Episode 5's

At last.

It really feels so long.

Utagai Karuta meets his nemesis.

The woman had long white hair and was wearing a trouser suit.

The elevator that stopped was like a birdcage hanging and trapping him.

But there was no fear on Elicia's face.

He put his phone back in his pocket and did not even pull his hand back.

"How stupid are you? You could've pretended to be dead, you know? Or are you here to receive the honor of being trampled under the feet of the majestic Elicia Luxverg?"

"Just try it."

Aine continued to prepare her sword and the boy took a step back from the hanging elevator. The vengeful boy stepped into the safe zone in the sturdy elevator hall and he smiled with sweat drenching his body.

You're standing on very thin ice right now. Safety gear? Emergency brake? It was impossible to support the weight of the huge dinosaur. Call him here and everything will break, knocking you down to nearly 200 floors. But if you're okay with that, then call your strongest.

This is their first step.

All of this makes sense logically. If Elicia calls her beloved dinosaur, the cables and emergency brake shoes of the elevator will break and she will fall. The shout was answered by the crystal girl who swung her clear sword upwards.

The laser beam following the arch of the sword tore through the roof of the elevator.

The thick wires, safety devices, and emergency brake hooks were all destroyed and the box elevator began to fall.

It happened at just the right moment before the pursuing dinosaurs made it through the door frame.

The dinosaur almost got hit by a falling elevator, so it looked like it hit a glass wall outside and flew away into the night sky, but Karuta and Aine were too busy to check.

They fell free with the square-shaped box.

Their weight disappeared. Like a zero-gravity experiment using a rapidly descending plane or an astronaut training facility with a large freefall inside a broadcast tower, they could forget the concept of weight while still on earth.

This must have been a surprise to Elicia as well since she was released from her slender arms.

Once freed from his chest, Karuta glared at his mortal enemy.

If the dinosaur takes the entire elevator into its jaws, it's all over. Elicia was able to escape by climbing the dinosaur, but two others would be trapped inside when the elevator was thrown out into the twilight sky like unused chewing gum.

But that's what didn't happen.

Just before that happened, a beam of orange light pierced the elevator vertically from top to bottom. A girl in two pigtails with sharp crystal armor growing from her body flew into the huge hole created in the ceiling.

“Mari..ka!?”

The girl must be too focused to be able to respond.

He held the hands of Karuta and Aine, as they floated in a zero-gravity state and flew through the hole in the floor.

Most likely, the dinosaur plugged its claws into the wall of the TV station to slowly slow down the speed of the descent of the elevator in its mouth.
