Chapter 7: East Kalimantan
After landing in East Kalimantan, or rather at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sepinggan International Airport in Balikpapan. Pretty long yeah.
They landed in Balikpapan, and just got out of the plane through a different road than the other passengers.
An officer directs Raezha and Herlambang to a hidden parking area.
“Since when in this airport there is a hidden parking lot?” Raezha asked in surprise when he saw that there were several cars inside the hidden underground parking lot.
The officer left them. “Raezha, want to see something?” Ask Herlambang with a grin.
“What?”
Herlambang opened the trunk of the car. Shortly after opening the trunk of the car, Raezha was immediately shocked by the contents of the trunk.
“Fire weapon?!”
two MP-7 firearms and three revolvers and each bullet were located in the trunk of the car.
“Why are there firearms in this car?” Ask Raezha who is astonished.
“You will know for yourself that the investigation into the anomaly is dangerous and very vulnerable to attack, so BARUNO requires that the personnel members of the investigation division have firearms.” Said Herlambang while looking at Raezha.
“But it's not just the two of us? Why are there three revolvers?” Ask Raezha back.
“It's just a backup weapon. Later I will train you using a gun and a firearm.” Herlambang closed the trunk of the car and walked to the car door. “Now get in the car, we will go to the research center facility BARUNO.”
Herlambang got into the car, so did Raezha who followed him and got into the car and sat next to Herlambang.
Their car got out of the secret parking lot, then left the airport.
While still in the city of Balikpapan Raezha and Herlambang was stopped by police who were carrying out raids.
Their car stopped when a police officer stopped them. Herlambang opened the car window and a policeman spoke to him. “Good day sir, can I see the letters?” Ask the police politely.
Herlambang pulled his wallet out of his pants pocket and took out the identity card of BARUNO members.
The face of the police immediately looks surprised after seeing the card Herlambang. “You are from BARUNO yes, sorry to have hampered your trip. You can go directly.” The police handed over the BARUNO identity card to Herlambang again.
Herlambang just nodded with a cold gaze, then Herlambang took his card back and immediately gas-tank left the location of the raid.
“Kok suddenly so serious?” Raezha asked flatly while leaning against the car window.
“Not there, we go directly to the research center.”
They continued their journey to the research center which was in the middle of the forest, very far from urban and rural.
As they began to enter the path with a very dense forest all around, the light slowly dimmed covered by shady and dense leaves.
After walking long enough and go deep enough into the forest until the road on the ground begins to fade fused with the grass.
Their car stops and Herlambang gets out of the car and invites Raezha to follow him walking to the research facility. But before that they took the MP7 firearm that was in the trunk of the car.
Herlambang throws MP7 firearms and revolvers at Raezha. “Capture!”
Raezha caught the MP7 weapon after it caught the revolver thrown by Herlambang. “Later you will train me how to shoot well and on target.”
Herlambang closed the trunk door of the car and locked it, after which he walked straight through the trees on the left-right.
“Must road? Why not just use the car?” Raezha asked following Herlambang while carrying a firearm in his hand.
“This forest is too thick so we have to walk to reach the research facility. Not long anyway, just a moment again also until.”
According to what Herlambang said, they actually arrived and saw a place similar to a large car garage guarded by four soldiers with weapons and armor and masks covering their entire faces which made them even more mysterious.
As Herlambang approached the soldier on guard, he was immediately asked about his identity card.
“ID Card.” The soldier's orders.
Herlambang took out his identity card while slightly grinning. The soldier took Herlambang's card and checked it. After checking he returned the card to Herlambang.
“Who's behind you, bring a gun anyway.” Ask the soldier cynically.
“Oh so he's a new member said general Andhika.” The soldier looked at Raezha and said. “Don't get too close to this guy, he's a freak.” Said the soldier while laughing.
“No, he's just a joke. Lie to it.” Reply Herlambang who even giggled.
“I know,” sahut Raezha.
“Yaudah you can continue to enter.” The soldier pressed a button that opened the large door of the facility, but the door only opened half and after Raezha and Herlambang entered the door was immediately closed.
There was an elevator in front of them, just as they walked up to the elevator and down to the basement of the place from the research facility.
They also arrived at the main research facility and anomalous cells.
“Very many researchers...”.
Raezha observed every hallway of the corridor and the researchers' room, a woman in white, professional-looking researchers' clothing approached them.
“Hai Herlambang, haven't seen you in a long time. What is your mission?” Ask the research woman with a smile.
Herlambang answered his question with a reply accompanied by a smile. “Hai Listya, I haven't seen you in a long time. My mission is still running and I have a new member.”
“Oh, who from earlier followed you was yes?” Ask Listya with a plain smile.
“Iya.”
Raezha came forward and stood beside Herlambang then introduced himself with his flat and distinctive gaze. “Halo, my name is Raezha. Only Raezha.”
“So you whose name is Raezha, general Andhika says you are having anomalous dreams that are directly connected to the real world.” Listya.
“Yes right, do you guys want to do research on me?” Tanya Raezha was serious.
“Wow, you know right away. We just need your blood sample, not to experiment.” Listya turned to Herlambang. “I take Raezha to the checking room first.”
Raezha is taken by Listya to the checking room along with Herlambang who follows.
Raezha sat on the chair, while Listya took the blood-toting device from the closet. Listya sat down next to Raezha and began taking blood samples from Raezha's fingers.
Listya stored Raezha's blood in a small tube and put it in a small pouch.
“You sure you don't use bandages for your fingers?”
“Iya no papa, no pain at all.” Answer Raezha.
Raezha only cleaned the blood on his finger and Herlambang walked up to him. “Kalo think you fit in the headquarters did not use a bandage fitting already taken your blood. Don't you feel sick?”
“Nggak.”
“Oh, how can you? Are you used to it?” Tanya Listya was curious.
“Not used to it but indeed I do not feel any pain.” Raezha put both his hands in his pants pocket.
“Any, do you have a history of abnormalities?" Ask Listya again.
“Nothing.”
Herlambang interrupts the two of them on the grounds of taking Raezha to the shooting training ground.
“Already, Raezha must come to the shooting training ground to practice shooting.”

Herlambang immediately pulled Raezha to follow him to an underground firing range.
