Why not a stranger?

In the morning, Liam takes Flora for a walk in the hospital garden.

Stefan who happened to pass by was so shocked to see who was currently with Liam. She is the girl who immediately made Stefan fall in love at first sight just by looking at his picture.

"Ckckck...so this is why you disappeared? Because you have a new woman?" stefan said with a mocking smile.

Liam did not answer because explaining would be useless. Does anyone believe the story he told you?.
