A Substitute
You're not a kidnapping

The wind blew against the dry leaves until it finally fell to the ground. Tread can be love for the man who passes over it. Simultaneously, there was a Light still staring at Davin with a look full of disappointment. It turns out that Safira is the girl Davin loves very much. Instantly the confident soul of Light faded away immediately seeing this reality. Obviously he and Sapphira were different classes. He could be like Sapphira.

"She's so pretty" Safira praised as she stared softly.

"Yes, she is beautiful." Davin.

"But, it's not good if you love someone's wife, Mas, let alone her husband is your own cousin." Light reminded.

"Yes, I know that. But, you can't force someone to forget his love."

"Yes, Mas, you're right" Light said with a smile. 'So can you who can't force me to stop liking you, '" she said.

"Oh yeah, if you can't get air-cold AC, I'll just buy you a fan."

"Well, thank you, Mom." The light nodded with a smile. He was a little more relieved that he did not have to deal with AC anymore.

"Davin, hi, how are you?" Suddenly a middle-aged woman and her son came and brought a fruit parcel. Turns out she was Davin's mother's friend.

Light and Davin were a little astonished because they had not expected this at all.

"Auntie Zira? Okay, Auntie." Davin. He sees his son Zira named Adel, the girl who was almost betrothed to Davin.

The light remembered Zira's face. It was that woman who came to her engagement with Davin and insulted him for being poor. (See chapter 7 fiancee)

"Aunty heard from your mom that your wife went to the hospital. Why did it get here?" asked Zira with a worried look. Whether pretended or not, only he, God, and the author know.

"Yes, it is indeed common for the lower middle class who are not familiar with AC. Hence the Light, you should get used to it. Davin's a great man, you know, don't be ashamed."

The light that heard Zira's words immediately scrunched his forehead. 'Did these mothers call for war?' his inner.

"Tante, don't talk like that, Light is sick" Davin said.

"Yes, Ma, don't be so, pity the Light. He's used to living a hard life, so understand that he's not used to living luxury in Davin's house," Adel added.

"Sir, you graduated from high school, right?" ask the Light suddenly.

"Yes, why? Awesome, right?"

"Yes, great, but I'm still single, until my mom told me that Davin deserved more. His mother did not accept Mas Davin's fiancee with me. Take care of his mother, Ma'am, don't embarrass his son like that. Obviously, Davin did not want to go with Ma'am. His manners are nonexistent despite being highly educated."

Hearing the Light's words, Davin and Adel were shocked. They had no idea that Zira had ever said that.

"Ma, Mama ever say that?" adel asked while looking annoyed.

"No, honey, that's not what it means." Zira started to look nervous.

"Logic only, Mom, if Ma'am Adel is suitable for Mas Davin, surely he will not refuse a highly educated woman who is beautiful." The light smiled as it looked at the faces of Zira and Adel who were as red as tomatoes.

Those who were already embarrassed had no choice but to leave. The light could smile in satisfaction seeing them off. While Davin just sat as if he did not care about the incident earlier. Ever since Sapphira's arrival, his mind seemed to be hypnotized by the woman. Is this what you call real love?
