Sari helped Bagas compile some questions for Mr. Koswara. While waiting for Sari and Bagas to prepare Mr. Koswara to monitor the preparation of the dancers and music anchors. Sometimes he checks the equipment that will be used by the musicians.
Bagas took the initiative to approach Mr. Koswara because he was quite interested in the accompaniment of sintren musical equipment, he said,
"This is for the music accompanist sir?" Ask Bagas
"Oh yes, all this musical equipment to accompany sintren." Answer Mr. Koswara while checking the condition of each tool.
The curious Bagas approached and picked up one of the musical instruments made from pottery. He looked at the musical instrument while astonished.
"It's indeed made of pottery all sir?"
"Yes mas all of these traditional instruments used there are krecek, tuthukan, blampak/kendang, and of course equipped with saron and gong." Mr. Koswara explained
Bagas who was still astonished tried to hit the tool he was holding but who came out even strange tones to make Sari laugh.
"Who does it sound like gini sir, can seriously accompany the dance?" Ask once more.
"There is a special way that can only be done by mas music anchors, if for ordinary people such as Bagas, of course, can not." Replied Mr. Koswara smiling knot.
"What a strange impression this sounds like." Sahut Bagas
"I heard that the beginning of this dance was created to unite the unapproved romance between nobles and commoners, right?" Ask Sari
Mr. Koswara put the instrument in his hand to the floor then walked up to Sari and sat next to her.
"Benar mbak Sari, sintren art originated from the story of Raden Sulandono son of Ki Bahurekso who was the first Kendal Regent of his wife named Dewi Rantamsari or known as Dewi Lanjar." Mr. Koswara's words begin the story
"Raden Sulandono was in love with a woman named Sulasih who came from Kalisalak village, but their relationship was not sanctioned by Ki Bahurekso. Long story short, they finally separated. Raden Sulandono chose asceticism and Sulasih chose to be a dancer." Mr. Koswara
"The mother of Raden Sulandono, Dewi Lanjar felt pity and pity for them to finally help their meeting miraculously through dance. " Said again
Mr. Koswara closed his explanation while lighting a cigarette. Sari watched carefully every explanation from Mr. Koswara while Bagas was just pensive and suddenly replied,
"Well cool is backstreet with local wisdom."
Sari was surprised to hear Bagas' words, saying,
"Hush.. Ojo with Gas."
"Lho right sir, try to think not condoned his relationship with ortu use the back road of the meeting of spirits... What is important is to meet ya to?" Bagas
Mr. Koswara laughed at that,
"It's true that it's Bagas, the child's version now."
"What about the ritual, sir?" Ask Sari
"If the ritual as usual mbak we prepare offerings in the form of food and ubo rampenya, these mothers will soon come to help prepare tumpeng and others." Answer Mr. Koswara
"For the dancer, the healer and the handler there is a special ritual and fasts at least the day before the performance." He said again
"Later in the evening you'll see for yourself how we prepare before the H day of the show."
"Exciting as if sir so wait for tonight." Sahut Bagas
Sari just smiled, she felt an ominous aura that was hitting her body. The cigarette smoke from Mr. Koswara made him uncomfortable. For Sari cigarette smoke it smells strange like cigarettes usually. His neck began to feel heavy.
Mr. Koswara occasionally stared at Sari, as if he was about to say something.
Sari who felt heavy and dizzy in her head also decided to stand up and approach Bagas see the musical instrument used.
