The night has again enveloped the city of Jakarta, but the atmosphere is different this time. Nineteen newly excavated tombs await its last inhabitants. Silence dominated the atmosphere at the funeral that was hit by grief. Among the graves, Bima stood with her eyes glued to a special grave that had just been dug. He felt heavy looking at the wooden coffin.
"You are the hero of this city, Adam. I promise to keep this city no matter what" he whispered slowly, and he bowed his head in a final salute. The rain slowly poured down on the city.
Lestari and Dion were also present at the funeral. They clasped the white flowers they placed over each grave as a last salute.
As the sky begins to radiate the morning sun, the city of Jakarta prepares to rebuild its shattered self. Buildings that had collapsed and been scorched began to be rebuilt, and roads that were filled with damage eventually received repairs. The spirit of recovery reverberated throughout this city. The townspeople started their daily activities back. Not much has changed except for the small memorial they made in memory of the dead.
The new governor, directly elected by the President, Maya Wijaya, led the recovery effort. He is a wise and determined leader, and the people of Jakarta feel lucky to have a leader like Maya in these difficult times. "We will rebuild this city!", he cried, the spirit of closing the speech that afternoon. The townspeople warmly welcomed his presence. The hope of this city is starting to grow again.
Meanwhile a quiet coffee shop in the corner of the city, Bima, Lestari, Dion and Naga gathered. They contemplate all the events they have experienced, but their secrets remain firmly awake. Bima shrinks his gaze at the dragon now recovering from his wounds, reminding himself that danger is always lurking. The dragon walked towards the coffee shop with his feet yet to recover.
"Dragon, here I help", Bima ran and supported her hand to walk in from her car after seeing her from behind a glass window.
"You should rest" said Bima anxiously. "Father Bim, bosen at home", replied the Dragon.
"Dragon, you can ask for our help, we'll take you for a walk" Lestari said a little annoyed.
"Ah, I don't want to take care of you" replied the Dragon briefly.
"We just like to help you" continued Dion.
"Thank you Bim, Tar, Dion", Dragon then sat on a chair.
"Hmm, can you copy Ga?" asked Dion. The dragon just smiled.
"Okay Ga, I made it, but this time the dose is less so let's not be too heavy" said Bima while preparing the favorite Dragon coffee.
"Yes Bim, Thank you", replied the Dragon slowly.
Then in the middle of the conversation was heard the sound of national news, "Viewers, Maya Wijaya has been officially inaugurated as the Governor of Jakarta City, and repair damage to the city has begun, roads are being repaired in some places and buildings are being rebuilt" a news anchor said.
Dion tapped into a cup of coffee and said, "Hopefully this city can recover quickly".
Lestari added, "Most importantly, our city is safe from the robbers".
The dragon raised its head, as if understanding their conversation, its blue eyes shone wisely.
"Dragon, how are you?", asked Bima.
"I've recovered, but after the abduction my legs can no longer walk normally. The doctor has given up on my condition now" said the Dragon with a sad face.
"Relax Ga, you can definitely recover. There must be another way out there that can treat your injuries", Lestari held the Dragon's shoulder.
The dragon only smiled faintly although the sorrow was still clearly visible from his eyes. Their friendship is very close.
Millions of years ago, in an era when the world was still filled with myths and gods that walked among humans. Live a mighty stone guard of nature. In ancient languages, he was referred to as the "Queen of Alas," a revered but also feared creature. He is like a giant human as high as five meters, has feet and hands made of stone, he is also able to break himself into grains of gravel and then again become a full stone man.
One of the oldest dialogues of the god, Aruna, rumbled like thunder at night. "Queen Pedestal, guardian of nature, we give you the noble task of maintaining this balance. However, remember, the great power you possess can also be a curse if misused."
Watu Alas replied with a roar, which penetrated into the ground and sky. "I will carry out this duty faithfully, to protect nature and all the creatures that live in it."
For centuries, Watu Alas kept his promise. He guards the wilderness and the rivers, ensuring a balanced life. But like all creatures, its power makes it want more.
One day, an evil temptation entered his heart. He began to use his power to expand his territory, making the forest flourish outside of his territory. Imbalances arose, and humans began to suffer from the invasion of wild animals into human settlements.
The gods who were angered by Watu Alas' actions finally decided to stop him. They created a powerful seal that bound Watu Alas into a giant egg-shaped rock and placed it inside a secluded cave. Watu Alas is sealed in it, condemned to live forever in prison.
For millions of years, he was trapped in darkness and emptiness. This story is still reported and recorded for millions of years. Until an archaeologist discovers its existence.
"Sir, this will be the greatest discovery of the century" said Siska his assistant.
"We must not be too rash, because the ancient script says that this stone is cursed. This stone should not be moved" said Dr. Gunawan is resolute.
"Boss, look at this! We managed to find the entrance", exclaimed one worker who was digging an old cave.
"Amazing" said Dr. Gunawan after seeing the entrance of the cave was open.
"I'll go in first" insisted Dr. Gunawan in front of his team. "But this sir is very dangerous, this cave can collapse at any time", Siska worried about his safety.
"It's been a risk for an archaeologist like me, Siska, give me the flashlight" Dr. Gunawan confirmed to his team. "This is sir", a worker wearing a safety helmet with a flashlight.
Slowly Dr. Gunawan entered the cave door. He felt an extremely powerful energy vibration within it. He entered the cave deeper and found a large egg-shaped rock standing upright in the middle of the cave.
"I finally succeeded, as I thought all along this stone was real!", Dr. Gunawan was moved by the success of the discovery of the big stone.
The discovery made world news hot, and this information reached collectors and antique lovers.
"Sir William, this stone is millions of years old, surely the selling price must be very high sir" said Mr. Vincent from the phone.
"But Mr. Vincent, this stone has a cursed myth, I don't want to take the risk" said Mr. William, a collector of antiquities.
"Hm... Okay, let's just say, what if you bring the stone for me then the debts of the father so far I consider paid off", Mr. Vincent offers.
"Ta.. But sir, the stone is heavily guarded by our government", Mr. William continued.
"Sir William, Mr. William, I'm an old player. You must have known how. Bring me that stone.. Immediately!", snapped Mr. Vincent loudly while hanging up his phone.
"It seems that I have no other choice", murmured Mr. William inwardly.
Seriate...
