Back at the police station.
While waiting for Georgie to autopsy the victim, Rio and the others had to search for clues left by the victim, the photos that the other team had taken before they arrived to the location became one of their clues.
While Rio continued to frown and his mouth looked at the photos on the white board, Tony instead looked at Cody closely, from underfoot to overhead.
"Hemm, are you, there, a descendant of the fortune teller yah Cod? Uh, what, you can see, what's my future here? What, I could be captain or.."
Rio approached and clapped Tony's head with the paper in his hand.
"Speaking what you're talking about, you've been getting results in Anna's room there, just sitting down since"
Tony straightened his seat, Cody holding back a laugh seeing Tony's changed face.
"Busan was given where it might have been finished, Anna was a bring-up can - can I scold him again"
Rio sat in his chair.
"You have to wait, otherwise he will relax and do something else, there"
With a sullen face Tony stood up from his seat,
"Dad dech"
Cody held back a laugh, even though it was now Rio's turn to look at him for a long time, frowning his forehead deeply.
"Heh, what do you want to ask Rio? don't look at me like that" asked Cody,
Rio confirmed his sitting.
"Well, a lot, about, how do you know about.., uh, heh, I don't even know what to ask, I don't even know, if you hadn't been here all night we might have started to suspect you were the culprit, and, uh, you haven't been doing anything weird, or, uh?"
Rio started to think Cody was indeed full of mysteries, he only realized it now.
Cody held his breath for a while, he knew explaining it would take him a long time and a long time, though, he did have to start it anyway.
"Eh, actually, .." But just now he was about to say everything, the phone in his pocket vibrated, the call from Riana.
"Well Ri"
Cody stood up from his seat, while Rio was still waiting for his explanation,
"Well, I'll be there any minute, what time is this, what time is the movie?"
Shortly waiting for Cody to get back to Rio, the young detective was still waiting for an explanation from him.
"So, what did you say? Actually you.." asked Rio again.
Cody looked at Rio for a moment, held his breath for a moment.
Cody stopped his speech, it was him, he had already said it, all that had to be said, more or less what Rio needed to know as the beginning.
But, Rio just stared at her silently, he did not expect that was what Cody would tell him.
"Eh, does he mean to see that spirit, the dead? that, he, seriously khan Cod? You, you're not kidding Khan? He's.."
Rio chuckled a little, but Cody just silently looked at it, he was quite serious, thought Rio stopping his laughter.
"Eh, he, it doesn't seem like it's joking well, um, I don't know what to say"
Cody had expected Rio's reaction to be so, that's why he wouldn't tell her, Cody smiled, saying,
"Well, I expected it"
Cody moved towards the door, Rio held his breath for a moment and immediately chased after him, holding his hand stopping Cody.
"Cody wait, uh, this is, too weird, not that I don't believe you, just uh.."
Cody let go of Rio's hand, he knew everyone who didn't know at first and was told by him would think of him as crazy, he might just fantasize, he could understand what Rio was thinking at the moment, he said, he could see Rio's worried look at him, he didn't want to hurt him but the young detective also seemed to not believe him, maybe pitying him to make up in such a way.
"It's okay Rio, I understand, um I have an appointment to watch with Riana, I go home first well"
Rio just stuttered, he could not prevent Cody from walking out the door, he said,
"God"
*-*-*-*-*-*-*
Classes were crowded, hours of rest in fifth grade primary school in one of the private schools.
Ten-year-olds, some gathered in a corner, some sat in their seats and joked together.
There was only one child sitting alone in the very back seat, his gaze far out the window, staring up where the blue sky stretched wide, the small clumping clouds seemed to gather together and moved slowly following the direction of the wind.
It's Cody, a sweet little boy with white skin and flushed chubby cheeks. He realized that the surrounding children were not willing to sit with him, until one seat in front and the side was empty, all avoiding him, since Cody always said strange things, he said, until it seemed creepy that made all the children of his class, even one school was afraid, no one even dared to greet him.
Cody was always alone, he had his own lunch doing group chores, playing hours he would just sit by himself on the sidelines watching the others play, he didn't mind, he didn't mind, after all he didn't like the kids very much either, they were too noisy in his opinion.
His physical condition, which his teachers said was weak because he was often unconscious, suddenly made him not obliged to follow any physical exercise, but Cody loved to sit outside the building.
Sometimes he would sit still with a blank look, and could once upon a time fall unconscious all of a sudden, all of a supposedly wonderful childhood, but no, to Cody, he said, his childhood was very faint and there were no pleasant memories though.
While sitting on the sidelines watching his friends play, Cody will slowly turn to look at the old tree in front of the administration room, the old tree that existed before the school was built, and the old tree that was there before the school was built, which anker thinks is because he is too old, and they are right, because Cody often sees some strangers standing there looking at him, sometimes small children, sometimes old grandmothers, sometimes old grandmothers, sometimes the old man, but they all had no one to go near him let alone disturb him, except the one inside the building.
Cody looked up at the glass windows on the first to fourth floors, there were some people standing by the window, often bothering him, the adults around him no one believed him, after all, Cody was also unlikely to make everyone run away because of it, but inside the building, the building where many spirits gathered in the form of black smoke and essence that could not be touched, he said, but it can annoy others, some, maybe longer than the building itself, though not afraid but Cody sometimes likes to be unconscious when disturbed them, as it were, like, the spirits will not leave him alone, some even follow him home.
"Heh" hesah Cody.
