school tomorrow, he's very enthusiastic.

During Vera's busy time of late, Delio had been familiar with Niny the neighbor's son. Delio hears Niny saying that there are lots of toys and friends in kindergarten, can also learn to sing. If they can sing to parents, they can get a gift.

Ninya said that his mother took him to the playground for a day at the time. The playground is fun.

Delio had never been to a playground, and was craving for the things Niny told him about. It would be nice if Mom took him away to play as well.

Imagining Mom taking him out, they play together, then Mom buying ice cream for him, Delio feels very happy.

Vera's sleepy. He hasn't rested well for the past half a month. Lying in bed now, she wanted to sleep. Hearing Delio's words, he answered briefly. "okay."

"I'll also draw for Mom!"

"Hm."

"I'm .. I'll also cook for Mom and make money." Delio rubbed his face on Vera's body. "Entering school means I'm a big boy. I can do a lot of things!”

Cerocos Delio interrupted his sleep. Vera frowned, then hugged the boy. "Sleep."

"Okay, Mommy."

Previously, Delio made a plan well. He'll study this and that, then show it in front of Mom.

However, after he had actually set foot in kindergarten, all of his plans became a passing breeze.

On the first day of school, the gates of kindergarten are very crowded. Parents who take children and children who will enter school are reluctant to separate. Some tantrums and ask to go home.

Carried by the atmosphere around, Delio was sad. He hugged Vera's neck, unwilling to go down.

"Of course, we're already at school. Delio has to listen to the teacher, okay? I'll pick you up tonight." Vera leaned over, about to take Delio down, but the little man stuck to her, unwilling to go down to the floor.

A little boy sat and rolled on the floor, his face teary. The boy's parents persuaded him. After a long cajole and no success, the boy's father pulled him off the floor, smacking his ass while threatening, "Don't cry anymore!"

The little boy cried even harder.

Delio took a quick glance then immediately turned his gaze over. She buried her face on Vera's shoulder as she said in a soft voice, "Mother, can I skip school today?"

He will definitely go to school. Mom says not going to school can't make money. But he felt a little scared now, so he wanted to retreat for a day.

Delio felt like he was still a good kid who loved to learn. He lifted his head and kissed Vera's face. "Mom, let's go home."

"Can't." Vera snorted and lowered Delio, then swished his forehead. “Teachers love timely children. Say today go to school, it has to be today. Being late means not being a good boy."

Delio stunned. "Mother said come today."

"True, Mother said. Does Delio want you to be the bad guy who doesn't keep his word?" Vera pretends to be sad.

"Mother is not evil!" Delio shook his head strongly. He hugged Vera's feet and said with determination. "I'm going to school today!"

"Smart kid." Vera leaned over and kissed her cheek.

After handing Delio over to the teacher, Vera chatted with Delio for a while. Before leaving, he pointed at the watch in Delio's hand and explained, "If Delio misses Mom, just call Mom. Press this button, remember?"

Delio nodded. She took the teacher by the hand, then walked to kindergarten reluctantly while waving her little hand and saying goodbye.

Vera stood at her original spot, waiting for a new invisible Delio then retracted her gaze.

He sighed and suppressed his sense of unreliability. He still had to prepare the materials for the trade later tonight. The cost of raising a child is huge. Delio's tuition fees for half a year alone amounted to forty million.

Even though his recent income was quite a lot, he felt a little unwilling when it came to spending money.

Vera prepared the materials for the evening trade with endless motivation. Now he has hired a maid to help wash vegetables and stab meat. His job became lighter. Vera plans to rent a shophouse after working for two more months, then hire a chef to grill the meat. Back then, he only needed to season the meat and prepare the sauce.

Just by thinking about it, he felt excited.

Vera is so busy that she has no time for lunch. He put the stuff in his hand and looked at the clock. Time is 11 o'clock.

Somehow Delio's at school. He should be eating now. Undeniably, the first day Delio was not at his side, Vera was worried.

What if he's hungry, thirsty, and bullied?

As if there was some inner contact, after he thought so, Delio called him.

Vera hurriedly lifted him up. Right after the call was connected, Delio called out "Mother", then cried.

"Huhuhuhu ...."
