Misfortune Kai

Kai walked down the streets of the city in a mess, a few people who passed by looked at him with strange and pitying gazes. Although, it was late afternoon but the heat of the sun still stung the skin of his face to get redder, fortunately he wore a shirt with long sleeves so that the skin of his hands did not feel the sunburn.

It was getting darker, Kai had walked for almost three hours making his feet feel cramped, he stopped at a stop to rest. It feels like he just wants to die if the situation is experienced like this, for the first time Kai feels tired of walking for a long time, his throat feels dry making him weaker.

"All because of the woman, I make sure she will get the right revenge" he said in a soft voice with clenched hands.

"Huf... Where else do I go ?"

Kai was confused as to where he would rest his tired body. Ask for help with your friend ? Of course it's impossible. Then ask for help with her lover ? Ah right, he just got kicked out of his beloved apartment which turned out to be in love with another man.

*Flashback On*

Kai arrives at Arumi's apartment with sweat dripping, no more Kai looking neat, no more Kai always smelling masculine. There is only Kai who is messy and smells sour because of sweat.

Kai stands at the door of his beloved apartment and tries to suppress the password of the door however, the door cannot be opened, "What's with this door ? Did he change the password ?" said while continuing to try to enter the numbers that Arumi might use to be used as a password.

Kai was so upset that he couldn't open the door he decided to push the bell, who knew his love was inside. After pressing the bell many times the door opened making Kai round his eyes.

"Who are you ?" kai asked the man who opened the door. Kai noticed the appearance of the man who only used a towel with disheveled hair.

"You're the one who's visiting, then why are you asking ?" instead of answering, the man asked back. He looked at Kai with a strange look while researching Kai's messy and apprehensive appearance.

"Where's Arumi ?" asked Kai without caring about the question of the man in front of him. He tried to push the man in front of him and barged in.

"Hey wait a minute !" the man held Kai's arm from going in, "are you looking for my girlfriend ?" ask the man and confess that Arumi is his lover.

"Did you say ?" asked Kai who felt like he could not believe what he had just heard.

"Are you deaf ?" the man's taunts made Kai want to raise a fist.

"You-" Kai hasn't finished his sentence and Arumi suddenly comes out to surprise Kai.

"Darling who the hell is visiting ? Why are you taking so long ?" a small cry from Arumi who was walking towards the door.

Kai was stunned when he heard the sentence his beloved said, 'Am I not misheard ?' his inner.

"Darling why" Arumi's sentence was interrupted when she saw Kai standing in front of her, "Kai.." she said softly, Arumi looked at Kai with a look at Kai's messy appearance and battered face.

"So this is your behavior ?" kai asked when he saw Arumi coming out using only a short towel, "it turns out that all this time I only kept cheap women ?" he continued laughing cynically.

"Kai,, this is not what you think, this is" Arumi tried to dodge but Kai immediately cut his sentence.

"You think this time we can trick me again ?" kai asked raising one eyebrow, "heard ya Arumi! From now on don't ever think of me as your lover again !" continue with firmness.

Instead of being sad, Arumi laughed while hugging the body of the man beside her, "You think I've loved you all this time ?" asked Arumi smiling mockingly, "you know, all this time I just want your money baby, hahhaha".

Hearing Arumi's words made Kai clench his hand, he tried to restrain his anger from hurting the woman in front of him.

"You,," Kai pointed at Arumi with a murderous gaze, "just wait for my revenge ****** !" she then leaves Arumi with a man she believes is her lover's affair.

Kai tried to contain his anger when he remembered the incident that had just been experienced. His life was destroyed, like the word 'Had fallen down the stairs anyway' such were the words that described Kai's current state. Even his fate is worse, has been beaten by all his friends and also his father, he was expelled without bringing anything, his misfortune increased again after seeing his lover cheating even have slept with other men.

Kai looked down at the street blankly, without realizing that there was a woman watching him.

The dining table which is usually filled with four people now looks empty, various kinds of food presented on the table looks intact. I don't know why the residents of this house seem to have no appetite after what happened to their families.

Jennie who became a victim or what her sister did was reluctant to open the door for her parents. The woman was just sitting in her parents room staring blankly at the window, she still did not want to sleep in her own room. Being preoccupied with her daydream Jennie was startled by the knock of the door from outside the room.

"Jennie, this is our dear Mother" cried Mother Maryam from outside.

"Get in Mother !" reply Jennie.

Mother Maryam opened the door and walked over to Jennie, "honey, eat yes !" pinta Mommy Maryam who turned out to bring dinner for Jennie, "if you do not eat, you will be sick" continued Mother Maryam sounded worried about Jennie's condition.

"But Jennie isn't hungry Mother" Jennie refused in a soft voice.

"If you don't eat, Mother and Father also don't want to eat" threatened Mother Maryam who hopes Jennie wants to eat the food she brought.

Jennie took a deep breath and threw it away violently. If Mother Maryam had threatened like this she would not be able to refuse, inevitably Jennie ended up eating even with a forced condition.

"Yes Mother, Jennie is full" whined Jennie who no longer wanted to eat the food, it was so bland it made her want to vomit the food back.

"It's just three spoons, son," replied Mother Maryam, "eat again ya !" persuade Mother Maryam while spooning food.

Jennie shook her head reluctantly to accept a bribe from the Mother. Finally, Mother Maryam gave up and kept the food on a small nightstand.

"I'm sorry Mom and Dad, baby !" said Mother hugged her daughter while sobbing. He felt guilty by what had happened to his daughter, He had failed to become a parent, He felt failed to hold the trust of his friend.
