A Substitute
Let go of me

Davin's busy in his office. He signed a lot of papers on his desk. Many times he rubbed his face rough because he felt the work was not finished.

"Usually, even though the pile on my desk exceeds my height, I can definitely do it smoothly. But why can't I do it at all?" Davin continues to reduce his head which now feels dizzy.

"Sorry, sir, here's your tea order" said one OB, putting a cup of tea on Davin's desk.

Davin did not answer and continued to focus on his work. Not being careful, his hand also nudged the hand of the OB to make a few drops of coffee fall wet the file.

"You!" Davin stood up with an emotional look. The OB who was a woman immediately looked down in fear.

"What did your parents die of?"

"They're sick, sir. My father died when I was fifteen. And my mother died a year later."

"Are they buried here?"

Rima looked astonished by Davin's question. But he still has to answer.

"No, sir, they died while we were still living in a small village."

"So, your parents are buried in the village of their birth?"

"What if you don't have a job in town anymore?"

"I'm going back to my parents' hometown, sir."
