Vera doesn't know what's going on. Delio just wet the bed. Why is his reaction so big?
The little one cried sadly. Vera could not bear to see it. He pulled Delio away to kiss her forehead. "Dear not to cry. How could Mom throw you out? I like Delio the most."
Delio's eyes were red, there were still water droplets hanging on his eyelashes. He rubbed his eyes and cried again.
"Relio ... Delio also likes Mom the most." She brought her little face closer, then kissed Vera's face, and repeated. "Most, most like."
Vera's memory of the previous owner of the body is incomplete. There was no such thing as bedwetting in his memories.
However, Delio remembered these things.
The last time Delio wet his bed was when he was three and a half years old. He still remembers what his mother was like at the time. The woman pressed her nose with a look of disdain, and told her to stay away as she approached.
She also said, "Why did I give birth to you?!"
Adults always feel that children are forgetful so they talk at will. In fact, when they hear something, they can remember it for a lifetime. Sometimes even getting into a dream, becomes a nightmare they want to get rid of but can't.
In Delio's limited memory, his mother hated him so much. He did not know what the cause was, but he subconsciously still wanted to please the person closest to him.
He did not cry or fuss, trying to be as obedient as possible. He sleeps alone, dresses himself, eats alone. Actually he just wanted to show it to the person closest to him. 'Look, I've been so submissive. Love me.'
Then one day, his mother who disliked him suddenly became very fond of him. Besides feeling happy, he was also feeling restless.
She was afraid that one day her mother would change into what she used to be. Not talking or smiling at him, driving him home first, and not feeding him.
How much Delio likes life now, then that's how scared he is to go back in time.
He always behaved well, with the hope that day did not come.
But today he made a mistake.
Making mistakes means he's not a good kid. If he's not good, he'll be hated.
The little guy concluded and thought his mother would be like before. He was both scared and sad.
If Vera ignored him, Delio would not show her fear and sadness. Because crying is useless, it will be scolded.
Now, however, the mother in front of him was still the mother who spoke to him, smiled at him, cooked delicious meals for him and told him stories before going to bed. The negative emotions that were piling up in his heart seemed to find an outlet so that it suddenly overflowed.
A spoiled child is always fearless.
Delio. The more Vera persuaded him, the more dejected Delio became. She finally stopped, but cried again after a while.
Vera couldn't bear to see it. He tried many ways but it did not work. He hugged the boy and said good things. Delio finally stopped when he was tired of crying.
The soft body in his arms became calm, and Vera was relieved. He took a tissue to wipe the little man's tears. Delio cried for too long and his eyes hurt. He closed his eyes and leaned inside Vera's embrace, occasionally hiccuping.
Vera did not care about her clothes getting wet from Delio's tears. He carried the little one and into the kitchen to fill a bowl of porridge, then fed it.
"Come, open your mouth."
Delio cried for too long, his head and eyes felt uncomfortable so he had no appetite. Vera bribed him, so he had to eat half a bowl, then shook his head and said he would not eat again.
Vera did not force him to eat. He put the little man on the sofa, then went to fetch some food for himself.
After Vera ate and washed the dishes, Delio fell asleep again. Vera put a wet towel in the fridge before eating. The temperature is just right now.
The towel is too cold, Delio doesn't like it. In his sleep, he reached out to get rid of the thing.
Vera clutched Delio's hand and held him. After the temperature of the towel increased, he picked it up and squeezed it before putting it in the fridge.
Delio was sound asleep, Vera compressed him several times and did not see him wake up, so she started packing.
The goods that could be packed used to have Vera packed yesterday, so there are not many items that need to be packed today. Items that can be taken away from home are limited. Other than the cutlery and bedding, the only thing left was their clothes.
The hot sun, blankets and water-repellent sheets that were dried this morning were already dry. Vera picked it up, rolled up the waterproof sheets then leaned it against the wall, then folded the blanket and stuffed it into the suitcase.
When Vera was busy, Delio was awake. When the little one woke up and did not see his mother, he went down and looked for her without sandals.
When he saw Vera in the room, Delio relaxed. He rubbed his eyes and called out "mother". Without waiting for Vera to answer, she turned around and ran into the living room.
After Delio put on the sandals, he returned to the room again like a good boy.
He crouched down next to Vera to look while sometimes helping her. Either helpful or troublesome.
Their goods are not much so they are finished packaged in a few moments. Vera brought the bags into the living room, then gave the little man a glass of salt water.
Delio lost so much fluid today that he was so thirsty. He finished a glass of water in a few sips. Holding a glass and sitting in a woven bag filled with luggage, he asked the person who was busy in the kitchen. "Mother, when do we go?"
"We'll leave after the car comes."
Vera hired a house transfer service. The promised time is 1pm, The last meal here is very simple. Vera made two lumpia eggs.
People from home moving services arrive a little earlier than the agreed time. Delio held onto his unfinished lump when the doorbell rang.
The little one responded quickly. As soon as the bell rang, he ran to open the door.
Having been taught by Vera, she understood manners now. He stood in the doorway and asked the person outside. "Uncle, who are you looking for?"
The person outside the door felt this little boy was cute, then he said cooperatively, "We're looking for your parents."
"Please wait a minute." Delio felt very satisfied after doing the procedure taught by his mother. She holds the door frame and turns to call her mother, but finds that Vera has come out.
He ran towards Vera and said, "Mother, this uncle is looking for Mom."
"Okay, I already know. Thank you, Delio."
The little guy was a little embarrassed. He hid behind Vera and said in a small voice, "Sama-sama."
House moving is very efficient. The staff carried the suitcase in one hand and the woven bag in the other, putting it all in the car several times down the road.
Vera locked the door and took Delio downstairs. The two of them will leave by car.
This was the first time Delio had ever gotten into this kind of truck. It feels amazing.
He and Vera sat in the driver's side seat. Delio stuck out his neck to look outside.
"Mother." He returned to Vera's arms and praised loudly. "This car is great! This big! This car is the best! Better than this car and that car."
His finger happened to point at the approaching car and parked on the side of the road. The front of the car faces their direction. The logo shines in the sunlight, emitting the scent of money.
