Asking You In Every Bow

Asking You In Every Bow
41. Mother's Proposal

Yuni looked at the two with a slightly raised corner of her lips. Then walked out of Naura's nursery.

"Ram, I want that food. It looks so delicious."

"But it's not suitable for your health. Better order some green food."

"You're a real bitch,"

"Just like your brother to my brother."

"Yes." Yeah."

......................

Yuni closed the door and turned around, finding Hilman who was sitting in the waiting chair with Baron, Fatimah and Maura there. Yuni approaching.

"How's Naura doing? Has he eaten?" ask Hilman.

"Naura is ordering her food. You don't have to worry." replied Yuni.

"Mother wants to say something important with Dad" Yuni said later.

"What's wrong?" ask Hilman confused.

Yuni just kept quiet and could not answer. It didn't take long to understand, Hilman got up from the chair and walked away with Yuni. While Fatimah who accidentally heard and realized that, stared at the door of Naura's room.

Fatimah chose to move up and walk close to the door without intending to enter. His eyes saw the closeness of Ramdan and Naura at this time from behind the small and slightly long door glass.

Fatimah sighed slowly and then turned her body about to return. But unfortunately, he was surprised to see the Baron who suddenly stood before him, whether since when the Baron had stood behind him. Fatimah silenced her own mouth which had screamed in surprise.

"Can't you just once not surprise me?" whispered Fatimah as she looked around, she was afraid that someone would be disturbed by her surprised voice. Like the previous mistake.

"Can't you, you don't scream that loud? My ears almost broke because of you." replied Baron would not lose.

"And you almost damaged my heart and other organs in my body!" tukas Fatimah then passed leaving the Baron with a sense of regret.

"What would you like to talk about?" hilman looked at his wife.

"Naura." Yuni replied making Hilman seem confused.

"What happened to our daughter? What a disease-" Hilman's speech was cut off by Yuni.

"Tsutt's.. That's not. Naura is fine. The disease is mild, everything God willing will be facilitated." Yuni said trying to eliminate the panic of the husband.

"Then what do you want to talk about Naura?" ask Hilman again.

"Are you aware of Naura and Ramdan's closeness?" yuni asked after being silent for a few seconds.

Hilman seemed to digest what the wife said, and recalled a moment ago.

"Yes. They look close."

"Even very close." Yuni continued.

"What does Mother mean?" hilman asked not to understand.

"They are very close, like harboring a hidden feeling. Not just the heart, but the attitude. Ramdan showed his feelings through the attitude he showed. Attention, worry, and according to Mother it is very excessive."

"We shouldn't let our daughter be close to other than her mahram." Yuni continued.

"What Mother means is ..."

"Make Ramdan his mahram. That's what should happen if they really love each other." Yuni said making Hilman stunned and thought about it.

"To be farthest from the slander and misunderstanding of us all. I have to think about it, and make the best decision." Yuni said later.

Hilman was still silent and thought that what Yuni had said was probably true. It is better to be close to a bond, than close without a bond that will eventually knock each other down.
