CH 49 Martin knows Shezie's status

Martin who saw Henry hugging Shezie was further burned with jealousy. He feels he has done his best for Shezie but always gets rejected, while the man, he believes the man is new to Shezie but Shezie wants to embrace him. It really made him upset and could not hold back his anger when he was going to keep this secret first but seeing their affection he was very jealous.

“So this is how you do? So this man's pretended wife? ” Suddenly Martin appears to surprise them.

Henry and Shezie turned to Martin, they were so shocked that the man was here, Henry let go of his embrace.

Martin stared at Shezie sharply.

“You are totally Shezie's outrageous, I'm obviously well-intentioned to marry you but you're instead the wife of this man's pretence, really you're humbling me!” sumpat Martin.

“What are you talking about? Henry and I have nothing to do, we are just friends,” Shezie said.

“Already, I have heard everything, no need to pretend anymore, I already know that you are pretending to be his wife. I wonder how your mother will react if she knows this,” Martin said with a smile here.

Hearing him made Shezie afraid and worried about his mother's health, she approached Martin.

“Martin, please don't tell my mother anything,” pinta Shezie.

Martin was silent, still smiling cynically, posing an expensive sell-off.

“Martin promise me you won't say anything to my mother,” pinta Shezie again, holding Martin's hand.

Henry was silent, while Martin smiled triumphantly.

Martin looked at the face of Shezie who was pleading with him. He loved this moment so much, the moment the girl who always rejected him now needed him the most.

“Well baby, I won't say anything to your mother. But you have to promise me to obey me, don't argue anymore,” said Martin, smiling at Shezie as he rubbed the girl's hair.

“How is mother Doc's condition?” shezie asked Dr. Arfan.

“Tomorrow we chemo, schedule accelerated than it should be,” replied Doctor Arfan.

“My mother's condition is deteriorating?” shezie asked, his eyes were already watering.

“Please keep his emotions stable, do not be given too heavy a load that will make him Stress.  Chemo tomorrow is more risky and many side effects are produced, so the patient's body must be completely ready, so it needs mental support as well,” replied Dr. Arfan.

“Effects side Doc? What like?” ask Shezie.

“Mual vomiting is very very, vision will also start to blur, more details can be later in my room,” replied Dr. Arfan.

Hearing him made Shezie even more sad, his hands rubbing tears on his cheeks. While Martin smiled in his heart, it means that Shezie will not complain about his mother or her mother will drop.

“I can see mom?” ask Shezie.

“Please, but wait for the patient to be moved to the treatment room,” replied the Doctor.

Shezie tries to let go of Martin's hand but Martin looks at him threatingly, finally letting Martin hold his hand. Martin then pulled Shezie's hand to follow the nurse - the nurse, now it's Henry's turn to look at Shezie's hand held Martin.

“Do you need my help?” ask Henry to Shezie.

“What help?” shezie asked Henry.

“If you are lacking money for your mother's medical expenses I can help you,” replied Henry.

“No, for treatment this time Martin has given a deposit to this hospital,” Shezie replied, making Martin smile proud even though he never paid for it.

Henry didn't speak anymore, so that's why Shezie was still being nice to Martin because he owed the man a favor.

Shezie saw the movement of his mother.

“Bu, it's me, Shezie, do you hear?” ask Shezie.

Ms. Vina slowly opened her eyes, seeing her daughter sitting near her and holding her hand.

Suddenly Vina remembered Martin's words and Henry's confession that she was Shezie's husband. Ms. Vina immediately pulled her hand from Shezie's grip, and turned her face away.

“Bu!” Shezie was surprised to see his mother's attitude.

“Bu I'm sorry for this misunderstanding. My friend, his name is Henry,” Shezie said as he pointed at Henry, then his hand waved asking Henry to approach him.

Henry approached him immediately.

“Henry is my travel buddy, Mom, Henry is not my husband. Henry was just joking, he didn't know that mom was seriously ill, please forgive Henry,” Shezie said, as her hand held Henry's arm and shook it.

Henry actually does not like it when it comes to claiming to be Shezie's theme in travel, she is indeed Shezie's legitimate husband.

“I'm sorry Mom, I'm not her husband Shezie, I'm her friend on travel,” Henry said. Martin who heard him smiled happily, he felt even more victorious.

“No ma'am, this is just a misunderstanding, Henry likes me so much so jokingly confess my husband, it's just a joke, isn't it Henry? You like me, don't you? Tell me you like me,” Shezie said again looking up at Henry's face who was still standing next to him.

Henry did not answer immediately.

“Henry! Tell me you like me so you're jealous of Martin,” Shezie said again, shaking back Henry's hand.

Henry glanced at Shezie's hand which was still holding his arm, then at the face that was looking at him, he looked back at those eyes fixedly, their eyes met.

“Yes, I like you,” said Henry, still staring at Shezie. Hearing Henry's words and the look in his eyes, Shezie's heart immediately thumped and felt nervous, did Henry tell the truth that he liked it?

Henry felt something was different when he said it. Did he say it with all his heart?

Shezie's mother looked at Henry. Not what Shezie and Henry said, but the man's face reminded him of someone in his past.

“Mom will forgive me, won't you, Mom? Henry as well?  Henry has also been good at helping me work in travel and loaning me money for chemo mommy fees, right Henry?” shezie said, looking back at Henry.

There was nothing Henry could do but nod according to Shezie's wishes.
