Not Fainting But Sleeping

Jennie is certainly infuriated by Kai's actions which she thinks are taking a chance in narrowness.

"Kc... How dare you touch me" cried Jennie who did not accept Kai touched her innocently. The woman throws a pillow at Kai, forgetting that the man is now officially her husband.

"Jennie's... Dear jennie, calm down !" said Mother Maryam trying to calm Jennie.

The woman looked very angry as evidenced by the chest that looked up and down and a rough gasp of breath from Jennie. His eyes stared intently at Kai as if he wanted to pounce at the man before him.

"Listen to my explanation first !" pinta Kai with a soft voice.

"What do you want to explain ? You want to say if you deliberately took a chance in a narrowness ?" jennie's lips.

"It's not like that" elak Kai.

"What then ?" press Jennie.

"That was... I lifted your body because you passed out in the bathtub" Kai explained.

"Who fainted ? Have you tried to wake me up to conclude I'm fainting ?" jennie asked still looking resentfully at Kai.

Kai thought for a moment. She didn't try to wake Jennie. Why can he forget that ? Is it because of the worry that makes it unable to think clearly?, inner Kai asked with himself.

"I-i... Forgetting about it" Kai replied quietly, "it's all because I was so worried about me and our baby-to-be" a second later Kai replied firmly.

Jennie looked into Kai's eyes deeply, She could feel the worry the man felt. But still he did not accept because Kai had been presumptuous to lift his body without a thread.

"Originally you know, I didn't faint. I just overslept because I was tired" Jennie replied, then threw her face the other way.

Kai and Mother Maryam rounded her eyes. They were shocked by Jennie's words.

"So you just fell asleep, baby ?" ask Mother Maryam.

"Yes Mother" Jennie replied briefly.

Mother Maryam glanced at Kai. While the man could only scratch his head which was not itchy. That man was so ashamed of his actions.

"Thank God if you're okay, baby. Mother was terrified when your husband called Mother and gave news if you were fainting" said Mother Maryam.

Mother Maryam approached Jennie and gently stroked her head, "then you rest ! Mother saying goodbye first, Mother is afraid your father nyariin" said Mother Maryam pamit.

"Other times before giving information you should first make sure the truth !" the message of Mother Maryam is answered by a big smile from Kai.

After the departure of Mother Maryam. Kai looked at Jennie who was lying down by covering her entire body with a thick blanket, only the part of her face was visible slightly.

"Sorry !" kai said sincerely. He had no intention at all to take a chance.

Jennie didn't comment on Kai's apology. He was still upset by Kai's actions that were so presumptuous.

Kai who saw Jennie was still speechless without turning his gaze towards her could only stroke her chest.

"Propay Kai !!! You must be physically and mentally prepared to fight for your wife !!!" guman Kai encouraged himself.

The abandoned Jennie immediately rushed to pick up the bathrobe and put it on. It was the only choice because before the shower the woman had time to look for her clothes but the results were nil. Looks like Father and Mother deliberately did not give clothes.

"Huh... What are they thinking ? Do they think if they don't give us clothes then we will do as they planned ? What else do they expect from this bridal night ? Isn't it currently growing their future grandchildren in my womb ?" Jennie monologues with her own mind.

Jennie sat on the bed and opened her phone. He frowned when he got a chat from Mr. Sean.

"Why did he send a chat ? Wasn't he present at my wedding ?"

Jennie remembered very well if the man was sitting among the invited guests. He had seen the presence of the man even though the man did not approach him and congratulated him.

Tired, Jennie lies down without opening a message from Mr. Sean. Later, he thought.

The woman tried to close her eyes and return to the dreamland that had paused. It didn't take long for Jennie to finally fall asleep, a soft snoring sounding melodious in the ears of someone who had just come out of the bathroom.

Kai had just finished his bathing ritual. He walked to the bed with a towel. When his body touched the bed he looked at Jennie's very shady face.

With full awareness Kai reached out his hand to gently caress his wife's face. Her finger then touched the tip of Jennie's natural pink lips. If He doesn't remember that woman still hates him, he might bite her sweet lips right now. But Kai is self-conscious enough to be able to resist his will.

"I hope you can repay my love in a quick time even though it might be difficult. But I really hope that time comes, where you can say I love you my husband" Kai smiled to himself imagining Jennie being nice to him.

"One thing you should know, I love you so much. It's just that I'm wrong in fighting for your love that creates distance and hate in your heart. I'm sorry" Kai continued in a soft voice.

"And thank you for keeping our baby" Kai continued.

The man's gaze descended toward his wife's flat stomach. He touched and stroked the flat stomach gently and slowly, He did not want his wife to wake up because of her actions. It felt so warm when his hands were on the belly of the wife. He was so impatient to see his wife's stomach bulging and felt the movement of the baby.

He stopped his new activity. Kai kissed Jennie's forehead softly, then carried his wife into his arms.

"May you have my wife's dream" said Kai before entering the dreamland following his wife.

While in a room appeared a couple who were struggling.

"Really Bun ?" ask Aditya's father. He did not expect his son to be so possessive with his wife.

"Yes, Mommy just saw with the eyes of Mother's own head. Kai brushed Joshua off because the man was about to shake our daughter-in-law's hand" replied the mother chuckling amusedly at the actions of her son.

"Dad to know one more thing ! Kai thought Jennie had fainted and panicked" said Mother Maryam.

"Why can it ?" ask Aditya's father for marketing.

Finally, Mother Maryam told of the incident that she had just experienced. And Aditya's father laughed out loud again knowing that his daughter-in-law only overslept but was able to make Kai look stupid because of worry.

But behind all these events, they are grateful that their son can love Jennie with great love. That means they did not choose this path wrong even though Jennie had not been able to reciprocate their son's feelings. But they believe that sooner or later his son-in-law can sincerely repay his son's love.
