And one of the verses of the Quran that confirms the obligation to close the aurat is in Surah Al-Ahzab.

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala said:

يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ قُلْ لِّاَزۡوَاجِكَ وَبَنٰتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ يُدۡنِيۡنَ عَلَيۡهِنَّ مِنۡ جَلَابِيۡبِهِنَّ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ اَدۡنٰٓى اَنۡ يُّعۡرَفۡنَ فَلَا يُؤۡذَيۡنَ ؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِيۡمًا

"O Prophet, say to the wives, daughters and wives of the believers, "Must they extend their veils throughout their bodies. That is so that they may be easily recognized, therefore they are not disturbed. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (QS Al Ahzab :59)

This verse explicitly explains that women should extend the hijab throughout the body. That is, it is obligated to use a cloth that covers the body and the aurat so that it is not visible.

For that, however, a Muslim woman who is already in puberty must cover her aura and her body. Moreover, this is coupled with various studies that almost the entire body of women has beauty and can attract desire for the opposite sex.

In QS Al A'raf: 26 Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says:

يٰبَنِىۡۤ اٰدَمَ قَدۡ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ لِبَاسًا يُّوَارِىۡ سَوۡاٰتِكُمۡ وَرِيۡشًا‌ ؕ وَلِبَاسُ التَّقۡوٰى ۙ ذٰ لِكَ خَيۡرٌ‌ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ مِنۡ اٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُوۡنَ

"O son of Adam, We have sent down to you clothes to cover your law and beautiful clothes for jewelry. And that taqwa dress is the best. Such are some of the signs of God's power, may they always remember." (QS Al - A'raf :26)
