Billionaire Bride
CH-85 Hanna meets her mother Shezie (Part 2)

Shezie turned to his mother-in-law.

“Diminum Bu, just plain water,” he said, while moving to get a packaged drink and stored in front of Hanna, he tried to make the atmosphere so as not to be awkward. His heart was just gritty to see the attitude of his mother who was as gluttonous as that.

Hanna sighed for a while, she could see that Shezie's mother did not like her presence.

“Martin, who's Martin?” hanna asked, pretending not to know, she wanted to know what Shezie's mother thought of Martin.

“Martin is my daughter's fiancee, they should be married by now,” said Bu Vina.

The atmosphere felt so tense in this room. Ms. Vina did not look at Hanna at all. He was just sitting on his side and facing the wall, when Doctor Arfan said, his eyes had started to catch the light. Shezie knew who his mother was because she didn't like Henry.

“Of course your daughter can't marry another man, because your daughter is married to my son,” said Hanna, she was getting annoyed also seeing the attitude of Shezie's mother, she said, as if –as Henry is no better than Martin.

“Married? What can be said to be married if the parents of the bride also do not know the wedding,” said Bu Vina.

“We immediately apologized. My husband should have come today only now he is very busy, so much work so can't come,” Hanna said.

“The rich and busy,” muttered Bu Vina sounded with a cynical tone.

Shezie is getting tired just looking at the attitude of his mother who is not friendly.

“Iya is very busy,” said Hanna, with a bad heart at the attitude of her cynical mother Shezie.

“Sorry we did not make a decent application for Shezie,” said Hanna, she will talk again but was cut by Bu Vina.

“Of course because we are poor, it should not be held a proposal, later to make a shame,” said Bu Vina.

Hanna frowned, why did Sezie's mother say as if to corner her constantly?

“Not so, not about that, All happened because of misunderstanding,” said Hanna.

“Of course, it's because your son does not appreciate others,” said Bu Vina.

“No, no, it's just because maybe mom already knew the reason, Henry didn't really marry Shezie that time,” Hanna said.

“Of course I understand, very understand, rich men are always so, assume all things can be bought with money,” said Shezie's mother.

Hanna fell silent, the longer she did not like the attitude of her mother Shezie.

“I came here to straighten things out,” said Hanna.

“Nothing needs to be straightened,” cut Bu Vina.

“Harus Bu, so that there is no misunderstanding,” said Hanna, trying to be patient with the attitude of Bu Vina who continues to corner.

“Mom probably already knew that Henry made a mistake, asking Shezie to be his wife secretly, we and the family apologize for this matter, she said, we also don't know what these youngsters are doing,” Hanna said.

Ms. Vina seemed silent yet to reply.

“Now Henry changed his mind, he and Shezie love each other and they want to continue their marriage with an actual marriage, so today I want to propose Shezie to Henry, he said, if about the official event can be talked about following,” said Hanna.

Ms. Vina changed her sitting attitude, now her face was looking straight at Hanna.

“Sorry, I cannot accept your application,” said Bu Vina, making Hanna surprised.

Shezie and Henry don't really because they already know how tough Shezie's mother's attitude is.

“But why? We are ready if there are any requirements,” Hanna said.

“I just want them to get divorced, because Shezie is getting married to Martin,” said Ms. Vina.

Hanna tried to spread her heart to Henry.

“Bu, can't mom circulate this, they are married legitimately, even we also have a pretty festive party, they are also now in love with each other, they are also now in love, so there is nothing wrong if we as parents just follow what the children want, the important thing is they are happy,” said Hanna.

“My daughter will not be happy to marry your son,” said Ms. Vina.

Shezie cuts it off.

“I'm happy Mom, married to Henry,” Shezie said.

“It was just the beginning, I can't believe,” said Bu Vina.

“Otherwise with Martin Bu, I don't like Martin,” Shezie said.

“Mother has known Martin for years, I know what Martin looks like, it's rare for a man to marry a girl with a sick mother like me, Martin loves you so much,” says Bu Vina.

Hanna looked at Bu Vina.

“Bu, can't you not force something they don't like? My son and your daughter love each other, let them continue their marriage. If it is necessary to be held remarried also I do not matter, we make the reception at the bride may also, all costs will be borne, just say where, what requirements, what requirements, what, we will be able to, as long as let them stay together and their blessing,” said Hanna Long leber

“Sorry, Shezie is my daughter, I raised her with great difficulty, I have the right to determine which is good for my daughter or not,” Ms. Vina said.

“Iya I understand Mom. I heard that Shezi chose to be with Henry. I'm glad she's my son's wife, I promise I'll love her like my daughter does,” Hanna said.

“Sorry, I can't. We already accepted Martin's proposal, before Henry proposed to him,” said Bu Vina.

“On Martin's family, I will talk to them, I don't need to worry,” Hanna said.

“What do you mean talk like that? You feel powerful until you can control others?” shezie asked her mother, making Hanna surprised and offended by her words.

“Not so Ma'am, I just want to make all the problems finished. We will meet Martin's family, we will try to talk to them, so that they do not feel hurt over the cancellation of his wedding plans Martin and Shezie,” said Hanna.

“You don't have to do that, because I'll never approve of Shezie and Henry's wedding, a wedding that's just for play and I also consider the wedding to be non-existent.” said Ms. Vina.

“I'm sorry for my son's mistake, my son has already admitted his mistake, can't you forgive my son as well as your daughter?” ask Hanna.

“Although I forgive it I still will not approve them,” said Bu Vina.

“Why?” ask Hanna. Didn't know that Shezie's mother was so hard-hearted.

“Because I feel more at ease that Shezie is married to Martin, I know what Martin is like, Martin is very trustworthy to keep my daughter,” replied Bu Vina, making Hanna quiet and glancing at Henry.

“One more time I decided, Shezie and Henry should get divorced, because Shezie will soon be married to Martin. Now Martin's lawyer is seeking divorce from Shezie. I hope you don't complicate the divorce process and Henry signs the divorce papers immediately, so that all these problems are quickly resolved, and I want to live my days in peace,” said Ms. Vina.

Hearing him really made Hanna disappointed. He looked at Shezie who was blushing his eyes about to cry, looking again at his son who was just silent.

“Bu, I hope mom will consider it again, sometimes what we think as her parents feels right but not with the thoughts of our children,” said Hanna.

“Nothing to consider. I know my daughter very well. I have chosen the right man, my daughter will be happy with Martin,” said Ms Vina, completely unshakable.

“Bu, I just want to say that I love your daughter so much,” said Henry, looking at her mother Shezie then at Shezie.

Ms. Vina did not answer

Hanna turned to Henry and then to Vina.

“Good ma'am, my son and I beg you. If mom turns fikrian, don't hesitate to tell us. We would be happy if Henry and Shezie get back together,” Hanna said, standing up.

With a heavy heart Henry stood up. He turned to Shezie whose tears had been dripping on his cheeks.

Shezie rushes to wake up, but her mother forbids him.

“Shezie, sit!” mother said.

Shezie turned to his mother and then to Henry and Hanna.

“May you be happy son,” Hanna told Shezie, her hand reaching out to Henry pulling her out of the room.

Henry's feet stepped out, but his head turned to Shezie, his wife sitting back in his chair and crying. She is really confused, she can't not be so hard-headed, forcing Shezie to take her with her even without her mother's blessing. But looking at Shezi's sick mother, does he have the heart to make Shezie a child who is disobedient to his mother?

Hanna and Henry walked languidly down the hospital hallways. Suddenly Hanna stopped her steps and looked at Henry.

“What's Bu?” ask Henry.

“Mom's sorry, mom didn't make a proposal to Shezie,” Hanna said.

Henry looked at his mother sadly but his lips smiled.

“I know mom has tried to do her best for me, I love mom,” she said while hugging her mom and kissing her cheek.

At the door of Bu Vina's inpatient room, Shezie stood leaning against the door looking at the departure of her husband and mother-in-law, tears kept dripping down her cheeks she was very sad. Just now yes she had just started her marriage beautifully, but as if the world did not want them to be happy, the happiness was quickly taken away, now all that was left was suffering, sadness and disappointment.

“You must accept all of this. This is the best for you. Not only for you but also for Henry, Henry's family,” said his mother.

Shezie turns to his mother wanting him to argue back, but she doesn't dare to hurt her mother anymore. He could only accept his mother's decision.

Shezie looked back in the hallway, his husband and father-in-law out of sight, his heart breaking, perhaps he would never see Henry again, forever, ever.
