Alvin is quite confident with the basecamp which is one of the best shelters as he has prepared all his needs for the week before the apocalypse takes place.

"How about we make a new group with you Alvin? You can lead us, to be honest we feel safer." Jarvis said suddenly.

Alvin was surprised by Jarvis's question, just now he wanted to recruit them to join the basecamp, but this has been said by Jarvis.

But Alvin was not in a hurry to make a decision, instead he thought of an idea to test them.

"It's too late, tomorrow morning we will think about the plan ahead, you can rest first to recover power." Alvin said to leave.

Hearing Alvin's words just now made Tatiana and the others in their own minds.

Everyone thinks the same, that Alvin doesn't want to make a team with them.

Alvin is sitting in the yard with Grey.

Puffing cigarette smoke, Alvin stared at the dark night as not a single star was visible.

"Can I have a bro?" The young man suddenly spoke from behind him.

Alvin reached into his pocket and gave him a cigarette without speaking.

"By the way what do you think of us?" Ask Vento.

"Ummm??" Alvin looked at Vento for a moment and then puffed his cigarette smoke back.

"mmm... Nothing specific, just a fellow survivor's lucky." Alvin flat said.

"Not that, do you consider us a burden or something?" Ask Vento.

"To be honest, yes and no." Answer Alvin.

Silence happened for a while.

"Our group is actually quite capable of defeating zombies here, other than Fiona who can't see, everyone can fight." Vento.

Alvin scrunched his forehead.

"Aren't you bragging? I don't know about Old Man Edward and Mr. Jarvis and his wife, but in your group, besides Tatiana, he said, none of you and the woman named Yelena can even hold a gun properly." Alvin said casually.

Vento was silent for a moment, what was said by Alvin was true according to reality. Although he has a fairly intelligent brain, but not balanced with fighting abilities.

During this time Vento only faced zombies that were less than ten fingers of his hand. She was very dependent on Tatiana, and her two friends who were currently nowhere.

Then he patted Vento on the shoulder and rushed off into the shophouse.

"Oh yeah, next time there's no need to pretend." Said Alvin while throwing a matchis/fire match. Then he enters the shophouse and disappears from Vento's sight.

Vento thought of Alvin's words and suddenly smiled amusedly. He thought about what pretense Alvin meant, whether it was pretense about him not smoking or pretense about him wanting to take advantage by Alvin.

But between the two, none escaped Alvin's vision.

Despite only sleeping a few hours, they slept quite soundly because they did not hear the sound of zombies or were taken hostage by members of Frank.

"What's your sleep, little girl?" Alvin asked while stroking Luna's head.

"Of course, as long as Luna promises to be a good little girl, whatever Luna wants her uncle will grant." Alvin said, then he dropped Luna off.

"Horeeeee... Brother, we're going to Uncle Alvin's house. Uncle promised that if Luna was a good girl, Uncle would take us to his house. Uh... Wait, isn't Luna always a good little girl?" Luna said while asking her sister.

Everyone laughed at the innocence of the beautiful girl who was currently confused.

"Ronald, take Luna into the room, there's something the adults want to talk about." Said Edward, Their father.

"Good." Ronald brings his confused sister into the room.

Everyone was silent then sighed. They are waiting for Alvin's decision about their plans going forward.

"Do you all want to follow me?" Ask Alvin.

They looked at each other and nodded almost in unison.

"I actually have a team and a shelter that can sustain my life for several years."

"I already have people with enough resources to survive, tell me why I should accept you as a member of my team?" Ask Alvin.

Not expecting to be asked by Alvin makes their confidence go down.

A girl suddenly spoke.

"It's okay if you don't take us, but can you put Tiana on your team? He has always practiced martial arts. And d-he...

it's been burdened enough to have to look after me all the time." Fiona.

"No!!! What you said Fiona, I don't mind having to look after you forever. Wherever you go I will always be with you." Said Tatiana firmly.

"Alvin, may I beg you to take Luna and Ronald? Their lives are safer with you." Edward said sadly.

"Yes, please take my wife with you, she can be a cook at your place." Jarvis chimed.

Hearing their request, Alvin's countenance turned sour.

'What do these people think?'

'Do I look like someone who can separate their families.' Alvin said in his mind.

"Can you shut up and listen to me?" Ask Alvin firmly.

Everyone nodded in unison.

"Can you be positive and don't force me to bring in your family members?" Alvin asked in a annoyed tone.

They nodded once more.

"Good."

"I can accept you all on one condition."
