Hospital, in the workroom of Sian.
Sian sat in his work chair while looking at his phone. He read a message last night that he didn't get to read from an unfamiliar number.
Since getting the message from the unknown number. Whether Sian's feelings or not, Sian had a strange dream last night. The fear in that dream could still be felt at this moment. And the messages he has received lately.

“Come in,” Sian put her phone on the table when a nurse came to her.
“Excuse me doctor, the hospital chief asks doctor Sian to face in his room now.”
“Alright, thank you, you can get back to work now.”

The nurse went out. Sian immediately went to the hospital's headroom, which was none other than his own uncle. Arriving at the door of the head room, Sian directly knocked on the door.

Sian's hand began to move to reply to the message.

Sian immediately stopped replying to the message. Somehow the message said if the person who sent it was very familiar with Sian.
Who is this guy really? 5 Years is not a short time, why did he say if he had been waiting for me for 5 years?
Sian was very curious about the person, but his curiosity was not too great compared to his fear of the person. So he prefers to ignore it.
Then Sian put his phone back on the table, then he went to the dressing room to change his clothes with a special robe in use during surgery. After that Sian went to the operating room, to remove the tumor in the patient's respiratory tract.
After the operation to say the tumor was over, Sian immediately cleaned himself then he planned to go home. Before descending to the ground floor, Sian turned on her phone to contact her Husband Bara. However, when turning on the phone there is an incoming message from the same number.

Sian simply ignored the message, and he contacted Bara instead. Phone connected.
“Halo dear,” Bara said in the phone.
“Halo mas, I'm done, mas where is it?”
“Mas and Raihan are already in the lobby waiting for you.” Answer the Bara on the phone.
“Alright mas, I'll be down now.” Said Sian who immediately turned off his phone. Then he went straight down to the ground floor using the elevator.
After exiting the elevator Sian went straight to the lobby where Bara and Raihan were.
“Mama...” shouted Raihan from a distance. While Bara just smiled to see Sian who was about to approach him.
“Mas we go find dinner first yes, I am very hungry once.” Sian said when in front of Bara.
“Alright, we go eat now, go hunt late at night.”
Without waiting for long, they left the hospital in search of dinner.
On the way, Sian slept. Plans for a night grave were canceled, but Bara stopped by a restaurant to buy food for his wife. The food was just wrapped up to be eaten at home, because he did not want to wake his wife while in the restaurant.
Arriving home, Bara looked towards Sian and Raihan who were asleep in the back seat. He smiled happily because it was rare for a sight like this to be seen.
Slowly Bara opened the car door beside Sian.
“Honey wake up, we've arrived at home.” The whisper of the slow coals in Sian's ears.
“Emm..” Sian squirmed before opening his eyes.
“Honey let's get up quickly, we've reached home.”
Sian opened his eyes in shock upon hearing Bara's whisper in his ear.
“What! What about dinner?”
Emar smile. ”Sayang just calm down, mas already bought the food, now we enter first into the house and then we tomb together. Before that I will move Raihan first into the room, and dear wait for me in the kitchen.”
“Good boss.” Said Sian who was a little playful.
After Bara moved Raihan inside her room, she followed Sian in the kitchen. The two of them had dinner together, without Raihan.
On the other hand, Sian's phone that was inside the bag rang. There's a message coming in.
