He opened and read the contents on the letter sheet carefully. His hands shook violently. Immediately headed to the doctor's office. Without knocking on the door first, Jimmy sneaks in and finds Vano contemplating.

"Vano, what does this mean? What happened to my wife? Why don't you ever talk about something this serious to me?"
