"All right, I'll explain? Tahajud prayer is the most important sunnah prayer among other sunnah prayers. Because tahajud prayer is one form of communication with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, which is very effective. The virtues promised by Allah are also abundant, spread to His servants. That is a glorious place beside Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, in the world and the hereafter" explained Afnan, as he confirmed his wife's hair looks messy. Makes the body of the shafiqah feel stiff.

"Principles of One-third Prayer Tonight. There are several virtues of praying one third of the night that can be obtained by every Muslim, including:

1) Lifting Degree. Every Muslim who practices tahajud prayer, his drajat will be lifted by Allah Azza wa Jalla. As God says,

"And on some nights, establish tahajud prayer as an additional worship for you. May your Lord lift you to a place of praise." (QS. Al-iszra:79).

As the Prophet said, "O you men, spread greetings, give food, keep the rope of brotherhood, and pray when the people sleep at night, I will enter heaven safely." (CHR. Ibn Majah).

3). Made Humble. Allah SWT asserts that people who perform the virtues of tahajud prayers will always have a humble and friendly nature. The serenity that is a reflection of the peace of the soul in living daily life in society will make us humble, as His word:

“And those servants of the Most Merciful God are those who walk the earth humbly and when the foolish greet them (with contemptuous words), they say “salam,” and those who spend the night worshiping their Lord by prostrating and standing.” (Al-Furqan 25:63-64)

4). Maintaining Breathing Health. One-third of the night's prayers have benefits for physical health, one of which can prevent respiratory infections. Tahajud prayer can be therapeutic for any Muslim who has problems with breathing. In addition, tahajud prayer is also effective to avoid various diseases.

5). Increases Immune. The virtue of praying another third of the night is that it can improve the immune system of a person who has a weak immune system, then can be easily attacked by disease.

6) Maintaining Spiritual Health. Performing tahajud prayers performed in a special way can also maintain spiritual health. So that this can prevent us from mental disorders. Because someone who always does the tahajud prayer will feel the peace and tranquility of the soul.

Allah SWT said, "And the servants of the Most Merciful God are those who walk on the earth humbly and when the ignorant greet them, they say good words. And those who pass through the night prostrate themselves and stand for their Lord." (QS. Al-Furqan:63-64).

7).Prayer Accrued. Praying tahajud in one third of the night is a good time to pray. In the midst of the silence of the night, make every Muslim more solemn in prayer. It is believed that prayer will be easily answered.

The Prophet in a hadith says,

"In the evening there is a time when no Muslim will offer Allah a prayer concerning the world and the Hereafter coincides with that time unless Allah will give what he asks. It happens every night." (CHR. Muslims no. 757).

8). Calming the Heart and Mind. For people who often experience anxiety and unsettled thoughts, it is better to perform tahajud prayers. Because doing tahajud prayer in one third of the night can calm the heart and mind.

As the Prophet said in a hadith, "When he awakens and calls the name of Allah, a knot is broken. Then when he wudhu, there is one more knot. Then when he prayed, the last knot fell. So he was fresh and clean in the morning." (CHR. Muttafaqun'alaih).

"Much benefit? Now don't you want to pray tahajud hm?" asked Afnan after he had long explained the primacy of tahajud prayer.
