"Why is it still hot?" eliza murmur.

He opened one of his pajamas because of the heat. And he didn't think at all at the time. Eliza leisurely sat down at her dressing table and put on lotion before going to bed.

Eliza was still looking at Reino's face. Thinking if Reino was like this from the start would he still fall in love with Bastian? Now things get more complicated when Reino starts to get warm to her. Guilt returned to him. She realized she shouldn't have betrayed her husband to this extent.
