Getting worse
Next day.
Gerry and Rey appear to have arrived at one of the houses located quite far from the city. The two-story house is located near the mountains with no other buildings around it. When viewed from the outside, the house looks like it is uninhabited. But who would have thought if in the house there were five residents and one of them was Ketty.
Rey stared around the outside of the house that looked clean and comfortable to look at. Rey guessed that all this time Gerry's men did their duty well to take care of the house and take care of it.
"Let's go to Rey." Take Gerry to Rey after a while to let her son stare around the house.
Rey nods and walks into the house following Gerry.
"Welcome, sir." A middle-aged woman who served as a servant welcomed their arrival. A bodyguard who had just come out of the bathroom seemed to be walking hurriedly towards Gerry and Rey when he saw their presence inside the house.
"Welcome, Mr. Rey, Mr. Gerry." Sweep while bowing.
Gerry and Rey nodded and continued walking into the middle room. "Are you doing your job well?" Gerry asked as he continued to move.
The bodyguard and waiter who were following Gerry nodded in response. "We have done our duty according to what you have commanded." Answer them almost simultaneously.
Gerry nodded then took his son to sit on the long sofa available in the middle room.
The guard and the waiter stand before Gerry and Rey.
"Give the two nurses here." Gerry's Word.
"Ready, Sir." The bodyguard replied quickly then immediately stepped out of the middle room towards the stairs up to the second floor.
Rey still chose to sit quietly in her position while circulating her gaze to every corner of the room. Sometimes his gaze stopped when he saw something displayed in the room that caught his attention.
Not long after two women in nurse uniforms appeared to come down from the stairs and walk up to Gerry.
"Sit down." Gerry's Word.
"How is he doing at the moment?" Ask Gerry without further ado.
"Miss Ketty's condition is getting worse and worse, sir. Miss Ketty is also difficult to eat so that makes her endurance decreases." Answer one of the nurses.
"Can't you persuade him to keep eating?" Gerry pressed down on every word.
Two nurses bowed and shook their heads at the same time.
"Miss Ketty always spits out food that has gone into her mouth." The answer.
Gerry took a long breath. Ketty's declining condition is what makes him decide to approach the woman to this country.
"You wait here." Gerry told the nurse and invited Rey to come with him to the second floor to see Ketty. He does not want Rey to have another prejudice if he only sees his former lover's circumstances.
Rey follows Gerry to the second floor where Ketty's room is located. Before entering the room, Gerry sighed for a moment.
"Let's go in." Take Gerry to Rey, who Rey accepts as the answer.

The sound of the room door being heard open from outside did not make the helplessly lying woman stare at the source of the voice.
