"Darling, do you know that Yura hasn't lived in this town since the last two months?" Kyara asks Gerry after they finish each other's meals.
Gerry wiped the corners of his lips with a tissue then looked at Kyara with a confused face. "What did you say, honey? Yura doesn't live in this city anymore?" Ask Gerry to come back.
Kyara nodded confirming Gerry's words.
"Then where does Yura live at the moment? But why did Rangga never tell me this." Ask Gerry.
"Yura now lives in Bu Ana's hometown. Vara also didn't tell me if I didn't ask for Yura's whereabouts because every time I came to her house I always didn't see Yura's whereabouts. Whereas in the past if I came to their house Yura would always be excited to welcome my arrival." Kyara's tone of voice sounded sad as she said it.
"But why did Yura choose to settle down in Bu Ana's hometown? Isn't it from what I heard that Yura got a scholarship offer to continue her education abroad?" Ask Gerry.
"I don't know either, honey. After all Vara did not explain much about Yura's decision to settle in Bu Ana's hometown. Vara only said that Yura wanted to accompany Bu Ana by staying there.
"It's a pity because Yura didn't take that very promising scholarship." Comment Gerry.
"I'm sure Yura has thought carefully about the decision she made. Yura must have a strong reason for rejecting it all." Reply Kyara.
"Yes, you're right, Yura must have thought about which mesh was best for her because she was an adult. I'm just sorry the scholarship was wasted, but I don't blame the decision." Gerry Clear.
Kyara nodded in understanding.
"Did Rachel know that Yura didn't live here anymore?" Gerry asked considering his youngest daughter who is now abroad.
"I don't think so. Because every time I mentioned about Yura in every one of our phone conversations Rachel never discussed where Yura currently lives." Answer Kyara.
"Is it possible that Yura doesn't want to make Rachel feel sad about the decision she made to not tell our daughter Rachel?" Guess Gerry.
"I think so too. Because if Rachel finds out, then Rachel will not hesitate to go back here and follow Yura to Bu Ana's hometown." Kyara.
Gerry nodded in confirming. Already they guessed what Rachel would do if she learned of the news of Yura's departure from this city.
"Pa, Ma, Rey says goodbye to the room first." Rey.
"Why rush once? Papa and Mama haven't even finished talking." Reply Gerry.
"There's work Rey wants to do tonight, Pah." Reason Rey.
Gerry just kept quiet and stared intensely at his son's face which was very depicting his face.
"Rey, did you know about Yura's departure?" Ask Kyara.
"Rey doesn't know, Ma. After all, his departure wasn't important to Rey." Answer Rey flatly.
"Rey..." Gerry looked at Rey.
"Rey said to the top first." Rey said then moved from the dining table because if he was still there it was certain that Gerry would lecture him all-out.
"That's it, just let Rey go." Kyara said as Gerry tried to stop Rey.
Gerry breathed a rough breath and rested his back on the back of the chair. "Until now I still wonder why Rey has always been so unkind to Yura. Though the boy was really cheerful and could make people who were nearby laugh as well as happy because of it." Gerry.
"I don't know either. It's possible that Rey's current attitude is a derivative of your old attitude." Syndir Kyara with her innocent face.
