But his movements can be seen by Amira from the corner of his eye. With a swift hand laid master Sam on his own wound. Then she laid her husband's body slowly on the ground. Then he stood up and faced Keysha.

"You two are disgusting!" keysha exclaimed with anger.

"You're the more disgusting Key!" sahut Amira looked sharply at the woman.

Without hesitation Amira immediately attacked Keysha. The woman also looks undaunted to face Amira. It seems that he does not care if he will eventually get hurt too. All he had in mind was how he could hurt Amira. And blindly he also resisted the attack of Amira. But many times he had to feel pain all over his body due to punches and kicks Amira. That doesn't scare him even more and more. What's more, every single one of his backlash never touched Amira in the least.

"Meyaa.." call Mr. Sam.

Amira immediately turned to look at Mr. Sam. The man looked even more pale. With one hard kick towards Keysha's stomach he ended his fight with the g**a woman. Keysha fell to the ground with blood spurting from his mouth. The woman fainted immediately.

Amira immediately ran towards Sam and hugged her husband's body. It was felt by Amira if her husband's body started to cool. Amira also started to panic. It was then that police cars and ambulances arrived at the place. Police officers quickly arrested criminals including Siska and Keysha. Although Keysha fainted, the woman was taken in a police car. Luke rushed to the master and his mistress with the medics.

The medics immediately took over Mr. Sam for first aid. Sandra immediately approached Amira and hugged the body of her best friend who was shaking violently because she was worried about her husband. Luke stood beside Dave. After performing first aid and wearing a breathing apparatus to Mr Sam, they took Mr Sam into an ambulance to be taken to the hospital.

Amira insisted on being able to accompany her husband. But it is hindered because there are two babies that must be taken care of. Even now they both seem to start fussing and crying loudly. Finally Dave who accompanied Sam his best friend. Luke takes Sam's car with Amira and her two babies and Sandra. They followed the ambulance from behind.

Arriving at the hospital, Mr. Sam was immediately taken to the operating room to immediately remove a bullet from his stomach. Amira follows along with her two babies as well as Luke and Sandra. Amira who was initially obstructed into the hospital for carrying a baby was finally allowed to enter because she was the victim's wife. After all, his face that was still dirty by blood made the medics also conduct checks on him. Likewise with the two babies after listening to Sandra's testimony.

After undergoing an examination and changing clothes due to her dirty clothes, Amira went straight to the operating room to wait for her husband. Luke, Dave and Sandra accompanied him. They fell asleep in a stroller that was brought from home before they left.

When the doctor came out of the operating room, Amira immediately approached him. The woman's face seemed tense waiting for information about the results of the operation that Mr. Sam underwent.

"Family patient?"

"Yes doc. I am his wife" said Amira worried.

"Look.the bullet lodged in the patient's stomach is already able to we remove. Fortunately, the bullet did not hit his vital organ, Mr. Sam's kidney. If a little bit of the bullet deviated then the result will be fatal" explained the doctor.

"At this time the patient is stable but still has to enter the ICU room. If the situation continues to be stable then tomorrow morning it can be moved to the usual care room.." he continued.

"Thank you doctor." said Amira.

"Sama-sama madam.. Now the patient will be taken to the ICU room first..."

"Can I see my husband doc?"

"It could be madam.. but after the ICU room.

After Mr. Sam was transferred in the ICU room Amira immediately visited her husband. Seeing Mr. Sam who usually looks dashing but now looks pale with various medical devices on his body makes Amira shed tears. After sitting in a chair next to the gurney of master Sam Amira also brought her body closer beside her husband. The hand of Mr. Sam was held and placed on his cheek which was wet with tears.

"Db.. hold on.. me and the kids still need you." he said.

Seen in the corner of the eyes of Mr. Sam who was closed there were tears that melted. Amira who noticed it instantly wiped away the tears with her fingertips.

"You calm down, me and the kids will always be waiting for you." continued Amira.

The face of Mr. Sam looked pale. It felt very fast to see the change in the face of her husband who was this afternoon still looks fresh but has now turned pale.

"I love you Db." whispered softly in the ear of Sam.

Hoping that her husband would survive for her and their twin sons. Amira kisses her husband's forehead gently and says goodbye because they have to take care of both of their children.

"Db.. I go first to take care of the children. endure and recover quickly so that our little family can be reunited.." said Amira with tears that linger.

She kissed her husband again before stepping out of the ICU. Amira immediately approached Lukas when just out of the ICU room.

"Luke.. You take care of those people! do not let anyone escape. Especially the two women j*l**g it!" amira said with a cold face.

"Well ma'am, I make sure they will not qualify and will get the right punishment" Lukas replied.

The cold aura on Amira made Lukas remember the attitude of his master who also behaved the same when feeling angry.

"It turns out Madame Amira is as cold as master Sam when angry!" inner Luke.

"The lady should stay at the hotel I've prepared." said Lukas, who did not want his mistress and her two sons to stay too long in the hospital.

Finally Amira nodded after following the words of all who were there.

"The lady will be escorted by our driver.so don't worry mistress and Ms. Sandra will also accompany the madam." said Lukas.

"Yes Ra. I will accompany you" Sandra continued.

Amira goes to the hotel with Sandra and her two babies. During the trip to the hotel Amira looked dreamy. His mind floated up the first time he met Mr. Sam. The shadow of every incident on him and Mr. Sam until now makes his tears melt again.

"Patient Ra. I'm sure Sam's brother will be strong and will survive for you." said Sandra while hugging Amira.

She knew that Amira was thinking about her husband's fate. Which woman is not worried if in Amira's current position. But Sandra knew that Amira was a tough woman. He'll survive whatever else there are two babies who still need him. But he also could not imagine if Mr. Sam did not survive. Because he knows as hard as Amira really he is very weak when it comes to the people he loves.

While in the hospital, Luke is still supervising the legal proceedings against Keysha and the people who helped him, including Siska, through his man. Dave sent his men to help. Seeing Amira who is in a fragile state makes the man sure that Amira loves Sam very much.

"You're very lucky Sam... Amira loves you so much." murmured Dave as he visited Mr. Sam in the ICU room.

Meanwhile, when he arrived at the hotel Amira and Sandra went straight into their room to rest. Sandra immediately contacted her parents to report the events that had just happened. Both Sandra's parents were surprised to hear their daughter's words and prayed that Sam's master could get well soon and Amira could also be strong to face it all.

Amira was in her room staring at her two sons. Sahir and Samir looked calm in their sleep. Seeing the faces of his two sons who were very similar to Master Sam made him re-remember the current state of master Sam. Amira's tears trickled back to imagine Mr. Sam's body filled with medical equipment. Her heart aches because Mr. Sam is the only love of Amira's life after his love for her father.
