Sandra and Dave

Seeing her husband and two twin sons asleep, Amira decided to go out for a while to buy a drink because she was thirsty. But when he had just closed the door, someone called out to him.

"By!"

Amira turned to look at the voice. And it turns out that in front of her already stood Sarah's mistress with her husband and their three children.

"Sister!" amira immediately ran towards her brother-in-law and hugged her.

"Sister.. shouldn't you still be in Hong Kong?" ask Amira.

"Sorry.we have tried to return immediately. but there our flight was delayed because of technical problems.." explained lady Sarah who felt sorry could not accompany Amira at critical times.

"It's okay, sister.I'm also sorry for not having time to tell you...."

"It's okay.we understand that at that time you must be in a state of anxiety" said Ms. Sarah.

"Where is Sam's brother now?"

"There is inside with Sahir and Samir." said Amira as she pointed at Mr. Sam's room with her index finger.

They entered the room of Sam together. Anna and Adit looked calm and quiet as they watched their uncle and cousin fall asleep. Likewise with Ara, the five-month-old baby looked calm in the stroller.

"Let's sit down, brother." bargained Amira to Sarah and Mr. Bram to sit on the sofa.

Anna and Adit were sitting on a chair beside Sam's gurney. Both are curious about the injury suffered by the uncle.

"Mother... are uncle's wounds worse than mother's wounds first?" asked Anna curiously.

Meanwhile, at the hotel, Dave is approaching Sandra. The man seemed to be still trying to make Sandra fall in love with him. Although he had said he would give the girl time to think about it until he returned to London. But he also tried to get the girl to accept his love. While Luke who was immediately busy replacing the task of Mr. Sam seemed to ignore Dave's very obvious attitude in pursuing Sandra because he was immune because he had faced the lockdown of Mr. Sam on Amira.

Because of his persistence in a short time he managed to break the heart of Sandra who had never felt love. The girl's heart is now often pounding when Dave is near her. Moreover, Dave's attitude is very romantic because of his experience that a womanizer is able to make Sandra finally melt and begin to realize her feelings for Dave. But there still seems to be doubt on Sandra to open her heart and accept Dave as a mooring of her heart.

It's not because Dave's past is filled with many women around him. Dave did honestly tell his dark past and fell into free association. It is precisely the honesty of the blue-eyed man about his past that makes Sandra start to respect and put a sense in him. But about the two's different beliefs makes the girl still hold back her feelings for Dave.

Dave who is not easy to give up in pursuit of his wishes seems never slack in approaching Sandra. Various reasons he used to be able to always be with his girlfriend. Sandra who is a little stiff when dealing with a creature named man has begun to change if it is near him. The girl was already able to act familiar with Dave even though she could not confirm her feelings for the blue-eyed bule man.

It's been five days that Mr. Sam has been hospitalized. And today he has been allowed to go home despite having to be outpatient. Due to his different home town with the hospital that has been taking care of him currently Mr Sam gets a referral to continue his treatment at the hospital that is in the city where he lives. And that morning, Sam and Amira and the others set out to return to their city.

Arriving at the house of Mr. Sam has been welcomed by his sister, mistress Sarah, and her husband and three children. Even the workers who work at Sam's house seem enthusiastic about welcoming the return of Mr. Sam and his small family. They are so grateful that Mr. Sam can return home safe. Upon hearing that Mr. Sam was injured the workers there prayed for his master's recovery.

After participating in the welcoming party for the return of Mr. Sam by mistress Sarah, Sandra finally decided to go home. Amira immediately hugged her best friend while returning to thank her for Sandra's help all this time. And so is Dave. The man also immediately decided to go home to the hotel where he was staying when he found out if Sandra was ready to go home. He deliberately brought Sandra home so that he could take the girl home even though the direction to his hotel was opposite to the girl's house.

Almost during the journey to Sandra's house the two were silent to each other. Suddenly Dave stopped the car on the side of the road making Sandra jerked in shock.

"What's wrong?" ask Sandra to Dave.

"I think it's time we talked again about the things I told you back then." Dave said, staring deeply at Sandra.

"I want to know.. Do you love me?" continued.

"I.." said Sandra hanging.

His heart was suddenly in a dilemma. On one side he began to realize if he began to love the bule man who was beside him. But on the other hand there is a matter of belief that makes it impossible for them to unite. He stared at Dave's face, which seemed very frustrated waiting for an answer from him. If it's true what Dave said almost a week ago if the man is going to return to his country within a week then it means that tomorrow the man is going to leave. Sandra knew that she would inevitably have to give certainty to Dave now.

Sandra breathed out slowly. That's the weight he feels now. Falling in love for the first time but there are things that make him have to give up his love...

"You know Dave. you and I have different beliefs, and that makes it impossible for us to unite." Sandra explained slowly.

He doesn't want to hurt the man who made him fall in love. But he also could not have forced the man to follow his beliefs. And vice versa.

"I can follow your religion" Dave said quickly making Sandra immediately turn to the man and look at him gently.

It is undeniable that there is happiness when the man said he would follow his beliefs without thinking long to be with him.

"But I can't let you do it Dave. religion and love are different. To me religion is a form of my love for my god. while the love you talked about was love for the creature..." said Sandra.

"I love you more than I love myself... more than anything else including myself or you. If you want to embrace a belief I hope it is because of the God you want to worship... a creature that could one day change you hate.Love in humans can change Dave.but not in God." he continued with teary eyes.

"So you rejected me?" asked Dave with a trembling voice.

Just this time he felt the pain of being rejected by a girl. Even the girl was just an ordinary girl but had already managed to make her heart ravage. Sandra nodded slowly. His mouth seemed to be locked and unable to say a word. Both hearts are broken...

"Can you wait for me? I will study every religion and try to find one that can enter my soul.. If I end up choosing your religion... would you like to be with me?" dave said he would not give up.

"If you are my soul mate, I will accept you. but I cannot wait for you... we don't know what will happen tomorrow, nor do we have feelings... God can turn our hearts around and change the feelings that now exist." - Sandra.

Dave sighed softly.

"Can I hold you?" say Dave.

Without her expecting Sandra hugged Dave tightly. Dave immediately replied. She wears Sandra's hair. Sandra is not hijab like Amira, but her determination in holding her religion can not be doubted. All can be seen by how the girl always does her religious duty diligently without intending to flaunt it.

Suddenly Dave felt if Sandra's body shook and a soft sobbing sound came from Sandra. In fact, he began to feel if the clothes he was wearing were wet because of tears. Slowly Dave broke his embrace. Seen by her the face of Sandra who was caused and wet because of tears.

"You crying?" said Dave choked.

He did not expect that the girl also felt the same pain as him. Dave wiped Sandra's tears with his fingertips.

"Don't cry. I know it's hard for us. But you've decided it yourself..."

"I know. It's just that it hurts so much here Dave.." point Sandra at her chest.

"I know God gave me this feeling of love to be both a gift and a test for me. And I tried to accept and go through it sincerely...." Sandra could no longer continue her sentence because Dave hugged her body again.

Sandra inhales the scent of Dave's body inside. Because this is the last time he gets this close to Dave.
