CHAPTER 9: What You See

Arriving at the mansion, Amora reluctantly got off the carriage. Half conscious he came back, setting foot with the eyes he wiped occasionally.

"Thank you for the ride, Your Majesty," said Chandler bowing his head in a sign of respect.

"No problem, I will go back and talk about this with my father" Theodor replied. "I hope you can wait until then for Chandler" he continued.

"I hope it won't be long" Chandler responded.

For a moment the train was gone. Chandler was immediately welcomed by Barier and Edelweis. "We're glad you're back safely" Edelweis said.

Amora seems to not care, maybe because of the effects of drowsiness. A moment Emma came, taking Amora to her room.

"Sir Edelweis, where's father?" Chandler asked shortly after Emma left to take Amora.

"There's in his study, I'm here at Mr. Duke's request to welcome you" Edelweis said.

Chandler nodded his head in understanding. He hurried off to Duke Thedelso's study. Open the door in a hurry without knocking.

"Dad!"

"Chandler, like his manners you're starting to disappear."

"It's not a problem now, but it's about Amora," Chandler explained quickly making Duke Thedelso instantly stare at his cynics.

"What's wrong?"

"Amora is sanit, first degree," the remark made Duke Thedelso speechless. He knew that people who had spirit would be taken by the church.

"Who knows."

"Master, Jamaat, me, and also Theodor. It's likely that if it's a pure spirit that Amora doesn't know, I asked Theodor to tell His Majesty, "Chandler explained.

Both are silent. The church has its own system, no one can forbid the holy place except the order of the king. Even Duke Thedelso had to give up Amora if that was what the Church wanted.

"I don't want to lose Amora, I did something!" continued Chandler with a high tone.

"Until now don't let Amora out of the room, if there's anything you can say to dad," Duke Thedelso said.

"Where is Dad going?" ask Chandler to worry.

"Do what you're supposed to do from long ago."

After that incident, Duke Thedelso left for some time. There was no one else in the mansion, in contrast to Chandler who was worried Amora looked ordinary.

"You're worried, miss?" Emma asked to see Amora looking at Chandler from the balcony of her room. Chandler looks very active in practicing some of this time, even he did not have time to relax with him.

"Nothing, it's just that you've been busy lately, is something going to happen?" tanya Amora started pointing towards Chandler.

"Sister.... Ah... Tired, Brother is done practicing?" ask Amora while stammering when approaching Chandler.

"I'll be cleaning up and changing clothes, but Amora why are you here?" chandler asked directly holding Amora's hand, inviting her to walk slowly out of the training arena.

"Amora with sister today finished training, so let's play with Amora."

"No way, I have an extra class. Now Amora, go to the room and study, didn't you ask me to shut up?" Chandler.

Unbelievably Amora began to stop her footsteps. He looked down, and began to cry.

Amora knows that a person who has spirit must go to the church to become Sanit. Service to society is paramount to channeling the power of the god. Whether it was true or not, that was the plot he had made before. While in the real world, the compassion for Diana separated from her parents makes Chandler and Theodor fight each other to save Diana in the shackles of the church.

Chandler decides to kill the priests. In the end Diana was indeed freed from the shackles of the church because of Chandler, but she instead went to Theodor's lap. By reason, Chandler is a killer that Diana cannot forgive.

The tragic pain she made for her own brother, but now she felt it instead. It feels like Chandler and Duke Thedelso will let the churchman take her.

"Amora, why are you ha-"

"Are you going to take me to church?" amora's question interrupted Chandler's words as he called out to her.

"What's? What do you mean?" ask Chandler for confusion.

"Sister, and father are you going to send me to the church?!" amora's speech now raised her tone. Raising the head then revealed a face that was wet because of tears. "Don't think I don't know if a child with spirit will be brought to the church to be a Sanit. Is my brother going to do that? So you don't want to play with Amora anymore, and don't think Amora's here?!"

Amora's cries were strong, the occasional prayer rubbed her face. Another thing with Chandler being confused, the article is a secret. Other than the royal people, a secret even he hid from the servants. I don't know since Amora's axe found out, to cry like that.

"Where do you know that? Is Emma-"

"I know I have spirit, I can see the future. A bad thing is going to happen, the priests are going to come here and you're just going to shut up? Amora didn't want to go.." Amora's moaning explained everything.

That's more than Chandler thought. Each spirit has its own power. If he was a yellowish golden spirit only gave glory and prosperity, could not see into the future.
