"Let go!" The light released his hand from Davin's grasp. Ever since they were outside, Davin continued to hold his hand without letting go. Makes him feel angry and upset.

"Light, please forgive me. Go back home." Davin looked at the Light with a plea. It was obvious that there was a look of regret in his eyes.

"No, Mas. I am comfortable with my life now. There are no more rules in the rich man's house that I must obey. No more insults will make me sad." The light wiped the corners of his eyes violently. Really, he didn't want to cry in front of Davin. He wanted to show the man that he missed him a lot.

"But, Light, I can't live without you."

"lik! The proof is that you are still breathing! I've been away from home a long time."

"No, that's not what it means. I might not be able to live much longer if you weren't by my side."

"Where are you going? A suicide? Sin, Mas. You told me yourself when I almost committed suicide."

Davin was already at a loss for words because the Light could always reverse his words.

He held back the Light's hand and looked at her deeply.

"I love you, Light. I love you so much."

The light was shocked to hear Davin's current expression of feeling. He had not expected to hear the words he had wanted to hear from the man all along.

"What?" ask a little shock.

"I love you. I love you." Davin repeated his words.

"No, I can't seem to tell which love is and which awe is. After you left me, I finally realized that my life felt empty without you. The days I spent were filled with emptiness and boredom. I finally realized that it was all a result of your departure. I'm used to you, Light."

The light stared fixedly at Davin. He could see the honesty in the eyes of the man.

"But I'm the only woman who's gonna embarrass you. I am just a poor woman. Aren't you ashamed of the news that's been spread around...." Light tried to think for a moment because until now he had not found the news on social media or in newspapers.

"The news is gone because Rayden's father took care of it. They all care about you, Light."

"Are you doing all this because of Mama's errand?" The light slightly stared suspiciously at Davin. Did the man mean it or was this just a man from his mother?

"No, I'm doing all this on my own. And should I say once again that I love you?"

"But I still don't feel worthy of you. I'm just a poor woman who'll embarrass you."

"I don't care about that. The important thing is that I love you. I want to live with you, and I want you to be the mother of our children."

Hearing that, Light cheeks instantly met red. How could he currently imagine an event that did not happen on the first night?

"Hey, Light, why daydream?" Davin scattered the Light's reverie to make the woman gasp.

"Yes, sorry. I. I want to come back with you." The light rubbed his tears which again fell because he was moved by Davin's declaration of love.

Davin immediately pulled him into a hug. He finally convinced her to go back with him. They also entered Darsih's house because there was something Davin wanted to ask.
