"Doctor Zack, please save grandfather." Said Arthur.

Before being asked by Arthur, Zack was also eager to save Karsen. But he could not do anything because he currently had neither medical equipment nor medicine for him.

Usually Karsen always keep the heart medicine. Panicked, he was released from the hospital without taking the medication.

Currently possible opportunities are taking medical equipment or drugs for heart disease. But those two things have one problem, those objects are currently in the hospital.

The danger of zombies in the hospital is not able to be faced by Zack or Arthur who incidentally is a man.

But now it is different, with Alvin, James and Richard being able to break through zombies outside the cafeteria, it does not rule out the possibility of cleaning up zombies in the hospital.

Zack looked at Alvin for help. He is aware that it is Alvin who can help them they face the current situation.

"Alvin, can I be presumptuous to ask for your help?" Ask Zack in doubt.

"Tell me what Uncle Zack is." Answer Alvin casually.

Zack who heard the name 'uncle' from Alvin was relieved. It also signifies the friendliness and familiarity of Alvin.

"Can you help me get Karsen to the hospital?"

"Currently Karsen should be treated with medical equipment. I'm afraid the drugs don't affect him." Zack.

"That's easy." Answer Alvin briefly.

After answering that, the situation became silent for a moment.

Zack was even confused on how to continue the conversation.

'Should I tell him to leave now? No way, it's too presumptuous.'

'But if it doesn't say that, how do I tell him that Karsen's current condition is very critical.'

'It was fortunate for us to get help from Alvin, I don't know how to press him.' Zack murmured inwardly.

Seeing her father begin to sweat, Nancy tugged at the corner of Alvin's shirt.

Alvin looked up and smiled at Nancy.

"Okay uncle, I can help you."

"But I have two conditions." Alvin.

Zack is speechless to see Nancy acting spoiled towards Alvin, then subconsciously nods her head.

"First, we can't take patients to the hospital, it's too risky to carry patients while dealing with zombies. We can bring all the necessary medical equipment and cure the patients here, lucky electricity is still burning in this cafeteria" said Alvin.

Zack thought and nodded.

"All right, no problem. What's the second condition?" Ask Zack.

"The second condition we're talking about after saving the patient." Alvin said with a smile.

Zack is confused by Alvin's mysterious behavior. However, Nancy who was listening was very pleased with it. He seemed to understand something from the conversation of the two people.

"Well, Uncle Zack and Nancy, you're gonna have to follow me to the hospital, Julian, you stay here and take care of the others." Alvin.

"Good brother." Answer Julian.

Zack is shocked by Julian's compliance. At will, Julian refuses to part with Nancy. She always followed Nancy because she wanted to always protect Nancy. That was the feeling that all younger brothers had towards his older sister.

Then Alvin came out to look for James and Richard.

Richard nodded and walked into the cafeteria without a sound.

James also met with Zack so that the atmosphere was not too awkward.

"Nancy and Brother James, you can lead the way." Alvin.

Alvin and the others moved to the hospital. As the distance from the hospital to the cafeteria was only a few meters, they arrived quickly.

There weren't many zombies they encountered along the way.

When he arrived on the first floor of the hospital, a feeling of guilt arose in Zack's mind. 'These 'Zombies' used to live with him for a moment before he insisted on accommodating people from outside the hospital.

If only he had not been naive to save everyone indiscriminately, an event like this would definitely not have happened.

Meanwhile, Nancy and James break into the hospital and slaughter all the zombies one by one. Behind him, Alvin follows with a 'furturing' zombie head.

Zack was dumbfounded by their hunting speed. Even he did not believe in the brutality of his daughter who slashed at the zombies without blinking.

'Is this really my daughter?'

That's what Zack thought.

At first Zack is surprised that Nancy is arranged by Alvin to follow him to the hospital. But since there was no rejection from his daughter, Zack could only sigh with the arrangement.

Anxiety raged on him when Alvin chose Nancy to be in the front row. It made no sense for her to see Nancy, her beloved daughter, leading the fight with zombies.

But strangely, after Alvin said that, a ray of admiration was seen in Nancy's eyes when confirming her fighting position. Zack was reluctant to comment at the time.

He just thought that when the fight later and suddenly Nancy was in trouble, then Alvin would rush to save her. That's what all the lads think, to be a hero to a beautiful woman.

But at the moment everything that Zack fantasizes about doesn't happen. Nancy didn't look like she had any trouble with those zombies. Even today Alvin just looks like a 'peanut' that picks something off the heads of those zombies.

It took less than 30 minutes to finish off all the zombies on the first floor.

They started to move to the second floor using the stairs. However, just as James was about to open the connecting door to the second floor, Alvin withdrew his hand and hinted at them to keep quiet.

This time he had to take over and lead in front.

Based on his perception, other than the many corpses lying on the floor, there were only 3 zombies on the second floor.

These zombies are rank I mutated zombies.

"Back the door, there were 3 level I mutation zombies. I will face 2 zombies first and you can hold the other one. Whatever type of mutation, I'll face a speed-type zombie." Alvin Whisperers.

They nodded in unison. Nancy and James knew very well the ability of the mutated zombie level I.

While Zack had heard of the existence of powerful zombies from other survivors. Based on the rumors circulating, one zombie mutation is so powerful that it can easily defeat 7-8 people at once.

Zack is surprised to hear Alvin can feel there are 3 zombie mutations behind the door. He was more astonished when Alvin said that himself would face 2 mutation zombies.

However, with a keen eye and confidence from Alvin, Zack followed the arrangement without asking why.

'Even my daughter and this big-bodied guy agree to follow her, what should I worry about." Zack murmured in his heart.

"Sister James must hold back the zombies that are in front of the door, these zombies should be of the power type. With his strength and skill, James should be able to push the zombie." Alvin Whisperers.

Alvin realized his perception was amazing. Although he had not seen the shape of the zombie, his hearing became so sharp that the sound of zombies swinging his heavy arms. That can be key because only a power-type zombie has big arms.

While the other two zombies, were at 5 and 10 meters from the door. Alvin is convinced that it's not a zombie of the power type.
