Chapters. 13 Battles In The City (2)

"Everybody's getting out!" Qin Chen shouted. He asked them to come out of the battlefield, as he sensed another mutated zombie appearing beside the building that was beside him.

[ - High Orc Mutant -]

[ - Strength: 550 -]

[- Speed: 480 -]

[- Resilience: 740 -]

Qin Chen was stunned to find the [High Orc Mutant] beside him. "Everyone, get down now!" His screams instantly made everything confused.

Then— the building next to Qin Chen was destroyed making all of them aware of the presence of another mutation. Jiang Ta and his members closed their eyes with their arms, then they saw with their eyes open there was another mutation that felt different from the mutation back there.

"High Orc Mutants!" His words, Qin Chen made everyone speechless. Then he spoke loudly. "Everybody's running from this place right now!"

Before Qin Chen could breathe, the High Orc Mutant attacked him with his right hand. Qin Chen leaped forward with a tumble, he got a wound on his right hand. "Run fast." He shouted loudly, the special forces members rushed out of the place.

Jiang Ta helped Qin Chen escape by addressing him, he was tense but Jiang Ta's confidence was very strong. "What the fuck is with the mutation behind it? I feel like he's different from the mutation back there." Jiang Ta asked, curious.

"The High Orc Mutant. He's 20 times stronger than the mutation back there. Any weapon won't be able to penetrate its defenses, only an atomic bomb is the only way to kill it." Qin Chen.

Jiang Ta froze hearing the power of High Orc Mutants far surpassing humans could. At present, the atomic bomb cannot be used. And they can't necessarily kill him, or return to the refugee camp alive.

The other members help clear the zombies that are in front of him to create an escape path. They hid in the old buildings in the city, there were many Zombies surrounded while they were inside.

Qin Chen sat down with a gasp of breath, he wrapped his wound in a patch of cloth that was in his pocket. Other members help each other bandage their wounds, there are many hand injuries for dispelling attacks.

Jiang Ta helped his members, he had already received medical treatment on his leg due to a fall from the rocks.

"How are you doing, Qin Chen?" Jiang Ta asked, he was worried that Qin Chen's situation was worse than that of his members or himself.

"Not bad, I just had a superficial wound on my wrist. By the way, I'll talk to you all about something after getting treatment."

All the members there nodded, they helped each other bandage wounds. After which, they gathered before Qin Chen who had not been able to move due to being overwhelmed.

"Because it's gathered, I'll say it right away. The mutation that was back there was the High Orc Mutant. His power is beyond our ability, he can only be defeated with an atomic bomb. But there's some way to kill him, and that's why I need all of you to work together."

"Say."

Jiang Ta immediately asked the point, because he came to this place not for their meat as food. Instead of coming to pick up supplies and come back with a win.

"I need you guys to lure regular zombies somewhere else. Because I'm going to be hassled against him in addition to getting distracted." Said.

"Isn't that the same as you trying to kill yourself?"

"The commander has a point, letting you fight that mutation alone makes us special forces feel useless. I'm not against it, but I'm worried about you, even if you have the ability to fight it, without the help of an adult, there may be problems that come your way when you're dealing with that mutation!"

Qin Chen sighed. "I'm not arrogant, your existence will interfere with the plan I made to cripple the mutation. With me alone, I can move freely without worrying about anyone."

All the members silently listened to Qin Chen's words, there's a point!

"What are you planning?"

"I can't say it right now, because I don't know if this timing is right or not with a regular zombie that's gonna bother me." Qin Chen shook his head.

Now he was trying to get them away from his place, because he wanted to use his power freely. With his strength, he could kill a High Orc Mutant within minutes.

Qin Chen glanced sideways, "There have been a lot of zombies surrounding this place, the longer we are here the worse we will be. I'll hurry to work out my plan, you guys get ready to help hold off the zombies."

The situation is now very tense, where there are many zombies out there are raging. And a lot of creepy noises were heard, it gave a memorable horror atmosphere. Qin Chen sensed all that, this was the second time for him to feel this kind of horror atmosphere to the point that his hair was standing on end.

Qin Chen stood up. "I'll catch up with you at the crossroads. With your abilities and the leadership of commander Jiang Ta, you all already have a strong footing, right?" Qin Chen said seriously.

He came out without saying anything else, Qin Chen hurriedly went to where the mutation was because he was able to seize its power. That way, he would grow stronger in the future. By having enough strength he could face even more powerful mutations in the future. Able to protect his family, and can complete his duties.

Arriving back there, he waited for the arrival of the High Orc Mutant. "Now, how am I going to fight it? Wherever Telekinesis is? Or Gravity Control. Both of them have extraordinary powers above human abilities, it allows me to defeat them."

Not long after, something big broke into Qin Chen's side violently. Qin Chen leaped back, he found the High Orc Mutant before him.

"Meet you!" Qin Chen immediately raised his hand, throwing a lot of building debris at him.

Bang out! Bang out! Bang out!

While looking for a large place to make it easier for Qin Chen to attack and observe his movements. Even though it had been smashed with the rubble of a multi-strewn building, his body still firmly resisted the attack. Qin Chen admires his resilience, yet—

Crash it!

With Qin Chen's hand grips, he crushed his bones!

His wrist shattered, it made his voice sound in one city all the way to the ears of the special forces members. They all looked up and hoped Qin Chen would survive, as they would be confused explaining to his sister or Captain Yang Xi.

"The ability of Telekinesis is indeed very terrifying," Qin Chen was amazed by the maximum capabilities of Telekinesis. Because he can control the movement of the enemy with this ability.

Without saying much, he instantly crushed the High Orc Mutant with Gravity Control. Pressing it down with great force, it made a blow blow blow away the dust. And the place trembled with pressure, the mutated roar almost tearing down the buildings.

Qin Chen devoured it with the ability of the system to obtain the power that the High Orc Mutant possessed.
