BEING THE CEO'S MISTRESS

BEING THE CEO'S MISTRESS
Wife Kayra

Kayra immediately brushed off Erlangga's hand on her head and moved away from the man when she heard the voice of Ms. Sari reprimanding herself and also Erlangga who was standing at a distance very close to each other.

" l-mother?" Kayra immediately felt nervous because she was caught by her mother being close to Erlangga.

" Good day, Mom." In contrast to Kayra who stiffened, Erlangga was more relaxed to greet the mother of her secretary.

" At noon, what did Mr Erlangga come to visit here?" ask Ms. Sari later. Sari's mother could feel if Erlangga's attitude was so strange towards her daughter.

" I just want to help Kayra because I'm going to move to a new house" replied Erlangga, who did not realize that her attitude towards Kayra had made many people suspicious of her.

" Help Kayra move?" Sari's mother turned to Kayra, she did not understand why her daughter had asked her boss for help.

Kayra herself immediately gasped to hear Erlangga's answer saying she came to her house because she wanted to help herself, even though she did not feel the need for help from Erlangga.

" right, Mother. I see this place is not suitable for Kayra and I live, so I'm looking for a new place that is more comfortable for you."

The statement from Erlangga made Kayra round her eyes. It was unthinkable for him if Erlangga would say about the move to his new home because of his boss' request. Immediately Kayra turned her gaze to her mother who immediately stared intently at her. Kayra can see there is disappointment implied from the look of her mother's eyes because of her dishonesty about the new residence they will occupy.

" So Mr Erlangga told Kayra to move to a new place?" To make sure if his son was really lying, Ibu Sari asked Erlangga for certainty.

" Yes, Mom. I told Kayra to move." Erlangga did not know if Kayra had lied to her mother about the house she had provided for Kayra so she told him the truth about the house.

Sari's mother gave a rude snort, she did not expect that Kayra would have dared to lie to her.

" Why do you bother helping us?" mother asked Sari felt bad because of Erlangga's treatment to her daughter who looked so special.

" I don't feel bothered, Mom. I'm happy to do it" said Erlangga.

" I'm sorry, Mister. I'd like to talk to Kayra for a minute." Sari's mother immediately pulled her daughter's arm and brought her into the room leaving Erlangga without waiting for an answer from Erlangga.

" Kayra, why are you lying to me?" Sari's mother immediately asked Kayra for an explanation about Kayra's lies to her after arriving in her room.

" You're not being honest with Mom that Mr. Erlangga told you to move. You told Mom it was your friend's house that moved out of town. Why are you lying to me, Kayra?" sari's mother's search demanded an explanation from Kayra.

Kayra lowered her head because she felt guilty for disappointing her mother by lying. He did not dare to look at his mother and did not know what to explain to her.

" Kayra was talking to Mom, what is your relationship with your boss other than a job relationship?!" ask Sari's mother suspiciously. He began to sense something strange about the closeness of his daughter and her boss.

Hearing the mother's suspicious question, Kayra immediately shook her head.

" Why do you ask like that? Kayra has no special relationship other than a job relationship, ma'am!" Kayra brushed off suggestions her mother accused her of having a special relationship with Erlangga.

" But Mr. Erlangga's attitude towards you is different, Kayra! Financing Mom's treatment, telling people to take care of Mom, taking you away all night till you stay here, now she's stroking your head. Kayra, you have to remember, she's your boss and she's married. What happens if people know all Mr. Erlangga's treatment of you? Still lucky when Mr Erlangga stay here no citizen here knows, if until anyone sees, want to put where our face, Kayra?" Sari's mother is very worried that Kayra is involved in an illicit relationship with her boss.

Kayra took a breath that felt tight, she could not imagine if her mother knew the events that happened in her office yesterday when Erlangga was sick.

" Kayra, you're a woman, you have to take care of yourself. I don't want people to think badly of you, son." Sari's mother certainly did not want her child to get into trouble later on because of the closeness of Kayra and Erlangga.

" There is nothing between us, Mom." Kayra still denies her mother's allegations.

Sari's mother stared at Kayra for quite a while. He looked like he was looking for honesty from his daughter. But Kayra looked down, not daring to look at her mother anymore. Not because he was lying about his relationship with his boss, but because he felt guilty for lying about moving house.

" I have to talk to Mr. Erlangga!" Seeing Kayra who did not dare to look at him, Ibu Sari felt that there was something hidden by Kayra until she decided to talk to Erlangga.

" What do I-mom want to talk to Mr. Erlangga?" Kayra held off her mother who wanted to go out and talk to Erlangga.

" I have to make sure that Mr. Erlangga has no intentions towards you, Kayra!" Sari's mother confirmed her goal of wanting to talk to Erlangga.

" No, Ma. Kayra please don't embarrass Kayra in front of Mr. Erlangga." Kayra blocked her mother's steps. Kayra was so afraid that her mother's words would offend Erlangga that she asked her mother not to see Erlangga.

" Mommy can't make you ashamed, Kayra! I just want to help you so you don't get stuck in the wrong relationship!" Sari's mother dismissed Kayra's assumption that she wanted to embarrass her daughter.

" You stay here, don't come out! Let me talk to Mr. Erlangga." Sari's mother ordered Kayra not to follow her and waited in the room.

" Mister, can I talk to you for a second?" ask Ms. Sari after coming out of the room.

" What do you say, Mom? Where's kayra?" Erlangga asked Kayra because Kayra was not seen coming out of Sari's room.

" Please come in, sir." Sari's mother invited Erlangga who was still standing on the porch of her house. " I'm sorry, Sofanya has been taken, I'll take a seat in the room for a moment." Sari's mother wanted to take a seat in her room because she assumed Erlangga would not want to sit on the carpet on the floor.

" No need, Mom. Let me just sit here." Although a bit hesitant, Erlangga finally lowered his body on the carpet that lay in the living room.

" good, Sir. Sorry if it's uncomfortable." Sari's mother apologized for not being able to host Erlangga well. He sat down in front of the man who was the boss of his son.

" What would you like to tell me?" ask Erlangga later.

" It's okay, just say it, Mom. What's up?" Erlangga was curious about the thing that Mother Sari wanted to talk about.

" I am grateful for Mr. Erlangga's kindness during this time in helping Kayra. I'm grateful Kayra got such a kind-hearted boss like Mr. Erlangga. But, sorry, Sir. The kindness that you gave Kayra I feel is overrated. I don't want people to take a negative view of my son just because Mr. Erlangga pays too much attention to Kayra." Sari's mother brought out everything that stuck in her heart about Kayra and Erlangga's relationship.

" This master is Kayra's superior and is already married. I'm afraid people will think badly of my son if they know what Mr. Erlangga has done to Kayra, I don't want people to accuse Kayra of being the destroyer of Mr. Erlangga's household," continued again.

Erlangga looked at the middle-aged woman before him. He thought that Kayra had complained about the events that happened in her office yesterday until Ibu Sari spoke like that. At once he remembered the words of Henry who told him to marry Kayra.

Erlangga took a slow breath. She herself did not understand why she cared so much about Kayra, even she was so afraid that another man would approach Kayra. Is this the impact of the less harmonious state of his household with Caroline? But certainly every time with Kayra, she felt more comfortable, let alone her secretary was almost always nearby except for the night.

" I'm sorry if my words offend Mr. Erlangga." Seeing Erlangga who was speechless and just took a breath, Mother Sari guessed that the man was offended by her words.

" Do you want me to marry Kayra?" Erlangga misinterpreted the words of Ms. Sari.

Of course Ibu Sari was surprised by Erlangga's question, she didn't think Erlangga would throw the question to her.

" No, Master! I can't have such thoughts!" Ibu Sari quickly denied Erlangga's question. " We are just ordinary people, it is impossible if I want it," continued Ms. Sari. "

Even if you are not married, I do not dream that far." Inner Mother Sari.

" What if I want to get Kayra married, Mom?"

Erlangga's question this time suddenly made Mother Sari stunned. Indeed, he meant to talk to Erlangga in the hope that Erlangga would reject his guess as denied by Kayra, but Erlangga actually said a sentence that made him almost have a heart attack.

What Erlangga said was like a nightmare to him. His fear seemed to come true if what Erlangga said really happened.

" W-what do you mean, sir?" mother Sari asked still not believing her hearing.

" I really need Kayra, Mother" Erlangga said later.

" Kayra will work the best she can, sir. But you don't need to marry Kayra. Besides, Mr. Erlangga already has a wife." Of course Ibu Sari did not approve of Erlangga's plan to her daughter.

" I know, Mom. I have already married. But I really need Kayra not just for work," said Erlangga.

" You mean, sir?"

" To be honest my household with his wife I've been out of harmony. I need a wife who can accompany and take care of me as part of a husband. As for my current wife, she is too busy with her career and neglects her duties as a wife." Somehow Erlangga suddenly said honestly about the condition of his household to Ms. Sari. And that certainly makes Mother Sari aghast. He did not expect that Erlangga's household life was not as beautiful as he had expected. But of course it does not make Ibu Sari happy, because she feels that Kayra will be the victim due to household problems experienced by Erlangga.

" I'm sorry if my attitude has always seemed inappropriate towards Kayra. Therefore I will marry Kayra so that there is no more misunderstanding, ma'am." said Erlangga later.

" I'm sorry, Mister. I cannot accept Mr. Erlangga's request. I don't want my son to suffer." The meaning of the word suffering referred to by Ibu Sari is certainly not material, but inner. He could not imagine how the people's scorn, especially the employees in Erlangga's office when he found out that Kayra was the wife of Erlangga. Kayra would definitely be called the snatch of people's husbands, and that was the most painful thing for her.

" I can't possibly make Kayra suffer, Mom." Erlangga felt confident that after becoming his wife, he would not possibly disappoint Kayra let alone make Kayra suffer.

" Mister, sir doesn't understand what I mean. The suffering I mean is the assumption people will have of Kayra status if you marry Kayra. I don't want my son to be called a seductive woman who snatches people's husbands, sir." Sari's mother made clear her intention to make Erlangga understand and to undo her intention to marry Kayra.

" I make sure no one will dare to do that to Kayra, Mom!" erlangga assured.

" What about the family, sir? Mr and Mr Erlangga's parents and wife? Will they be able to accept your decision about marrying Kayra?"

Ibu Sari's question suddenly made Erlangga speechless, he himself was not sure whether his decision to marry Kayra would be approved by his family and wife. Papa and Mama will definitely be strongly opposed, let alone Caroline. Surely Caroline would not be willing to share her husband's love with another woman.

" Mister, you better think carefully about the wishes of the Master. If Mr. Erlangga insists on your wishes, please consider Kayra's feelings. She would definitely feel guilty for going to be the third person between the Master's household and the Master's wife." Sari's mother tried to advise Erlangga so that the man canceled his plan earlier. As a parent, Ibu Sari will definitely try to protect her child from all kinds of dangers that will threaten her daughter.

" Mister Erlangga should just go home first, maybe you need to think calmly. At this time you are emotional and disappointed with the condition of the household, but believe me .. decided to marry another woman is not the right way to overcome the crisis in the household Mr. Erlangga." Sari's mother continued to advise Erlangga. He believes that Erlangga's desire is a momentary desire because of Erlangga's disappointment with the attitude of his wife who is too busy pursuing her career and neglects her duties as a wife.

While from inside the room Ibu Sari, Kayra who was curious about what her mother wanted to say to Erlangga deliberately stole the hearing from the door with her heart beating fast. He was afraid that his mother would speak words that would offend Erlangga. And he was also afraid that Erlangga would be angry with Mother Sari. But when he heard if Erlangga said he wanted to marry him instantly his heart seemed to stop beating, his body seemed to be squeezing. This was not what she wanted and she could imagine what her life would be like if she were to be the wife of her boss.
