Zhao Kai was about to approach, but Zhao Yunfei raised his hand. “Quick escape brother Kai, I will hold this Sword!” Zhao Yunfei said with a gasp of breath, he clasped tightly onto the Blood Sword that stuck into his chest to keep from chasing after Zhao Kai.
Zhao Kai gritted his teeth, hesitating to leave his co-worker behind. However, he also thought that if they died here—there would be no one to inform Ye Jing of the great crime, and that his crimes might destroy the Zhao Kingdom.
“Go!” shouted Zhao Yunfei who felt his body getting weaker and unsure of being able to withstand the Blood Sword that continued to push his body backwards.
“I'm sorry brother Yunfei ..” Zhao Kai immediately ran away, but his facial expression instantly became sour—because Ye Jing had appeared before him with an evil grin. “Sial! Will we die here in vain?” his grunts while plucking the strings of Guqin.
The Ice spiritual energy froze the surrounding area, including Zhao Yunfei—so that his co-worker froze to death instantly.
The grin on the corner of Ye Jing's lips instantly disappeared, as he could no longer absorb Zhao Yunfei's life essence. He was furious and stared intently at Zhao Kai.
Ye Jing flicked his finger, so the Blood Sword shattered Zhao Yunfei's frozen body. Then the Blood Sword cut off Zhao Kai's right hand which plucked Guqin's string.
“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Sick, damn you Devil curse!” as Zhao Kai stared intently at Ye Jing.
“Ha-ha-ha.. You can still curse when you can't do anything else,” Ye Jing laughed. “I love your courage, if we are in Tianlong World then I will make you my slave. However, it is a pity that I need your life essence to increase my cultivation base!”
Ye Jing frowned and immediately flew towards Zhao Kai who was smiling broadly for feeling victorious against Ye Jing despite having to sacrifice his life.
