Stephanus sighed again, then looked at Devano for a moment. While Devano frowned and straightened his seat, trying to pay attention to every word that came out of the mouth of his President.

"But sir, what about your own daughter? Did he approve this request of my father? Maybe your daughter already has a prospective companion of her own choice. Most likely, he would disagree less with this request." Devano tried to find a gap so that Stephanus' request could be considered again.

"I didn't ask for your decision because I had to, if you agree you really sincerely accept it. Even if I refuse this request is okay and also has no effect on anything including the first request. I will still choose you to be my successor" Stephanus said.
