Chapter 13 | Keanu Explanation

Mouza chose to pass by without caring about Keanu calling out to her. The disappointment was still lodged in his chest, though Keanu repeatedly apologized to Mouza.

Arriving in front of a dispenser, Mouza immediately filled his drinking water supply for the night. As he was about to go back up, he felt his hand being blocked by Keanu.

"We'll talk to you for a second!" she said with reddened eyes.

Mouza only resigned when he was required to sit on a sofa. Mouza's chest again ticked irregularly. He just hoped Keanu wouldn't listen to his heartbeat.

Unfortunately, she fell in love with my sister. I chose to back off and keep that feeling," Keanu explained at length which left Mouza's eyes unblinking as he listened to Keanu's explanation.

Though it's hard to forget, Mouza tries to figure out her disappointment. Everyone has a dark past and deserves a chance to repent.

Tonight after Keanu gave his explanation, Mouza still could not believe that Keanu was secretly harboring feelings for her.

"So now, Bang?" mouza asked in surprise.

"Sir Za, Eid next year!"

"But I have morning class, Bang!"

"That I allow."
