Camelia Rahma: You are my soul mate
Make Peace With the Past

Hello everyone, sorry I just got up again. You see the author again flu so heavy so not resistant if hold hp for long. 😅

...***...

Camelia and Dilla were still in the park when Mama Lia told her that a friend of Camelia was waiting in the room. Mama said her name was Delia. Camelia and Dilla were shocked.

"Delia who's the same as ma?"

"Self, let's go see him."

"Yes ma."

"When my mom comes home first. If you take care of your needs, you'll come back."

"Yes ma."

"Well, mommy go first."

As soon as Mama Lia, they then returned to Camelia's room. Arriving there, Camelia and Dilla saw Delia standing at the door of her room smiling.

"Cam," called Delia as she looked at Camelia with a still limping path.

"Delia, you're here. Gih's in. Let's just talk inside" Camelia asked.

"This is for you" Delia said, giving Camelia a gift as they sat on the couch.

Camelia accepted it by thanking him for visiting her and also bringing her a hand.

"Oh yeah, when I found out you were in the hospital I rushed here."

"What really?" asked Dilla, she felt like Delia had other intentions to come here and say those words. Himself as a friend is not so-so. Especially if he is just a friend. Dilla said, there was no way Delia would be so considerate without any other intent.

"Kay," said Camelia.

"Ngga papa really, Cam. Maybe Dilla hasn't forgotten the past."

"I've forgotten it, but when I see you again. Somehow everything became popping up one by one," said Dilla ceplas ceplos. Besides being a coward, Dilla is also the type of person who remembers every detail of past events.

"Kai." This time Camelia rebuked Dilla while holding her hand. He did not want to make his best friend still be vengeful when it comes to his past.

"Sorry Cam. I've tried to forget but still can't."

Camelia clearly knows how Dilla is. The more you force him, the more he becomes. Camelia also chose the safe path by saying slowly when forgetting it. Let the past flow like water in a river.

"I'll try" said Dilla, making Camelia smile in response.

Delia smiled because Dilla wanted to forget the past. Because every time he met, Dilla always gave him a look of dislike anyway by talking to him.

"Sorry Delia, I may have done you a lot wrong, but to be honest the same, I still don't like you. However, I will try to make peace with the past" said Dilla.

"I understand. I would probably behave like you too, if put in the same situation" Delia said.

Camelia smiled silently. He did not expect, behind the pain Delia and Dilla can forgive each other. Although not completely, but there are times when they both learn. Perhaps that was the wisdom hidden with her who had fallen ill. If true, he would be very grateful. Because then, Dilla his best friend can make peace with his past.

"So since you guys are better, shake hands. Let's deal."

"Oh, salim, let you remember it is better."

Both Dilla and Delia shook hands and smiled at each other. Shortly after they shook hands. Dilla went to Camelia's bed to get Camelia the fruits Revan had brought. As Dilla was walking to pick up the fruits, Delia squeezed her fingers. He seemed to want to say something but was hindered by something as well.

"Why are you nervous? Is there something you want to talk about?" camelia asked as she looked at Delia seemingly unsettled.

"cams, Cam. Actually I also came here to tell you something, but .. but," said Delia while turning to see Dilla who had walked back towards them with fruits in her hands.

Camelia understood Delia's intentions. Not that I expected, but it seems like Delia doesn't want to talk if there's Dilla here. So, he asked Dilla to help buy him bread first in the mini market in front of the hospital. Although she did not want to eat it, but that was one way for Dilla to stay away from them for a while and could also make Delia talk openly with him.

"Speak up, Dilla doesn't exist" Camelia said after Dilla left.

"I'm actually here to invite you to my matchmaking tomorrow with Abra at my house, but seeing you sick seems like you can't come."

Deg, the instant Cemelia's heart skipped a beat. He did not expect that it turns out Delia came to see him because she wanted to invite him also to his matchmaking event with Abra.

With a faint smile, Camelia took Delia's hand to grasp it. "Congratulations. Just try I'm not sick, I'm coming."

"You're not papa, are you?" tanya Delia has meaning in every question.

"I? I'm fine."

Behind the wall, someone tears his eyes for a friend who must be holding his feelings in there. Although he had stated 'i am fine' but as a friend who was like a brother, he knew what his words meant.

"I guess everything will be fine from now on. But it turns out I was wrong."

He just sobbed every second. It was as if he could feel what his best friend was feeling. With a more pronounced sobbing, he smothered his own mouth. He doesn't want them to hear it.

Holding back the crying, he walked away. Honestly, he was no longer able to hear his best friend's conversation with a woman who did not know the situation. Can he lightly add salt to the wounds of his sick friend? Does he have no feelings at all?

He did not think, how could that woman be so evil again? At first he thought he had changed. But what is this? It seems like the action and the word is very different.

He only returned when his eyes began to fall. To be honest, he even almost an hour locked himself in a car to avoid suspicion. However, everything was still uncovered as Camelia's observant eyes took a look at him. Even to guess.

"You heard our conversation?"

Guilty, Dilla nodded in agreement. "I'm sorry, I don't have a choice."

"But you know that your behavior is not good."

"Yes I know, that's why I'm sorry." Dilla then advanced, holding Camelia's hand.

"Sorry, sorry." Her tears started flowing again. "I'm sorry for not being able to do anything when I know everything."

"Dil, already. It's all been happening. Don't cry anymore." Camelia hugged Dilla so her crying stopped. But instead of stopping, Dilla's cry only got worse. Even a hiccup.

"Udah ya," said Camelia once again while wiping away Dilla's tears.
