Cathya Village is a small village with a population of less than fifty thousand inhabitants.

This village is where Alvin grew up since he was born. Many memories that reminded him of his parents and relatives who he knew were in this village.

The appearance of this mutated amethyst plant makes Alvin's feelings mixed. It did not cross the slightest that this dangerous plant would grow in his village.

As far as he was concerned, this mutated amethyst was not a plant that actively attacked directly to living things. There is nothing good about meeting this plant.

Its roots would be firmly planted on the ground and even result in a destructive impact that could tear down a city.

Every day this plant will spread powder from the foliage which can cause hallucinatory effects on the creatures who breathe it.

This effect will attract the attention of all creatures to get closer to where the growth and development of the mutated amethyst plants.

The good thing is that this plant spreads the powder only around its population area.

This mutated amethyst plant does not have a tree core as its parent so it is impossible to eradicate. Every time this plant is scorched, the burning ash will become a powder or seed that will help it increase its number by many times.

Aside from being dangerous, this amethyst plant population did not have anything that could be an advantage like a zombie with an evolutionary stone or a mutated beast that had its flesh and skin.

To be honest were it not for saving his childhood best friend, he would not have been willing to deal with this mutated amethyst plant. Alvin has no family other than his best friend.

What Alvin does not believe is Grey is not quite capable of dealing with the hallucinatory effects of amethyst plants. Making him run amok or fall asleep will certainly trouble Alvin.

Alvin entered Cathya Village with ease.

Upon arriving at Noah's house, Alvin finds Noah and a girl and a man slightly older than him in his house.

'This girl should be Bella, Noah's fiance, then who is this guy?' Inner Alvin. Not wanting to think about anything else, Alvin then circulated his gaze to the others.

Alvin looked at all of them who were in a 'sleeping' state then focused his attention on Noah.

'System, if I can't release this plant, how do I save Noah?' Ask Alvin.

Alvin froze after listening to the solution of the system. He closed his eyes while thinking for a moment.

Along the way, Alvin finds no mutated animals. Maybe because of the population of amethyst plants, so that the animals are wary and run away as far as possible from Cathya Village.

After all he was not in the forest or anything like that, so finding a mutated beast was quite difficult.

Then Alvin got out of the house and rushed to the car guarded by Grey.

Right now he must move quickly to find the mutated beast and take it to replace Noah as the 'nutrient' of the mutated amethyst plant.

Getting Grey's answer, Alvin sighed. As expected, the mutated beasts must have escaped from Cathya Village because they had a better survival instinct than humans.

"Alright, it looks like we should go back to meeting Tatiana and the others in Skycloud City, maybe they can provide a solution to get the mutated beasts." Alvin told Grey.

Traveling back and forth would have consumed resources. But all that is not a problem for Alvin, because the current is valuable for him only time.

Alvin has two days to complete a rescue mission for his childhood best friend, Noah.
