5. Desperate Love and Circumstances

*Haqqul POV*

Staring out the window and looking at the miserable town. With a flat face I closed my eyes to rest.

Andhika didn't sit with me because she was busy comforting Okta. It was so quiet that Annisa approached me.

"May I sit with you?" asked Anisa who was still standing beside my seat.

"You don't need my permission to sit.." Answer me without opening my eyes.

Annisa then sat down, I opened my eyes slowly and looked at Annisa who was sitting next to me.

"That's a past incident.forgive me.." with a bowed face full of regret.

"The past incident...? Which one...?" I said in a tone of ignorance.

"Time at vika's... I hit you hard and until you passed out" with a sorry bow.

"Don't you apologize to me." looked at you with eyesmile.

Annisa returned my gaze with a face that was still regretful.

"This is just a small wound, so stop apologizing" I said to calm her heart that still felt guilty to me.

"Is that really..?" ask annisa.

"Yes." I replied smiling.

"Annisa if you have a boyfriend, what do you do?" I stared out the bus window.

"E-eh.if that is.I will love her with all my heart and will not let her leave me"

Answer with a small smile.

"Then, if anyone likes and loves you, do you want to accept his love?" ask me again.

"Depending on the hell, if he wants to love me what there is, I will definitely accept it" said his still sculpted little smile on his lips.

"Hm..so, annisa"

"Yes?"

Annisa looked at me and I returned her gaze.

"Will you be my girlfriend, annisa..?" my words expressed the feelings that were in my little heart before Annisa.

"W-what..!?! J-so your boyfriend!?" annisa said with a slight cry out in surprise at the words that came out of my mouth.

Annisa's cheeks flushed and her speech started to get a little nervous. My friend's friend who was busy with the others heard Annisa who was slightly screaming, then they all looked at the two of us.

"W-are you kidding me?!" annisa said with flushed cheeks in disbelief.

"No, I'm not kidding.would you accompany me to walk together through this life as lovers who love each other...?"

Say it with a smile looking at you.

"Cieee..you two, congratulations!!" my friend said cheering to see me express my feelings.

Annisa then got up from her chair and faced her friend.

"No.k-us.yet.p-pa.."

"Yes we are now lovers" my timps cut off Annisa's words.

As I got out of my chair and held both shoulders of Annisa from behind and smiled at my friend.

While Annisa could not say what with her blushing face due to the embarrassment of myself expressed my feelings to her.

"Today two people expressed their feelings and became lovers, congratulations" said Kelvin who approached us all with a smile.

"What's kelvin? Is there something you want to get to, right?" ask zidan.

"Oh yeah I just remembered!?, we'll soon be at your house zidan, but the problem..."

Kelvin did not continue and stared out the window.

We all looked out the window and saw an unpleasant sight.

Fisheries left and in front of the bus surrounded by zombies that roam quite a lot until the sound of the bus hitting the zombies was quite clear.

Sfx:Brackk..!! Bukk..!! Oh..!! Oh, my..!!!

The bus drove quickly and still hit quite a number of zombies. I saw in front of there the highway was in front of my eyes.

But...

"CHILDREN!!! HANDLE THE ERAATT!!!" yell mr. shin.

Arrived.....!!!!!!

Sfx:Bruummm...!! KLLAAKK!! CIIIT!! YOOO!!!!! BRAAAKKKK!!!! SSS.....!!!

The bus ran over a pile of zombie corpses that were below it until it rolled to the right side and then dragged until it hit the highway barrier.

All of us on the bus were shaken here and there, I hugged Annisa and protected her from the shock of the bus.

While the others hugged each other and held onto whatever was strong to withstand this shock.

The zombies outside began walking slowly towards our bus which was rolled into the road barrier.

Kelvin broke down the bus door with his feet and got out of the bus.

"Slowly go out" said Kelvin, reaching out to marsha, vika, and zidan and helping them.

I broke down the back door of the bus and took out annisa and rizal, while andhika followed out with okta through the back door of the bus.

Kelvin helped get Mr. shin out in there who was injured, I came out and saw something..

We all saw things we didn't want to see...

For a moment our hearts gave up on what we saw....

It's worse than a rolled-up bus....

The bad thing is hell.....

*POV*Zidan*

We're gonna end up here....

There's no way out, it's all over those damn zombies.

I saw that many of my friends were hurt. Mr. Shin was severely injured in his arms and head.

The legs of the marsha and vika are sprained, while the annisa and octa are slightly abrasive because they are protected by haqqul and Andhika. Rizal also only felt pain in his body.

Kelvin and I were injured not too badly, but the bad thing was the two of them. Haqqul and Adhika hit their heads and bodies on the wall of the bus hard enough that blood was pouring down their foreheads.

"We have no hope anymore.we will end here.." said Rizal trembling and afraid of disbelief.

"I still don't want to die." said Vika with deep fear.

"I don't want to die in vain here either." I chimed in with sadness and fear.

Okta then calmed down the sad and scared heart of Vika.

And Kelvin patted me on the shoulder to calm myself down too.

We were all downcast and desperate to see the zombies start to approach and prepare to pounce, except for andhika and haqqul who looked calm like nothing had happened.

Then I saw andhika who went into the dab taking something, then came out with P3K, a wooden sword, some homemade bombs and two blades that had been prepared haqqul in the house vika.

"Don't they, they want to fight those zombies...no way..?! That's impossible..!! I was worried about what they both did.

Andhika and Haqqul took a small bandage to cover the wounds on their heads that shed blood.

After having bandaged their heads andhika threw her P3K box to me.

I caught the P3K box and treated my friend's wounds with antiseptic drugs and bandaged them tightly.

"Do you want to fight him..!?" kelvin asked looking at the two of them who were preparing.

"We have a plan for all of us to survive and this is only our one and only last hope" Haqqul replied in a calm tone.

"Are you fools!! Look at them so much!! We can't fight that much?!" kelvin said a little angrily to the two of them.

"Hey.hey....!! Rather than us here waiting for our futile deaths, I'd rather fight them even if I had to die, I don't want to die silly just from being bitten and not being able to fight back..." andhika said a little annoyed.

"We have ended your debate that there is no aeti, and also I want to ask you kelvin" said Haqqul with a sharp look at me.

"I-I.." kelvin couldn't answer and was bowed.

I approached the three of them who were arguing.

"Are you sure..?! Impossible to win against dozens of zombies in front of us..?! We will not be able to if only this, what more are injured" I said while pointing at the zombies that are down there.

"You guys are enough on this bus alone, we will open the way for you to run and we become his bait so that you are safe" said Andhika with a face full of enthusiasm.

"B-but..?!"

Kelvin speech truncated haqqul.

"Just relax, do you believe in us, me and Andhika will not die that easily" Haqqul smiled to kelvin.

Turns out annisa and okta heard the talk of the four of us.

Annisa and Okta approached us who were still talking at length.

"Andhika are you going to leave me" said the sad okta holding back tears staring at andhika with her sweet face.

Andhika hugged the octa and stroked her soft hair.

"Didn't I tell her that I will always be with you no matter what, but this time I'm doing this for all of us to be safe" said Andhika to calm the crying octa.

"But you'll die if you're dealing with that many zombies.hiks.." said Okta crying in andhika's arms.

"Okta my lover.believe in me, I'll be right back and keep my promise to you.just be sure and wait when I get back to you.." andhika said with a small smile.

Andhika then took a small handkerchief that was nailed to her shirt and wiped the tears that flowed on the cheeks okta.

After wiping her tears andhika also gave the little handkerchief to the octa.

"I promise to return as soon as possible, I'll be in my temple." said Andhika held out her little finger sweet sign of promise.

Okta then smiled and retorted out her sweet little finger and accepted andhika's decision.

Annisa who had since seen was only bowed when she saw haqqul.

Haqqul realizes it and then approaches annisa.

"Annisa don't you want to say anything to your lover" said Haqqul smiling to annisa.

"D-basic fool?! I'm b-not your lover?!" answer with red cheeks.

"But be careful not to die.if there is no you feel it will be lonely." said Annisa while looking the other way with cheeks slightly reddened with embarrassment.

Haqqul smiled at the words coming out of Annisa's mouth.

"Just relax I'll be back" she said with a smile and a relaxed tone.

I got into the bus that had been rolled over and took a wooden stick and then a baseball came out.

I gave the wooden stick to the kelvin, rizal helped the shin pack stand then annisa and okta helped the marsha and the sprained vika to stand.

"Have you made up your resolve." asked Kelvin to haqqul and adhika.

Haqqul and Andhika just silently did not answer while preparing to be ready.

"Then don't let you die here" said Kelvin.

The two of them just smiled cynically and prepared to attack the herd of undead who were already hungry waiting for us.

"We'll meet in my room, that's our promise" said Andhika.

"Alright we will wait there" I replied with a worried tone about their safety.

I looked towards the zombies, the distance with them was 4 meters, while behind them there were many and blocked until there was no way out.

Andhika held a wooden sword and propped it on her shoulders.

Haqqul played and twisted the knife with his hands.

"Let's start the main party." said Andhika with a face full of vigorous smiles.
