Throat feels dry. I don't know why the air temperature is so hot is unbearable. Even though last night the rain was quite heavy. Flickering fingers palpated the table, looking for glasses with purple frames lying next to the vase.
Nilla woke up from her sleep. Wearing glasses, so that his vision is no longer blurry. He looked at Angel who was still asleep. The tomboyish woman appears to be sleeping on her back with a loud snoring sound. Nilla smiled wryly.
Wall clock shows at 5 am. Nilla was about to stand up, but her eyes were fixed on the picture frame under the round wall clock. Seen in the photo, a woman is sitting in a chair. A woman who looks graceful wears a grey suit. In front of him, there were two girls aged around 9 years smiling facing the camera.
Nilla squirms, stretches her body. He was wearing only lacy pajamas of a thin, slightly transparent fabric. The clothes he chose felt most comfortable when used to sleep at night. He also took off his br*, so that the chest looks puffed up and hanging.
Dragging her feet, Nilla walked out of the room. He went to the kitchen to get some water. Arriving at the room where watching TV, Nilla paused for a moment. Look at the empty floor. The days before that there was Wildan sleeping there.
After drinking a glass of water, Nilla opened the front door. Letting his body that was only wrapped in thin cloth feel the cold morning air. Sure enough, the air changed. The sensation is cool and fresh, making it feel comfortable.
When she was about to sit on the chair on the front porch, Nilla heard the voice of someone who muttered indistinctly. Like the sound of sobbing, it also sounded like someone was mocking.
Nilla sharpens hearing. The quiet atmosphere of the morning made it easy to know the origin of the strange sound. Nilla believes the sound came from her neighbor, the house next door. Nilla was astonished. The house was empty. Indeed, in recent days he had heard the sound of rowdy people, maybe there were new residents. Nilla doesn't care much. But now, that strange sound was quite disturbing. It was as if someone was in pain.
Slowly, Nilla peered through the bars of the side fence. The house is dark without lighting. But it could still be seen that someone was curled up in front of the door. Someone who is shivering and gibbering.
Nilla was sure, whoever it was must be in pain. There was a part of his heart telling him not to interfere and to let it go. But some of his other reasoning asks to check.
"If the person dies, it can be troublesome. The police will come to this area. And as the nearest neighbor will certainly be asked. It can interfere with the plans that have been arranged," murmured Nilla alone.
Nilla decided to jump the fence and check. Half-ranked, he approached the figure who was curled up in front of the empty house door. Nilla's heart beat faster. In his mind appeared many strange preconceptions. What if that figure is not human? What if it's a ghost? More and more wild conjectures, making the fur of Nilla's nudge stand.
Half frightened, Nilla grabbed onto the shoulder of the lying figure. Then he pulled it so that the curled body was now lying face Nilla. Faintly just seen the face of the figure. He is none other than Wildan.
"Wilda?" pekik Nilla panicked. He put the back of his hand on Wildan's forehead. Feeling hot and sweating. The man's face also looked pale.
"I'm already in heaven. There's an angel" said Wildan. His eyes were only half open.
Nilla immediately helped Wildan up. The male body is very heavy. Nilla was overwhelmed but would not give up. He embraces Wildan and helps him walk, stumbling towards his home.
Angel, who was still sleeping, was disturbed by the sound of the front door opening as if hit by something. I heard strange footsteps. Angel jumps out of bed when she realizes Nilla is not in her bed. And as he exited the room, he was quite surprised to find Nilla embracing the pale-faced Wildan. Two buttons of the upper Nilla pajamas came apart, revealing smooth white flesh.
"What are you? Guobl!" peekik Angel upset.
"What? I found Wildan sleeping in front of the door next door. Her body is hot. Bring warm water to compress dong," Pinta Nilla ignored Angel's confused expression.
After being compressed, Wildan's body heat gradually dropped. He also stopped raving. Nilla breathed a sigh of relief.
"Where did you find this useless man? Why did you bring him back here? Didn't he himself choose to leave, should have let him rot in the middle of nowhere" Angel grumbled. He turned his face away, unwilling to look at the weakly drooping Wildan.
"I know you're Ngel. You are the type who will not comment when you do not care. You are currently just trying to lie to your own heart," muttered Nilla softly.
"Waahh, your mouth" said Angel, hiding her reddened face.
"It's like you don't care about him, but your heart is happy when he gets back here?" Nilla smiled for a moment. Angel is silent now.
"I'm gonna take a shower first. My stomach also has a bit of a mule. Because of helping this big tall man walk, my stomach is cramping. Hadeh," complained Nilla immediately stood up and ran around a little to the bathroom.
Now in front of the TV, there are only Angel and Wildan who look like people sleeping soundly. Angel fell silent, leaning her back against the wall. Nilla's words troubled her heart. Did he really care about Wildan, relieved by the man's return home?
"Damn! Where the hell have you been? You useless!" murmured Angel looked at Wildan who was seen sleeping soundly.
As if hearing Angel's words, Wildan opened his eyelids slowly. Angel gasped, a little surprised, not expecting the man in front of him to start roaring.
"Angel?" call Wildan lirih. Angel was silent.
"Am I dead? Or just hallucinate," Wildan murmured after Angel did not say a word.
Angel rubbed the hair on her forehead and removed the towel compress on Wildan's forehead. Then he brought his face closer to Wildan, so close that their foreheads stuck together. Wildan can now see Angel's clear eyeballs as if they can swim in it.
"You're still alive bod*h," whispered Angel softly.
"Oh, I was just a dream apparently," Wildan said shortly before closing his eyes again.
Angel grunted annoyedly. He stood up and left Wildan alone. Angel headed to the front porch, and sat in a rattan chair facing the street. A smile fluttered on her thin, red-ish lips.
"Maybe Nilla's right. Somehow I was more excited when that useless man was here" Angel muttered after sighing slowly.
