Way Back Into Love
I'm Back

Flora's blinking eyes opened slowly. The reflection of light was clearly visible even though he could not confirm his vision but he could guess where he was. The sound of medical devices filled the room. A few minutes of his vision was still faint until he could finally see clearly and indeed he was in the ICU room. There's no one there, Flora's alone.

Flora felt her head twirling and wanted to vomit. He pressed the emergency button that was still within reach of his hand. Not how long the medics came and were so surprised because the patient who had been in a coma finally woke up.

“Can I drink sus? my throat is dry” asked Flora.

The nurse nodded her head and took a drink for Flora.

The nurse painstakingly helped Flora to drink.

“What do you feel?” ask the sister.

“Dizziness and nausea” replied Flora.

“What a miracle because you have been in a coma for four years” said the nurse.

“Hah?” Flora was surprised. 

“Then where is Liam sister?” ask Flora anyway.

“Who is Liam?” ask the health worker.

“Suami” reply Flora quickly. The nurse took pains to hold back her laughter because it was not good to laugh at the recovering patient.

“Rest first, I will call the doctor and also Mammu” said the nurse and then out of the room.

Flora was so confused, how did she go into a coma for 4 years?. His eyes went to and fro to digest something until he accidentally saw the reflection of his face on the aluminum table.  Flora held her face.

“I'm back?”. He continued to hold her face as if he had not expected that she had returned to his own body.

“This is a miracle, your condition is normal” said the doctor.

“Have you contacted his family?” ask the doctor about the nurse.

“Already doc, Mama patient is still in transit”.

After observing for an hour, Flora was transferred to a regular hospital room but during that time her family had not come.

Flora took the infusion and walked alone to the front yard of the hospital and there she met her heart adoration who was currently crying while holding her own chest.

“Liam...” call Flora and run as hard as she can.

Hearing her name called Liam raised his head.  His eyes grew even more teary when he saw the woman he loved so much coming while running. Liam stood up and ran towards Flora. When their distance was already within reach of each other, Liam immediately carried Flora into his arms.

“Sayang... I was very frustrated earlier. I thought I would lose you again” said Liam who had shed tears. Still holding the infusion, Flora returned Liam's embrace. He said nothing, all he could do was cry like Liam.

Samuel who saw that instantly felt his head turning. He was confused and did not understand what was happening.

“Ya Lord..what is this?” samuel murmured in his heart.

The newly arrived Marvel was shocked to see Liam hugging a girl. The girl he saw in the photo. Marvel curled a smile, finally understanding what happened. He is happy to see his best friend look happy even with tears but Marvel knows that Liam is currently very happy.

Liam broke out his embrace and cupped Flora's face that had been soaked by tears.

“I love you” said Liam then brought Flora back into his arms.
