At dinner, Ibu Sari did not join the other family members. It seems like fear and guilt are so strong that haunts Ms. Sari, for what she has done before, while hiding Kayra from her biological mother.
" Where's mom, honey?" Not seeing the whereabouts of his mother-in-law, Erlangga asked the wife as they prepared to eat dinner.
" Mom?" Kayra turned her head towards the chair that used to be occupied by Ibu Sari. She did not see her mother there. Not usually his mother did not join to eat together.
" Satik Ma'am, please call my mother in the room, yes!?" Kayra asked Atik to call her parents.
" Okay, Madam." Atik rushed to Mother Sari's room which had moved upstairs since Krishna and Helen had settled in the house for a few days.
While Helen suspected Sari's mother did not attend dinner, because of the story about Arina told by her.
" Sari's mom is sorry she couldn't join us for dinner together, ma'am. He's not feeling well he said." After a while of waiting, Atik reappeared by telling her what Ibu Sari had ordered.
" Not feeling well? My mother is sick, Mommy?" Kayra immediately got up from her chair.
" Dear, careful!" Erlangga restrained his wife who was about to leave the dining table in a hurry.
" Dad, Pa, Ma, Kayra wants to see Mom first." Kayra asked her husband and her two in-laws for permission because she was worried about her mother.
" Slowly, don't run!" Erlangga warned his wife not to run to his mother's room upstairs.
" Yes, Mas" said Kayra, walking out of the dining room to meet her mother.
" Mom, Mommy why? What's sick mom?" By opening the door to her mother's room, Kayra asked what had happened to her. At this moment, he saw his mother lying down.
" Mom's just a little dizzy, son." Sari's mother got up and sat down.
" Mom's been taking the medicine yet? Eat first if you want to take medicine, ma'am." Kayra's back touched Sari's warm forehead.
" Mom has taken medicine" said Ibu Sari.
" Mom, are you sure you're just dizzy? Not because I went with Mama?" Kayra still considers if the current state of her mother has something to do with her mother's departure with her mother-in-law.
" No, Son. Don't be so bad about your mother-in-law. He's been nice to you and me." Sari's mother advised Kayra to always be kind to Helen.
" But I have to eat first. A little is also okay, the important thing is to get food into the mother's stomach." Kayra wants her mother to eat food first before resting.
" Mommy's stomach is still full, son. Looks like I just need to rest so that tomorrow the pain has subsided." Sari's mother refused Kayra's request.
" Yes, then I'll just take a break ..." Kayra finally chose to leave her mother to rest.

" Mommy, I went shopping with Mama this afternoon." After dinner and returning to the room, Kayra recounted what happened to her Mom and Dad.
" Oh yeah? Tumben once Mama wants to go shopping." Given that Mama rarely takes care of kitchen affairs, of course Erlangga was surprised by Kayra's story.
" Yes, Mas. Mama invited Mama to buy necessities for my daily needs." Kayra explained again.
" Hmmm, another now, huh? Dear Mama-in-law ..." Erlangga taunted Kayra in response to her mother's change in attitude towards Kayra.
" Thank God, I'm glad it feels ..." Kayra did not think Erlangga was insinuating her. " But ...."
" Why, honey?" Erlangga was curious because Kayra paused her sentence.
" I feel like you've been acting weird since you got home from shopping this afternoon, Mas." Kayra said what was bothering her mind at the moment.
" You mean, something Mama did to your mom that made me act weird?" Hearing Kayra's story, Erlangga was quickly able to draw conclusions. Because Erlangga has been informed by Krishna if his mother already knows about Arina and Kayra.
" I don't know, Mom. But, you don't want to be open to me." Kayra mende.
" Oh yeah, you don't think about it. Mom also said it was just a headache, right? Maybe it's 'cause I have to travel." Not wanting to make Kayra nervous, Erlangga tried to say if what Ibu Sari experienced was a common thing with parents if they had run out of activities let alone shopping in a spacious mall.
" Yes, Mas." said Kayra.
" I think Mama's been trying to improve her attitude. I'm asking you not to be prejudiced against Mama, honey." Erlangga's hand plays his wife's hair child.
" I'm sorry, Mas." Kayra expressed her apology for thinking about the cause of Ms. Sari's change in attitude because of her mother-in-law.

Erlangga's hand held tightly to the DNA letter she had just received after her lunch break. Just as she expected, it turned out that the hair samples Arina and Kayra submitted for DNA testing showed that Kayra was indeed positive for Arina's flesh blood.
Erlangga let out a very heavy breath. While his eyes continued to look at the results of the test. He then reached for his phone to contact Krisna.
" Ashloraaikum, Pa. Pa, I've already received the DNA results." When his phone call was lifted, Erlangga immediately said about the DNA results to his Papa.
" Waalaikumsalam ... DNA results have come out? Then how did it go, Lang?" asked Krishna curiously.
" As I thought before, Pa. Kayra is indeed Kania Pratiwi, the daughter of Sus Rina and Om Danny," Erlangga said with a heavy tone.
The breath of Krishna was immediately heard in Erlangga's ears as he delivered the news to Krishna.
" What's your next move, Lang?" ask Krishna.
" I'll talk to my mother-in-law, Pa. But, I was worried, because Kayra said that Sari's mother had gone shopping with Mama yesterday. After shopping, Sari's attitude changed. I'm afraid there's something Mama said about Sus Rina that's making Ms. Sari feel scared and anxious." It seems Erlangga knows what her mother-in-law is feeling.
" Then you must carefully convey this to your mother-in-law, son." Krisna suggested that Erlangga talk to Ms. Sari in a timely manner.
" Papa must talk to Mama, so that Mama does not talk much about Sus Rina. I'm afraid Mama's gonna make Sari's mom uncomfortable, and I'm having a hard time talking to my mother-in-law, Pa." Erlangga does need to talk to her mother-in-law for four eyes. Because she had to figure out how Kayra could be nurtured by Ms. Sari, instead of being handed over to the orphanage according to Arina's request. And also, Ibu Sari never opened up to her about Kayra's status which was not Mother Sari's biological child.
" Well, Papa will advise your Mama" said Krishna.
" I want this matter to be resolved properly, without hurting anyone. That's why I have to get an explanation from Ms. Sari, so that I can give the right reason to Sus Rina, why Kayra was not placed in the orphanage." For Erlangga, Ibu Sari and Arina are both important people in Kayra's life. Although Ibu Sari is only a foster mother who nurtured Kayra since birth. However, Ibu Sari takes care and educates
Kayra is very good. Same with Arina. Although she left her child as a baby, she never intended to throw Kayra away even though the baby was born out of wedlock.
" Do you want to say this to Arina immediately, Lang?" ask Krishna.
" But it has to be on condition, Pa. I'll tell and bring them together. However, I don't want Arina to admit Kayra is her son, until Kayra is ready to accept the reality of who she is." Erlangga still trying to keep his wife's psychological condition is not disturbed by this problem. At least he waited until his wife gave birth safely.
" All right, Papa agrees with you, Lang. Then when are you going to see Arina?" ask Krishna back. " Do you need Papa's company?" Krishna offered himself.
" Not yet, Pa. I want to meet Sus Rina's husband first. However, at this time Sus Rina already has a husband and her husband is not an ordinary person. We can't just meet or take Sus Rina to meet Kayra." Erlangga calculated everything carefully.
" Okay, okay ... You know what you mean, Lang." Krisna also agreed to Erlangga's plan to meet with Nugraha Wijaya, the husband of Arina. " Mu ...."
" Yes, Pa?"
" Papa's proud of you, son. You are now a better and wiser person." Seeing the wise attitude that now began to grow in her son, Krishna did not hesitate to say his pride towards Erlangga.
" It's all because Papa taught me." Not wanting to deny and rule out the role of his parents, Erlangga still prioritizes the role of the Papa in shaping his character.
" And definitely the positive aura your wife, Lang, is transmitting." Krisna felt that Kayra was the one who influenced Erlangga's attitude change that was initially arrogant to be wiser.
Erlangga chuckled to hear her Papa praising Kayra. " Be careful what you say, Pa. If Mama heard Papa mention Kayra's name that had made me change, Papa's wife might sulk again, because she felt no role." Erlangga joking, and immediately followed by the laughter of Krishna from across. So that the initially serious conversation becomes more relaxed with a crisp laugh between the father and the child.

" Ma, Papa wants to talk for a second." When she was about to rest, Krishna asked Helen to speak first.
" What's up, Pa?" helen asked her to undo her intention of laying her body on the bed.
" Mommy promised not to tell anyone about Kayra and Arina, right?" Krisna sat on the side of the bed and leaned her back against the headboard back of her bed.
" Yes, Pa. Mama didn't tell anyone, really." said Helen, feeling she didn't break her promise.
" Are you sure you didn't say anything to Ms Sari?" krisna asked in full view.
" Why did you ask me that?" This time it was Helen who asked suspiciously.
" Kayra said Mama went with her mother. And the mother immediately showed a strange attitude since coming home from going with Mama." Krishna said what Erlangga had told him.
" Kayra talks like that?" Helen was wide-eyed when her husband got the information.
" Did Kayra suspect Mama of being mean to her mother?" Helen is disappointed to learn that Kayra suspects her.
" It's not like that, Ma. Papa feels Kayra's worry is a natural thing to remember the attitude of Mama who used to be. She loved her mother very much, of course Kayra would feel worried when there was someone who disturbed her mother's peace of mind." Krishna explained that Helen did not misunderstand their daughter-in-law.
" Mama just told Arina about it to Ibu Sari. Mama was just curious about her reaction when Mama told me about Arina. And it turns out that Ibu Sari looks shocked when Mama tells her story. I think Kayra is really not the son of Sari deh's mother, Pa." Finally Helen honestly said what she had done to her ironwork.
Krishna breathed in response to the wife's confession.
" Kayra is not the son of Ibu Sari but the son of Arina" said Krisna later.
" His DNA results are out, Pa?" Helen is stunned to hear Krishna say that Kayra is Arina's son.
" Yes, this afternoon Erlangga got the results of the DNA test," said Krishna. " Therefore, Papa hope, Mama does not mention this matter that makes Ms. Sari uncomfortable. Because Erlangga needs an explanation from his mother-in-law. It would not be easy for Ms. Sari to tell her the things she had been hiding for decades. Therefore, Erlangga needs the right time with the condition of Ms. Sari who is calm and not depressed" continued Krisna explained.
" Mama can't know enough, without having to act and say things? It will affect our grandchildren, Ma. If Ibu Sari feels depressed, it will make Kayra sad and it will definitely interfere with the health of our future grandchildren in Kayra's stomach." Again Krishna tried to make his wife understand so as not to interfere much in this matter.
" Whatever the reason Ibu Sari hid Kayra's status, we still have to appreciate it. At least during this time Kayra was very well cared for, even being a good woman, polite and full of respect to the elderly. Ibu Sari and her husband have instilled positive things in Kayra so that she grows into a special woman and becomes our son's favorite wife" continued Krisna again.
" Yes, Pa." Helen agreed to what Krishna said. " Oh yeah, Pa. I'd love to meet Arina, huh." Helen suddenly wants to meet with Erlangga's former nanny first.
" Mom must be patient if you want to meet with Arina. We are waiting for orders from Erlangga. Don't be rash, 'cause it's gonna mess things up." Krishna warned his wife.
" Mommy just wants to see you, Pa. Won't mention Kayra."
" There are things you don't know about who Arina's husband's family is" said Krishna again.
" What happened to Arina's husband, Pa?" helen asked curiously at her husband's words.
" Arina had a stepson, and her stepdaughter loved Kayra." Krishna then told the full story of Rivaldi. From Rivaldi infiltrated Erlangga's company until finally his son hired Rizal and Grace, so that revealed a big secret that was never expected by them before.
" Geez, how come you didn't know that all this time anyway, Pa? If anyone wants to take down Mahadika's company and the culprit is Arina's own stepson?" Helen was stunned after hearing her husband's story about Rivaldi.
" Mama doesn't know, because all this time Mama was too busy planning Agnes to mate with Erlangga." Krishna insinuated Helen, making his wife tickle.
" Oh yeah, Pa. If Arina's stepdaughter is trying to take down Erlangga's company, is it because Arina wants revenge for what Danny used to do, Pa?" Helen suddenly thought about it.
" Mommy thinks Arina wants revenge against us?" Krishna gasped at his wife's allegations.
" It could've happened, right, Pa?"
" Papa doesn't think so, Ma. Arina is not a vengeful woman. Papa and Erlangga had met him. If indeed what Rivaldi did to Erlangga's company concerned the pain of Danny, it must not be because of Arina's influence." Krisna expressed his opinion to dismiss the alleged wife about the possibility of revenge Arina because of the pain of the wife's cousin's sister.

If you ask, can you marry a cousin? For all I know, in Islam, that cousin is a marriageable person. After all because Kayra was born out of wedlock, she followed her mother's nasab instead of her father's. So the relationship with his father's family was not strong. If there is any error please to be corrected, thanks 🙏
